^ naku sis. be cautious sa iniinom ha. 800K gluta? dapat isang vial ang laki ng capsule kasi we're talking about grams/weight. iba jan baka kung ano anong powder lang tapos mamaya kung ano effect sayo like rashes, wound, skin tags, etc.

advise lang mga sis ah. I'm not yet a doctor, but will be. ;P

^haha. Thanks sis. Yun nga eh baka naman it's 800mg instead of 800k? Yung snow caps nga na 600mg lang super laki na for a capsule. Medyo nacurious lang ako kasi yung nagreview talagang ang puti. I don't know rin if the product is approved ng food and drug department nila. Pero sabi nung nagreview legit naman daw yung company kasi nasearch niya. Although may nababasa ko na mali mali yung english grammar nung info? I haven't seen one personally, but I am really curious. By the way yung nagreview is pinoy din, as in guy siya. I've seen some of his older videos, iba nga puti niya dun sa gluta 800k. Not IV gluta kind of white pero maputi na rin. Di naman mukhang nagpromote since he didn't mentioned kung san niya nabili. Pero hah it's super cheap sa mga online stores, kaya nga medyo nakakaalangan din. Plus sabi nila hindi daw amoy rotten egg. Medyo nag ingat din naman ako since nasa medical field ako. Pero curious lang talaga. Siguro basa basa na lang muna. I think kikaysikat will review it in her blog. Will wait na lang muna siguro ng review. Mahirap na madamage ang kidneys at liver. So yeah cautious tayo dapat mga sis.
 
Btw sis mona, nagcombo ka pa rin ba ng ishi and snow caps? Or ishi na lang? Which is better sa tingin mo? Although nag IV gluta ka din, right? Inisip kong mg ishi premium na lang. Thanks!

she used it daw for 2 weeks and throw it away kasi she got darker pa.
if I remember it right.

some people online say na it was suppose to be "mcg" instead of "mg" so it means ba na 800mg lang gluta content niya? aigooo ang hirap manghula. lol

but I see alot of thai girls na super sa puti. some of them friends ko on facebook but medyo shy mag-reply sa english kaya isa lang nagreply sakin pero skII products lang sinabi and walang sinabi about whitening capsules.

^Hello sis. Ah she did na ba? Sige, will look it up. Actually may mga nabasa nga din naman akong nangitim nga daw sila. I think sa thailand product thread may ganon din ang nangyari pero 900k naman yung namention niya. Regarding sa mga thai, may nabasa akong nagbleach yung iba sa kanila.

hi sis nurse! yes, I'm on IVG now. dati, I comboed snowcaps and ishigaki premium. pero prior to that snowcaps lang. Pale white yung snowcaps. then nung nagcombo ako with ishi premium, mas okay. kasi parang rosy yung skin ko which is healthier tingnan than puting bangkay. but latetly, I'm on ishi premium on non-IVG days na lang. rosy white siya. and so far wala naman adverse effect. mas mura pa kasi 700 lang for 30 caps.

Buti pa mag ishi premium na lang ako, di rin naman masakit sa bulsa. Scared pa rin akong mag IVG, sayang libre na sana turok sa workmates ko. Di ko rin kaya magself inject eh. Haha.

hi mga sisses how about MET? pricey pero wala naman akong violent reaction (pimples/nangitim) though wala din naman nakapansin na pumuti ako. naka 1 bottle na ako. nagpantay naman na skintone ko nag swimming class kase ako last March and para ako may invisible shorts before.

Yup sis. good decision! Nakakatakot yung Thai gluta. Oh by the way, I tried beauoxiwhite din pala before, di ko naubos yung 1 bottle kasi naging yellowish ako. Yung friend ko naman who tried oxyglow, ganun din naging yellowish. Siguro di kami hiyang. Try mo muna sis 2 caps a day ng ishi premium with vitamin C. Also, mas maganda daw pag pumuti yung may pinkish undertone. Yun ang totoong kutis celebrity! Haha!

Yung IVG, try mo once kung di ka takot sa needles. Mas malakas siya makaglow and makalighten.

I have friends na nag IVG, yung iba sa kanila nahiyang na as in super mga white lady. Meron ding iba na ok lang, di pa masyado visible. Hindi ako exactly takot sa needles pero yung route lang mismo. If it's IM walang problema. Siguro kasi never ko pa kong na IV. Hehe. Syempre for sure iba ang IVG kasi absorbed lahat at mas mabilis. Pero sa ngayon oral na lang muna. Hehe. Kahit maging NC20 lang ako ok na ko dun.

Anyone had any success with Glutathione boosters?

I remember a sis uses ALA or Alpha Lipoic Acid here before and effective daw. Another mentioned L cysteine. Do take note that this is not gluta per se. Once taken, it boosts your body's ability to produce glutathione. gluta is "3 components" daw. If you skip all the anecdotes sa mga Filipina, western research indicates that you're more likely to report success in glutathione level increase sa blood with boosters.and the good thing as well is that this glutathione is formed by your own liver kumbaga nearly all western research claims that glutathione pills are really just ineffective. And to add to that, I forgot who is the girl who wrote on her blog na it's actually not the glutathione making you whiter, it's the vitamin c that you're taking with your gluta. keke gulooooo

Anyways, just my two cents. Try daw mga sis gluta with no vitamin c and check the effect..and try daw vit c all the time as well to see if pumuputi ka hehe.

I'm just off the gluta right now. Gahd, the humidity is HORRIBLE. Sisses masasayang lang yung mga gluta niyo ha.. be careful sa init. Siguro if rainy season na, that's where I'll start sa gluta. Nakaipon pa ng money !!!  so I can afford injectables again.
