Yup. Saka madami daming dish na yun sis.. pag nag food tasting kayo mare realise nyo na more than enough na yun. Saka nagpapasobra din sila on the day kaya never naging issue din ang naubusan sila ng food.

Hi, just to clarify: ang pinawaive namin ay lechon station, carving station and sashimi station charges. Not the food itself

May bayad yun kasi additional manpower and setup yung stations na yun

Sis juwie, did u get the lechon from kbyc din? Or did you order from outside?

@lyrehs hindi pa kami sure kung saan issource yung lechon but accdg sa AE na nakausap namin dati, kbyc sources their lechon from Elars. Check pa namin kung ano mas ok.

Well normally, for your final food tasting, you would also have a mock up of how your event would look like.  This would be based upon the pegs that you would want, what your theme is,what ambience you would be looking for.  I would have our initial food tasting and mockup in March, kasi that's the only time  I will go home, before the wedding.  Ang sunod ko ng uwi is like 3 weeks before the wedding next year.  We would still have like a final food tasting pero para na lang matikman ni hubby to be kung ano yung food nila.  Yung detailing and formalization would be done next month when I go home.  You can check their website for pictures ng kung anong mga setups nila.  Although it is a little bit outdated.  I think 2013 was the last time that their FB page was updated.  You could also try bride and breakfast.  They have been featured a lot.  As for the theme, it would be upto you kung anong gusto mo.  But you can try looking at the said websites so you can have an idea as to what they can do. ^sasagot din ako, baka makakatulong. to be sure, we ordered our lechon directly from Elarz Lechon.

^check out K by C's Instagram account. yun yung updated. iba't ibang theme. my theory is, dun na sila nag a-update sa Instagram kasi hindi nag-grab ang photos, unlike sa Facebook.

^ no sis. There's a supplier meal you can avail from KbyC. I think it's 350/head. If I'm not mistaken.

^sis juwie.. 350 ba or 300? Plan ko kasing plated narin for my suppliers sa reception para less hassle. Especially my musicians reiterated in the contract that their meals should come from the same caterer.. otherwise we'll have to provide meal allowance which is 300/head..so better kung lahat ng suppliers ko from kbyc na lang din. Ganun din ba gagawin mo?

Hindi pa namin alam kung pano dinner ng suppliers namin eh.. so far wala pa naman nag rerequest sa suppliers namin na dapat part sila ng caterer's food.. ang balak ko hahawakan ng coord yung money for suppliers' meal tapos pag naubusan sa caterer, saka lang bibili. Pero pag marami pa food after nakakain lahat ng guests, dun na pakakainin yung suppliers sa buffet.. sino band mo sis?

Sige sis.. try ko I-consult kay jam at sa coordinator ko durung final ft. Siguro few weeks before the wedding may clear number na kami ng attendees and suppliers. impressions music ensemble sis, both church & Reception.

Hi mga sisses. Pa-help naman po, just had our FT last March 10 and ang AE namin ay si ms. Nina. We went there without any decision kung saan talaga venues,church and even the date hehe. Pero now okey na date and church. Church namin is at Nuestra Senora de Gracia in Makati. Since im not from Makati, di ko alam what is the nearest reception area na accredited ang KbyC. Anyone can help us po. Garden Style po ang gusto ko.

I am a newbie, Dec 30, 2015 wedding and I have just started planning! :| I was surprised to see 2017 threads na, napressure ako. Huhu

Anyway, fiancé and I are planning to book the caterer muna and the other major suppliers. So far, we have shortlisted KbyC since we've had a taste of their food sa mga wedding ng friends namin and sa The Big Banquet 2 last year. We also think na medyo makakasave kami ng Konti sa styling since okay naman na sila. I have asked Jam for rates na last year but I think it wouldn't apply na this year so I asked for a new one. Ang tagal lang ng reply. Is she a good AE? Sana makapag-set na rin kami ng FT sched so we can cross this out na thank you!

I'm not sure though kung alin kung alin ang may garden style.
