Sis may I know your wedding date? Buti nakuha kapa ng 3PM Slot for Dec 2016. Usually kasi almost blocked na lahat ng 3PM nila until 2018 HAHA!

Mga sis, I'm a 2017 bride pero I'm starting my preps na as early as this year. I have a question re. Calaruega lang. I'm trying to block off a date sa church. 5k downpayment to reserve the spot then the remaining 10k to be paid 1 month prior to the wedding, tama ba? So, if I pay that 5k, does that mean I get to have that date na? I just want to make sure kasi I know how busy the church's schedule is. I can't believe I'm finally booking a church na.  lol

at sa mga overseas bride here, paano kayo nagbayad for the dp and all? They don't accept bank transfer yata. Assuming that I don't have somebody to do the errand for me.

^korek sis. i think all suppliers even churches naman ay ganun. they require the client to give an initial DP to block the date. Meaning di na sila mag-aallow ng other clients to book the same time slot:)

Sis, we got a copy from the chapel office upon booking, kasama un ng wow booklet , you can request to send you a soft copy para edit na lang:)

Hi sis! Once you have paid the 5K DP, Caler will block the date for you na.

Re payment for it, assign someone from Pinas to drop by para sa DP since they're not accepting bank transfers. Kaylangan meron talagang pumunta don sis, and anyone will do naman not necessarily kamag-anak or what. Kahit sino na pwede mo mapasuyuan. =)

Hello ladies!  Planning to book Caleruega for a wedding on June 2016. Pero before kami mag-down nagtitingin tingin muna kami ng suppliers for the wedding para alam namin kung kaya ng budget.

As of now, nahihirapan pa din kami sa reception venue. Gusto sana namin yung malapit sa Caler for easier travel ng guests from the church to the reception + affordable price + maganda + indoor with taal view preferrably. Any suggestions?

^sis mas unahin mo magbook ng church if sure ka na sa Caleruega. Lalo if your wedding is less than a year to go. June and December mabilis mablock out sa Cale. Baka makahanap ka nga ng venue/other suppliers pero wala ka na pala slot for June 2016 sa Cale. If its June/December, madalas fully booked na ang Caleruega upt o 2 years ahead.

hi sis! May 2016 overseas bride rin ako:) ang dami mo na nabook! ang galing.
when on May ang wedding mo? sakin kasi 8th May - election period na so may liquor ban!
so far nag request na ko sa Rosemont kung pwede magsecure sila ng exemption kasi hindi pwedeng walang alak sa kasal namin! haha.

Actually plan namin is may 8 din kaso election day na kasi the following day, eh masyado naman aktibo ang family namin sa politics so hindi na namin binooked na may 8. Anyway, alam ko naman sis pag may event like this, exempted ang liquor ban basta wag lang sila magpapakalasing ng sobra and as long as private place na yung event. hehe.

hinabol ko talaga na 8 sya. mga Spetember last year ko pa binook yung date tapos later on ko na lang naalala na election nga pala. hehe. hindi naman kami active sa politics so OK lang. may L&S supplier knb? around HM kaya yung ideal budget kasama na yung projector for SDE?

We're an overseas couple and wedding namin next year pa naman in Caleruega. Tanong ko lang, nakalagay kasi sa list of requirements that we need to settle all the documents 3 months before the wedding. Kaso our problem is, uuwi lang ako 2 months before and si bf naman 45 days before our wedding. Then saka palang namin aasikasuhin yung mga documents na need ng presence namin para ma complete yung requirements.

Aabot kaya kami sa submission? Baka kasi dun pa kami magka problema. Help mga sis! Thank you! =)

Oh no!!!     The venue that I want to book for our wedding reception said it will close soon so hindi na sila tumatanggap ng booking for next year...What to do? I already book a caterer...kaya pala hindi sila (venue) sumasagot sa calls ng sis ko...OMG! Now I'm lost...Still wanted a place that is overlooking taal but preferably indoor and ok for my caterer...My caterer is Josiah's...badly needed your help or suggestions mga sis...Thanks!

^hi sis! Imo coordinator is really a big help. Sabi nga nila, hindi pa natin alam kung paano ang makasal, kaya hindi natin alam yung mga possibilities and mga flaws na darating while preparation and lalo na during our wedding. Much better na meron tayong assistance ng professionals when it comes to event planning. Just my two cents sis. =)

^^ i was contemplating hard whether i should get an OTD since intimate wedding lang kami, and tight budget. but in the end, kumuha pa din ako. Mura lang yung nakuha ko 6k lang sya nung time ng wedding ko. Jan 2015. Hindi ko pinagsisihan kasi, yung time na nasa loob ako ng car, waiting na pumasok sa church, madami palang nangyayari nun. iusher nila yung guests, ibrief nila yung part ng entourage, yung misalettes idistribute, kakabitan ng corsage, idistribute yung bouquets, yung flowers nung FG, yung ring, arrhae, bible ibbigay sa bearers, yung pagkasunud sunod ng ento...

iniiisip ko at first, yung mga 3 abay ko ang papatayuin kong OTD, pero d pala keribels. since part din sila ng ento, paano pag lumakad na sila? haha. paano na ang guests, yung offerings, yung pag cue sa sounds system, etc... so yun. para sakin laking tulong ng OTD.

Sis need talaga ng wedding planner kahit on the day lang.try stat events (walang oot), jills flowers (wedding coor din siya dun mo siya macocontact thru fb), kiss the girl and memento events.

Sis overseas bride here and also caleruega..our wedding is on dec.16 this yr and 3wks before the wedding lang ako uuwi,and i think hindi naman need na 3mos before the wedding maipasa requirements,kasi last week I emailed caleruega for asking fr.allen to be our officiating priest and they asked me if we already send the requirements and i said hindi pa kasi November palang ako uuwi and wala naman problema daw,kaya sabi ko November last week kame schedule for father allen appointment and we gonna call the parish church about naman sa schedule ng canonical interview namin..then the rest ng requirements is inaasikaso na ni h2b..hope it will help..

^Sis thank you for this info. Atleast now medyo malinaw na sakin. Ayoko pa kasi mag email sa caleruega about this kasi matagal pa naman wedding namin, adn gusto ko rin makakuha ng answer from a real bride. =)
