Caterer Review : K by Cunanan PART 3

My AE Winona has left and simply sent an email that she was turning over our account (to nobody) and that we should call their hotline to get assigned a new AE.

I am really not a fan of how they do this. Dapat may sasalo agad. Now maghahagilap kaming magkaron ng bagong AE and we need to meet her pa to assure the details are turned over properly.

Just attended a friend's wedding last saturday and I must say masasrap naman ang food ng K by C. And sobrang nagenjoy si hubby kasi walang server at the back of the table na dictates how much food you can only put on your plate lol

Yay! Got our invitation for cocktails this March with KbyC. Eto na yung free gift ata. Hehe. Our wedding was last March 14

Hello mga sis, medyo naguguluhan ako sa rate ni K. During our FT nung 17, I was quoted by Rumi na around 990 + 10% SC + 12% VAT. So booked them last 21st during the bridal fair. Now I got informed by my AE from Glass Garden that the rate is 1300 na from 990. That's a big jump. Ganun ba kabilis ang price increase in a matter of days?

Sis di ba kung how much yung price nila nung binook mo sila, yun na yung machacharge sayo on your wedding day? Kumbaga price locked na?

sparklingjewel, she hasn't left yet. Did you try to contact her number and demand for her to be the one to do those tasks?

philpotts, kanino ka ba magbabayad, sa KbyC mismo o sa GG? Pag sa KbyC mismo, kung ano nasa contract niyo, yung ang follow. Pag sa GG, unfortunately, alam ko may clause sila na no price lock sa accredited caterers.

The only price lock that I know they do is by year. Like pag nirelease nila 2015 rates, yun ang bayaran mo whether you booked them last year or this year.

Hello Sisses,

Can anyone help me. I was in coordination with Ms. Rann of Ky by C. We wanted to have Food Tasting schedule with them. We are an overseas couple and this April 10 lang kami makakauwi.

Sabi ni Rann, only around May na nila kami mabigyan ng slot. Sinubukan ko mag-email ulit sakaniya... unfortunately hindi na niya ako nirereplayan kahit nag follow up ako.

Pwede nyo ba ako bigyan ng ibang contact person? May possibilities kaya na masingit pa kami this April?

^ sis mlgj, meron daw ba silang food tasting around that date? Kasi alam ko sinasabay-sabay nila food tasting talaga nila..

Sis mlgj, Rann is also my AE na now and she said fully booked na siya for April until May Week 3 for foodtasting. Unahan kasi lahat ng inquiring clients sa foodtasting schedules. Try mo mag volunteer 10am, usually no one wants that early of a slot kasi di ka makakain madami

Hi Sis bettebette , hindi na nya binanggit kung meron. Actually nagbigay ako ng 5 different dates sakanya... wala syang reply.

Sis sparklingjewel , baka super busy talaga nya... hindi na nya ko nireplayan nung nag e-mail ako about the options ng ibang dates. Try ko ulit sya i-email. Iniisip ko kung mas okay na ibang AE nalang kontakin ko?

Sis im not sure if thats a good idea kasi style nila usually if magtext ka sa ibang AE and she knows she is not handling your account di rin namamansin. Si Rann doesnt reply on email, barely... but try calling her for a better shot.

Hi sis belle_v2g and sis j.adore,

Booked GG last Sept. 2014 pa and they gave us rates for the 2015 event and caterer package. Nafu-frustrate lang ako kasi before I book a supplier I always confirm with them, lalo na nung sa caterer. Take my time choosing daw etc etc, I even told my AE Yanna on the 20th na ibo-book ko na ang K by C the next day sa bridal fair. Noted daw. Tapos the next day when I sent her a copy of the reservation form, biglang "Are you aware of the price increase of K by C?"  She will confirm daw with KbyC. So till now wala pa akong feedback. I'll wait for next week before I start calling them again.

After you have booked them ba mas mabilis na sila mag reply? Kasi just asking for their rates took them 3 weeks or more to reply. Sobrang tagal so I am not sure if I wanna deal with them.

Sorry I didn't get it. Did you book the venue-caterer package or separately? What's in your contract?

Booked them around sept 2014 and no issues with communication until now even if my ae joice resigned last feb. I get in touch with them via viber most of the time. Have you got their mobile phone numbers? Myra ia my new ae.

Sis philpotts did you book GG separately or packaged siya with KbyC? Kasi if they gave you their 2015 rates last year, yun na yun. I don't think nagtaas ulit sila.

Just sharing what me and my coordinator did. We booked k by c first sa bridal fair so that we can avail the additional 3 desserts freebie. We paid 10k for reservation. Price locked na din kami for 2015. Then we booked Glass Garden,  told them na we're getting the venue+caterer package with kbyc as our caterer. So locked na din ang rates with them. I informed kbyc about what we did and according to Jam, we can use the 10k reservation fee for something else since fully paid na kami ng venue and caterer package sa GG.

^ sis belle curious lang, where did you spend the 10k then? may mga add-ons pa kayong in-avail?
