-Yogurt
-Instant oatmeal (usually the ones in sachet, so I'll add hot water lang. I like Quakers na yung Milk and yung Banana)
-Whole wheat bread
-Cream cheese, sometimes peanut butter (we use one na made by a friend from Bukidnon, may malunggay siya)
-One or two pieces of banana
-Milk or Cranberry juice (alternate lang siya...minsan naman, tatlong Yakult)

Sometimes, when I feel like cheating (hehe), I open a can of chicken sausages or luncheon meat. I don't fry them na, especially the sausages. And then I pair them with one slice of whole wheat bread. My drink would be milk or cranberry juice pa rin. Minsan, I experiment and blend fresh strawberries, banana, oats, and fresh milk.

Homemade granola bars. You can make a batch during weekend and just eat it on the go for breakfast. :)

Greek Yogurt (BTIC) + 1 piece of strawberry or mango + a little bit of peanut butter or honey for sweetness. My favorite breakfast!

I use goat cheese instead of butter. It's healthier.

Salty and tangy and the consistency is like quesong puti. If you've had feta, similar ang taste.

The one I use is marinated in olive oil, peppercorns and rosemary. Super sarap. The brand is Meredith Dairy.

Hindi ko akalain masasanay din ako na hindi nagririce everymeal. And I find it more convient na no need to cook meal pagbreakfast. Since nag asawa ako mostly during breakfast di kami nagluluto if magluto man umiikot lang sa sausage, hotdog, bacon, egg at pancake. Mga no cook madalas namin breakfast.

-cereals (varieties para di nakakasawa.)
-oameal
-milk
-fruits
-bread
-smoothies
-yogurt
