No Cook Breakfast Suggestions
« on: February 07, 2015, 09:48:08 pm »
Let's admit, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but is also the most challenging one. Since I always don't have time to cook sa morning, but still want a nice breakfast, I opt for no cook breakfasts.

One that I've been enjoying is Overnight Oatmeals. YUM! Parang dessert.

But I don't want to eat the same thing everyday. Post your recipes here if you have suggestions para makatulong din tayo sa ibang GTalkers to have their breakfast.  ;D

TIA!

We very rarely do this because we're heavy breakfast eaters in our family. But here are some on our pantry:

- granola with dried fruits and milk
- wheat bread with spreads (peanut butter/cheez whiz/strawberry marmalade/egg salad)
- cereals with milk
- trail mix with greek yogurt
- banana, mango, almonds/cashews with yogurt
- pandesal with spreads

^ My usual is steel-cut oats soaked in almond milk with chocolate protein powder (or cocoa), mashed banana, almond or peanut butter, a dash of cinnamon, a few drops of vanilla, and cacao nibs.
