^you better go for reputable travel agency nalang talaga sis if DIY is not okay with your hubby. I agree with our sissies here na mahirap yung mga travel packages offered thru group buying sites. Google mo nalang Northern Hope Tours. Btw, when is your travel date pala?

Mga sis, ask lang ako if meron na nakabook ng Palawan trip dito, either El Nido, Coron or Puerto Princesa, via group buying sites like Metrodeal and Ensogo? I tried calling yung merchant kasi sa Metrodeal via landline but it said the number is not yet in service. Sa Ensogo naman, walang contact numbers so I'm a little apprehensive booking with them. Meron cellphone number, pero come on, mabilis naman palitan ang sim. So just wanna ask if anyone here has experience booking in these group buying sites? Thanks mga sis!

I highly recommend DIY-ing your tour instead. Madali lang naman sya, and adventure na din! Hihi.

And kung talagang gusto nyo ng packaged tour just book through travel agencies na lang. Dati sa boracay trip namin we booked through travelonline.ph. Okay naman sila kausap and may Palawan tours din sila. I really don't recommend buying coupons from group buying sites lalo na for trips like this. Yung friend ko dati bought a 70k+ worth of voucher for a trip nila ng family nya and then bam, the buying site just closed and wala, wala na silang nabawi.

Nasa El Nido kami Jan 18-20. Three lang kami nina hubby at 4-year-old daughter namin. DIY kami, naglast trip kami via Cherry Bus to El Nido ganun din pabalik ng PPS. Sa Northern Hope Inn (Northern Hope Tours) kami nagstay, sa Northern Hope Tours na rin kami nag-avail ng twin beach and Island Hopping Tours.

Nacancel Jan. 18 Island Hopping due to typhoon Amang kaya nagtwin beach tour na lang kami nina hubby and daughter. Jan. 19 na kami nakapag-island hopping, grabe experience namin twice nasiraan boat namin. Nung una sa helicopter island tapos naghintay kami ng 3 hours sa kapalit na boat, yung second sa may snorkeling area (pinagbuyutan yata yun) last stop before kami umuwi hindi umandar yung boat. One hour din kaming nakatigil. Yung combi tour namin na A & C naging A & B, dami pang turista noon. Hindi na kami nakapasok sa small lagoon sa dami ng tao. Kahit mahirap experience namin, masaya pa rin kami. Hindi na tuloy kami nakapag-underground river, city tour na lang.

Will definitely go back to El Nido.

Oo nga no LOL di pa rin namin nabobook though kasi we're still trying to expand our options. Today, tatawagan ko yung travel agency na kinontak namin dati to see if okay sila for booking. Ayoko kasi nung binibigay nila na accommodation. Masgusto ko yung malapit sa beach para after the tour, hubby and I can relax by the sea ^_^

On this note, meh nakatry na dito sis na nagbook via www.travelcafe.ph  https://www.facebook.com/travelcafephils kasi they gave us a good deal. I haven't committed yet kasi Baguio lang yung office nila eh kaya medyo kabado ako konti.

^Sis gwendy, you might as well try to check yung Aqua Travel Lodge.. Dyan ako nagbook ng accomodation sa kanila, they also offer na rin island hopping tours and van transfers. Baka maconsider mo instead of getting package kasi somehow andun na rin naman yung mga primary na kelangan mo for the trip. --- or any accommodation of your choice and check with them if they offer tours and van transfers, atleast choice mo yung titirhan ninyo. 

Since Holyweek yang sked natin sis, you better decide na earlier kasi that's super peak season.. I remember last year Sept, i checked Marina Garden Beach Resort, which is our first choice sana ... puno na daw sila for the Holyweek.. imagine, that early. mhew!

Hello mga sis!

Ill be having my annual birthday travel trip this march and my iti is Manila-Coron-El nido-Manila.
1. Ive been to coron so no problem.
2. Is there a boat going to El Nido from Coron?
3. Ano po ba massuggest niyo na a-must na puntahan at gawin sa el nido. I have 7 days po sa entire trip!

^there is sis pero for boat lang and super layo ng byahe.. i forgot how long parang more than 3hrs ata? and for 7days? you can do EVERYTHING! haha! well that is if everyday ka magtour.. I suggest you do the Waterfalls trekking/Nacpan beach by land and then Tour D ( super a must, please bring aqua shoes and waterproof cam!) and Tour C. hindi kumasya sa itinerary namen yung Tour A/B kahit na pwede i-combine. We opted for a relaxing one and no rush.

Is tour D better than tour B? We only want to do one. At marami na pala nalunod sa nacpan?! Yikes. So tempted to buy a life vest. Nung andun kami dati, it did cross my mind na baka delikado kasi wala namang designated lifeguard dun at walang strong swimmers sa amin. (Tinanong pa nga ako nung isang kasama namin sa tour dati kung bakit daw hindi ako confident in the water, considering there are a lot of beaches around daw...sabay langoy sya sa malayo pagkasabi nya. Fine, ikaw na ang magaling lumangoy!)

8 hrs by boat ang Coron-El Nido. Sa pagkaalala ko isa lang ang boat trip from el nido to coron per day, so baka ganun lang din pag vice versa

^I think it depends sa season and sa tour operator. Before kami nagpunta ng El Nido last year, 'yun din ang nabasa ko. Pero pagdating namin dun pwede naman. Pero June 2014 pa 'yun.

So here's my plan.

Day1- coron, mt tapyas, makinit
Day 2- coron tour A
Day 3- island hop coron
Day 4- off to el nido then hapon is motorbike to nacpan (im planning to go camping for first day at nacpan)
Day 5- tour a and c if pwde combo
Day 6- tour b and d (pwede ba to?
Day 7- by noon go to PP na

Already went to coron na nag solo travel ako before ng 7 days din. Si el nido talaga ang d ko alam.

^yup depende sa season and operator and combination tours. November 2014 kami pumunta they still offered us combination tours. Depende kung maraming magbook go sila. So usually whatever tour yung marami ang nagbook yun ang itutuloy nila. We had our tours arranged by Kuya Rodrigo of Tay Miloy's Inn.

Speaking of Nacpan, kahit ako natakpt sa waves doon. Haha! Malaki kase ang waves talaga, reminded me of Baler/La Union, only Nacpan is much much nicer and has a lot less crowd. Pamg surf amg waves nya eh.

Sis aicute, make sure na oagpunta mo ng nacpan eh may araw pa. Medyo mahirap kase yung daan, and yung mgs signs para di mo ma miss. a lot of foreigners daw nagka-camp out doon. Medyo madilim lamg talaga since hindi naman sya yung typical resort.

Naku thanks sis! Sa fourth day kasi ang iti namin is coron to el nido lang tas pagdating sana sa el nido, magrerent kami ng motor para kami nalang ang pupunta sa nacpan sana tas mag camp dun!  Nabasa ko kasi eh maganda daw dun.

^yep sis maganda dun. Sand is almost as fine ss boracay. And the best thing is walang crowd. Konting konti lang, and we were there dumami lang ang tao around lunch time. okay din nga mag camp out dun if you have your own tent. Yun daan lang talaga papunta dun medyo mahirap pero kayang kaya naman i motor. Nung andun kami walang ulan kaya mas friendly ang daan. Pag umulan syempre mas mahirap

Yun lang sis sana ay makahanap ako pala ng marerentahan ng tent sa el nido kasi ayaw ko na sana magbibit ng madami. Sarado daw yung alternative?

About five nadaw nalunod sa nacpan parang 3 foreigners and 2 pinoy.. Nung pumunta kame nitong jan 2016 sabe hindi pa nakikkta yung latest na nalunod.. (Nagkwento talaga si kuya na nagpapabayad ng tourism fee bago ka pumasok. Nagpapa-warning na mag-ingat mag swimming at marami ng nalunod..) I guess its about the waves na pailalim kung humila ng pressure.. Yung sabay yung sand.. So dapat aware ka talaga sa paligid mo..

Nagkwento si Ate na may ari ng hotel in Maremegmeg.. Sabe one foreigner yung bago sa latest - diver daw.. Kaso sumabay sa waves habang naghahabol ng "school of fish" ayun narecover after a month pero wala ng ulo.. Scary!

Nacpan has breathtaking view lalo on top of the hill sa left side pagdating mo.. Akyat ka dun and you'd see yung pagka "twin beach" nya against sa kabilang side na medyo mabato..

Regarding combi tours may nakasabay kame sa Tour C naman na ginawa yan for Tour A&B medyo nakakapagod daw at "rush" kapag isang tour sa isang araw relax lang.. Hindi ko natry mag-combi kaya hindi ko masabe pero yung Tour C and D na tig isang araw may places kame na 30mins-1hr kame nagsstay..

Mga nababasa ko kasi sa blogs lagig combo tour ng A and c eh. Nagpaqoutr ako kasi pag private 4500 almost the same lang if mag tour ng separate days diba. Kasi tour A is 1200 tas tour c is 1400, so 2600 timex 2 pax,  so 5200 pala. Mukang mas mura mag combo ah!
