hala, nagworry tuloy ako bigla sa snowcaps, sana naman mahiyang ako at di ako magkapimples pag-take nun. medyo oot sa oral gluta pero share ko lang din, naalala ko kasi when i first tried ivg (saluta) naman years back, nagkapimples ako mga 3-4 sa left cheek ko, hindi rin sya cystic pero malaki compared sa normal na nagkakaroon ako ng pimples, tapos antagal nya pa mawala. pero pumuti ako sa saluta, yun lang talaga ang negative reaction sa kin yung stubborn pimples. sana naman makasundo ko itong snowcaps, kakadating lang ng order ko, excited na ko itry. yung snowacaps ng lazada kay cheska din kaya galing? sana mag-sale din sila ng P1,099 sa snowcaps minsan, mas gusto ko kasi magpurchase din dun kay cheska agree ako kay sis px17 mabilis ang shipping and hassle free.

I think gusto ko parin ituloy yung Snowcaps despite the pimples Sayang eh. Sana masanay nalang/purging nalang.

Royale Glutathione worked for me. Kaso ang mahal lang dito sa NY. I also use the soap kaya siguro mas effective (?) And because it was almost winter when I used it, hindi naman ako naaarawan. I'm not sure if those factors contributed too.

update from my last post:

finally started taking oral gluta. (first time)
AM: NUWhite and  1000mg Kirkland vit C+rosehips
PM: Snow Caps and watsons Collagen + Vit C + Zinc

im on my 5th day today. so far no negative reactions for me! napansin ko super soft ng skin ko lalo in the morning, normally i have really dry skin kasi. maybe a little bit of whitening pa lang kasi i have fair skin naman na.. but the GLOW--OMG! so happy i finally tried taking gluta! thanks sa inyo sissies! 😘

will update ulit after a few weeks 😊

So i finished a whole month ng Snow Caps and NuWhite combo, ang effect: about 1 shade lighter, pero palagi akong glowing kahit everyday puyat. No break outs, No weight gain, at pinkish ang skin tone ko..parang palaging fresh ang dating 😊.

After I finished 30 caps Snow Caps, i tried naman Ishigaki Premium Plus. 2 tabs a day, tapos combo ko dun sa natira ko pang NuWhite caps (since 60pcs/bottle kasi), for 15 days. Nawala pinkish glow, pero i got 2 shades lighter! Dito ko [textspeak!] nakita yung difference sa kulay ko, I dont know kung dahil lang sa naka 6 weeks total na kasi ako of taking gluta or dahil talaga sa Ishi. Super nagustuhan ko yung pagputi ko, pero parang namiss ko ang glow ko dati while taking Snow Caps.

Right now balik Snow Caps ako, kasi di pa nakaorder ulit ng Ishi. Try ko nman ang Snow caps at Glutawhite 100mg combo.. will update again aftr 2 weeks 😊

Question sissies, ano kaya ang magandang order nung combo ko? will take 2 caps Gluta white (separately-1cap before each meal) and 1 cap Snow caps kasi. sa umaga ba mas ok ang Snow caps or yun na lang ang pang night bago ako matulog? thanks!😊

sis may nakaexperience  ba sa inyo na sobrang nagdry un throat while using tathion 307.. grabe sobrang maga pa din un throat ko kaya i stopped taking tathion.. sayang naman un tabs ko kung hindi naman ako hiyang dito..

^ try mo ibaba yung dosage mo then drink lots of water. kung hindi pa rin kaya ng every day, eh di every other day.

^^ maga is a manifestation of an allergic reaction, if I were you, i'd stop it, it's your body's immune system reacting to it, probably one of its components, yun lang down-side ng japanese brand without translation, you can't read the excipients list. Or pwede din nainitan siya, tas nag-change yung chemical structure nung gluta, or any of its excipients.

ladies, true ba sa inyo na dapat 40mg of pure gluta per kg of body weight para maging effective ang glutathione for whitening? akala ko enough na ang 1000mg daily

^ nabasa ko rin before 20 mg per kg ng body weight.

^sis it's. 20-40mg per kg of body weight. so parehas kayo tama, minimum of 20 and maximum of atleast 40mg.

But remember, kapag oral you don't absorb 100% of gluta since nabreakdown siya and around 20% lang maaabsorb kapag taken orally. Kaya nga kapag oral gluta usually madami capsules required per day.

ay 20% lang? 200mg lang kasi na-absorb natin when taking 1000mg of gluta? kaya ba better if magtake nung thailand gluta na nasa 400000mg above mga content nila?

^ but we can never be so sure na totoo nga yang 400000mg! eh di dapat 400g na yan? I don't think it will fit sa isang capsule. haha!

having gluta cravings and feeling ugly since I stopped last Feb.

Whats stopping me is hindi daw talaga ma.absorb yung gluta if orally taken.. and baka placebo effect ito.. hahaaha

pero ayoko na tumaba sa tathion..and it makes me yellow sa pics..albeit bright yellow.. i look yellow next to our white wall.. baka jaundice na itey omg

^Ganon sis? Plan ko pa naman magtake uli. Yung friend ko kasi na oral gluta before pumuti naman.
 
Anyone na nagtake pa rin ng nano gluta 800k? Medyo nag doubt pa ko kasi di daw rotten egg ang smell. Tapos masyadong malaki yung gluta content pero ang liit naman ng capsule. But then, may nakita kong video online at ang puti niya. Within 5 days pa lang may nakita na siyang effect.
