Hello Caleruega Brides! Ask ko lang kung sino kumuha na kay Fr Allen want kasi namin siya kunin as officiating Priest pero sa ibang church Alabang area. Is it true ba na 2 hrs  time lagi ang wedding ceremony nya? Kasi 3 pm ceremony time namin if 2 hours super late matatapos program namin baka in the middle of the reception program magsiuwian na guests since weekdays ang wedding namin Nagbook din kasi ako Dj for after party ayoko masayang hehe!

How much stipend din bibigay kaya kay Fr Allen? Hindi ko kasi alam

Overseas bride here and a month before the wedding lang kami makakauwi para asikasuhin requirements
Dapat imeet din si Fr Allen prior wedding day kahit mag precana seminar kami dito abroad tama?

^Im a Caleruega and Fr Allen bride. 5k stipend as of Jan 2015 nung wedding ko. I've read somewhere na he does weddings din sa Manila. BUt very rare. You can email caleruega and ask them. May sakit kasi si Fr Allen so not sure if until now nag Mamanila wedding pa sya.

Yes about 2 hours ang ceremony namin nun 9AM-11AM, mejo gutom na yung mga bisita (galing pa sila Manila  so malamang umalis sila mga 6am) but they were very happy at aliw na aliw sakanya. And all praises sila sa wedding ceremony na binigyang kulay ni Fr Allen. Siguro kung sya na ang sure na officiating priest nyo, ask him through email na medyo limit nalang yung time.

Hi everyone! I'll be a Caleruega bride too Wedding is on November 18, 2016.

Officiating Priest: Father Allen (we are very happy when we received an email from Caleruega a week ago telling us about this good news)

Reception: Splendido Taal Golf and Country Club (We chose this because 1, we are scared with the unpredictable weather and 2, they somehow captures the rustic theme of our wedding. They don't allow outside caterers though. We had our food tasting last July and we are very happy with their food Their food has good reviews too

Florist: Armani Flowers (from Dangwa)

Photo/Video Coverage: Imagique Weddings and Events (We got a very good package with them that included pre-nup, photo and video coverage during the wedding, save the date video, album, etc. We had our pre-nup with them last July too ang we are very happy with how the photos turned out. Super bait din! The shoot took almost 9hours but no reklamo from them

Make-up Artist: Tin-Tin Arcenal (If you want to go for the natural make up look, you might want to check her out If I got it correctly, she was given the chance to train with Etude before. yes, in Korea and with Korean artists She's very busy though, kaya you have to book her as soon as possible.

Bridal Gown: Melaine's Bridal (Divisoria. I already had a seamstress who was supposed to make my dress. However, I still went to Divi hoping to get a cheaper RTW dress. But I ended up getting more expensive gown from Melaine! Their trial fitting (and the statement "you don't have to lose weight) got me! Hahhaa. I heard she also made Liza Soberano's wedding gown and Matteo's suit in Dolce Amore)

Groom's suit: Ghardini (We visited their shop near UST. My friend's husband also had his suit made there and they are both happy with how it turned out

Music: Heart's Rhythm String Quartet (They are super nice! I have yet to hear them perform live though so sana ok naman sila

Quick question, is it true di na inaallow ni fr. Allen na mag personal vows ang couple during the ceremony? And is it true na late sya at times sa kasal? Thanks.

^Hi sis! Yes, for couple's personal vows (message). Hindi na sya ina-allow ni Father Allen mainly because he is strictly following the order from CBCP na hindi na allowed ang couple's personal messages during catholic marriage rites starting early this year. Pero there are some priests / churches na nag-allow parin despite of CBCPs memo re personal vows (message). Ang reason ni father allen, baka daw ma suspend sila kapag nakarating sa CBCP na hindi sila nag fo-follow ng instruction, since uso na mga SDEs now and ina-upload online, there will be a higher chance na makarating sa taas if hindi sila susunod.

Re late issues, our coord gave us a heads up regarding that, since may mga ceremony daw talaga na nala-late si Father Allen.

question: kailan po kaya inoopen yung christmas lights sa "garden area" ng caleruega? I witnessed a wedding there last December 2015 and ang ganda ng effects ng lights pag gabi. meron kaya nun kahit hindi ber month ang wedding? hihi. also, parang bihira ako makakita ng reception sa reception area nila. any idea why? thanks!

^hi sis! no idea regarding the Christmas lights, pero baka kapag nag start na BER months, baka naglalagay na sila ng Christmas designs. H2b went there last year Dec 5 and naka fully Christmas set-up na sila.

Re reception for me lang ha, siguro kaya wala masyadong nag rerecption sa loob Caleruega is number 1. Medyo pricey ang rates nila and 2. Marami silang restrictions lalo na sa sounds, timing, etc. Since nasa loob ng church vicinity, hindi nila ina-allow ang sobrang lakas na sounds and noises as well.

Thank you sis ANJFinally. I guess we just have to let go of our personal vows, so sad. Sa late isssues naman, im a bit concerned kasi manila wedding ako, mejo strict yung church sa time, so if male late sya, magkakaproblema kami. Tsaka sis, 2 hours talaga dapat ceremony pag si father allen? 1 hour lang allowed sa curch namin then 30 mins, pictorial.  Kaya napapaisip ako if itutuloy ko ba na sya maging priest namin.
