hi sis czarina1987, kayang kaya yan, mine is 120 pax with 150k budget and so far pasok naman..may sobra man ng konti its not more than 10K. I can recommend you my caterer na super accommodating and understanding plus affordable. I've seen one of their weddings and so far satisfied ako kaya ko sila kinuha. Not to mention isa sila sa Kat Bernado's caterer:)

^Sa Villa Ronar ang reception mo sis? Yan kasi ang in-house caterer nila e. Nalibot kasi namin ang buong Marikina to find a venue. Super like ko ang venue kaso di na available ang slot at di namin keribels ang price. Bumagsak tuloy kami sa Club House ng Tropicana Garden City.

^ yep sis kasya yang budget nyo and kahit mid-range affordable suppliers man, even those who are just newbies to the industry, can deliver great if not the best output pa din naman let's not forget that those well known high end suppliers now were once unknown suppliers but surely they were truly dedicated with their crafts and that's why they made it big today enjoy the preps sis!

Yup mura talaga kay Val. one of the top suppliers sya sa w@w last year. according to my friend who got Val for her wedding 2 years ago, Val was one of her best suppliers Ganda kasi ng friend ko nung wedding nya at natural make up lang yun hindi na nya kinailangan mag airbrush as advised by Val

All of the reviews na nabasa ko sinabi na maaga dumating sina Val sa preps place so I'm not worried na malilate sila. Hapon din naman ang wedding ko.

hello po mga sissies. I'm a newbie here and thanks @sakura30 and @bzbee for leading me here. Ask ko lang po kung ano ba dapat ang priority, simple wedding pero maraming guests, or elegant wedding but immediate relatives lang.  Hindi ko kasi kayang pagsabayin dahil tight ang budget.

Lahat ng negative reviews on Val is on punctuality.  Pati dun sa kakilala ko ganyan nangyari. MIL niya gave tip to all the suppliers except for Val.

In terms of work, magaling naman but if the HMUA is late, laki impact nun sa timeline of activities. At the end of the day, hindi rin sulit ang mastress.

Though baka naman ok na siya these days?  Sana sa wedding niyo Yes

We had our intimate wedding last January sa tagaytay at Caleruega Church, we incurred 200k. Details as follows, rounded off na:

15,000 - Church
  5,000 - Priest stipend
20,000 - accommodation (dito na din yun reception)
20,000 - Catering good for 50 persons pero 25 lang kami (including driver and P/V staff)
16,000 - Stylist sa Church and reception (Grass Events but not recommended)
20,000 - families suit and dress (relative na mananahi)
  6,500 - pianist, violinist and singer (Church only)
  9,000 - Hair and make up (1 airbrush, 3 traditional - The Pink Brush - Ms. Leah Lim)
30,000 - photo and video (Martin Digital Video - highly recommended can be searched in fb)
25,000 - food, travel and other expenses (includes toll fees, hair and other accessories, shoes)
30,000 - my gown and hubby's suit

196,500 - Total amount without the rings

We are able to spend upto 700k para sa kasal, but we didn't opt to..mahal na mabuhay ngayon, I will just save or invest it rather than itapon sa extravagant luxury event.

Sis jadore, thanks for the heads up. Baka dito sa GT he has punctuality issues. Sa mga blogs ng past brides niya, okay naman ang reviews sa kanya related to time. We'll just give him a morning call para sure. hehe.

Sis missus13, maybe you should talk first to your fiance so you can work on a compromise. I had the same dilemma before. Gusto ko elegant with 50 guests lang. Si hubby naman sabi niya sayang naman na gagastos kami then some close people would miss our wedding. So dinagdagan namin ang guest at nagalis ng mga things na hindi naman gaanong makakapaekto sa overall outcome ng wedding. We now have 80 guests but no photobooth, no dessert bar and less number of band singers. Pero okay lang naman kase di naman sila ganun kaimportant.

^sis nursemich. i spent the same amount, 200k sa Caleruega wedding ko din. headcount namin is 85pax. intimate lang din. lahat relatives namin and a couple of close friends., mejo malaki kasi family ko but close talaga kami lahat. my wedding is small but i wouldnt have it any other way. and i couldnt agree more regarding sa investing.

Hi sis sakura30, si mama val din hmua ko nung wedding ko last year. 4am yung call time ko for them, and di sila na-late. Very happy din ako sa make up ko that day.
