ask ko lang rin po, if two caps ang iinumin ko, is it better na itake one in the morning and one in the evening? or mas effective pag isabay?

and is it better if before meals or after? thanks!

sis, it doesnt matter kelan mo itake as long as you reach your dosage per day. before meal para mas effective

Di maganda yung nakuha kong luxxe white. Flimsy ng capsules, yung iba sira nabuksan na. Buti na lang papalitan ng cheska's store. Pang lima na daw akong nagreklamo sa luxxe white. Yung second bottle naman, yellowish na may brown spots yung gluta, pero sabi okay naman daw yun. Okay nga ba talaga? Di naman sira yung nakuha ko?

i started 2caps daily of snowcaps na. nagdry na yung mga cystic acne ko last week tapos ngayon may nagtutubuan na naman. di ko alam kung culprit and snowcaps o yung ishi premium. pero naka 3 days palang ako ng premium.

sis yiji, me too! not sure kung dahil ba sa ishi premium or snowcaps ang pimps ko. haha! been using snowcaps since January consistently (dun kasi ako bumalik) and wala ako pimps. nung nagstart na ko magcombo sa ishi, may isa or 2 na malalaking pimple na lumalabas! sigh! I will just make ubos yung 2 bottles then stop na.

ako, meron na naman cystic pimple tumubo, kairita.  never had this issue with PH noon or any other gluta   ubusin ko na lang yong natitira ko then di ko na uulitin snowcaps.  everything is the same with what i am taking and etong snowcaps lang naman bagong supplement ko na tinatake ngayon so i know this is the culprit.

I started snowcaps last Friday. Bali 3 days palang.

One capsule a day lang ako. Magbbreak out kaya ako pag 1 capsule a day lang? Mixed reviews kasi. Yung iba kuminis, iba nagbreak out. For those na snowcaps alone, 1 caps a day - ano effect sa inyo?

Ako naman po i didn't break out with snow caps kahit combo ko with ph pero noong nag ishi ako, don talaga ako nagcystic acne..

Contraceptive pills? Nagpm ako sa fb ng snowcaps pwede raw. Hesitant ako, tinigil ko pills ko. Hehe. Hirap may pimples naman.

eto daw ang rule of thumb based on my derma. to avoid getting pimples start with low dose. tapos pag wala ka nakikita pimples, bump mo to two caps per day.

now, if magkapimple ka on once a day, two options ka. 1. purging ka. kung purging ka, wait ka 2 weeks to know if this is really purging. if mawala after 2 weeks yung pimps, then that is just detox. kung hindi nawala dun ka sa 2nd option which is 2. hindi ka hiyang.

another case, is once a day ka pero wala pimple. so you decided to make it two caps per day. dun sa 2 caps per day ka, nagkaron ka pimps. repeat the two week rule. kung nawala, continue. kung di nawala, you can regress back to 1 cap a day lang.

^ ako naman on snowcaps, wala akong pimples nong 2x a day. binabaan ko dosage don ako nagkaron ng pimples.

i tried a lot of gluta tabs, dito lang ako nagka-pimples.

just to add up, I think ishi premium na yung culprit. been having pimples for the past two weeks. and never siya nawala. hehe. uubusin ko na lang 'to. dami ko pa naman binili. haha!

ako naman, i will go back to my old routine na ph338+everesh white ex, mas maganda effect sa akin (unless me bago na naman ako ma-discover)

^^ gluta booster si everesh sis.  i like it better than Shisheido PW.

when i used ph338, napansin nila na blooming daw ako, ang lakas lang makapagpa-rosy cheeks.  di din ako nag-gain weight unlike Tathione.  yon ang kasundo ko na gluta among sa mga nagamit ko.

ang mahal magpaganda at mag-maintain, hehe
