walang stock ng snowcaps in my part of the woods! i'm thinking of going back to ph338.. but nakakataba sya and cystic pimples di ba?

^ depende sis. ako 2-3 months. minsan ang hirap magexclusive kaya napapa combo ako.

sa ph338 di ako tumaba at naka-cystic pimple.  I just had my period and I had this one huge cystic pimple.  been using snowcaps na for almost 2 weeks na.  inisip ko tuloy kung dahil lang ba sa me period ako pero di naman ako nagkaganito sa PH non

will still continue snowcaps.  i bought 2 boxes kasi.  too early to tell pa kasi on snowcaps.  if not ok for me, will go back to PH.

Naka 1 month lang ako sa snowcaps. Ok lang for me. Nung una parang may blooming effect pero parang nawala din after sometime. Tinuloy ko na lang yung vit c. Sabagay siguro masyado sandali ako nagtake. Pero didn't see any glow din naman. Sa ngayon ok naman ako sa whitening soap na lang. The last time ako nagpacheck NC25 ako sa mac, kaya siguro hirap din makita kung may changes. I want to try oxiglow pero stick muna ako sa soaps tutal pumuputi naman. Kahit glow lang sana ok na ko. Hehe.

Im taking snow caps combo ishi premium. Nung snow caps pa lang, start me sa 1 cap a day para hindi mabigla.after 2 weeks,2 caps per day na. Dun na naglabasan mga pimples and acne ko. Normal na sa kin my purging stage kahit ano take ko or even creams and soap so sanay na me.

When i added ishi premium,as in 1 cap pa lang natake ko,3 cystic acne na agad tumubo the next day.mga1 week lang o less than 2 weeks lang purging ko sa ishi. pero sa snow caps parang more than a month. Pero as in mga 5 cystic acne at mostly sa nose area pa. Super tiis ganda. Pero now ok na,wala na pimples o acne kahit before menstration

^ matagal ba mawala yung pimple sis? nagkapimple din ako using ishi and snowcaps combo. di ko alam when pa siya mawawala.

naeengganyo na tuloy ako magtry rin maggluta. hindi naman ako maitim, actually, maputi nga ako sa pinoy standards pero may mga pimple marks ako ng hindi nawawala kahit ano pa gawin ko. tsaka the glow na sinasabi nyo tsaka iyong anti aging benefit rin. may mga nakikita kase ako ng sobrang kinis at sobrang glowing din talaga ang skin. medyo naiinggit ako. kaso kase medyo mahilig rin ako sa outdoor activities kaya parang sayang lang sakin to.

^Ay grabe sis julietm same tayo ng problem! Yung pimple marks talaga problem ko and weirdly yung knees ko rin never lumapit sa color ng rest ng skin ko. Nakukuha ko naman yung glow sa soap but I'm thinking of trying gluta because it's an antioxidant as well.

May nakatry na ba ng Shiseido Pure White or Benefique? I think di sya gluta but ano kaya mas effective or mas sulit?

Shiseido Pure White is the best oral gluta(?) i have used. availability concern nga lang, not usually in stock.

Yung tuhod ko rin. Ewan ko ba dito. Hindi naman ako concerned talaga masyado pero kapag natingin si boyfie sa mga makinis, nagiging concerned ako. Haha. Tsaka mabuti rin sa liver eh medyo tomador ako kaya kelangan ko na rin siguro talaga

Sis wala akong nakitang glutathione sa ingredients nya. Wolfberry Extract or Lycium Chinense and vitamin C yung main ingredients nya.

Nung uminom ka ba ng pure white sis kailangan pa ng separate na vitamin C?

^ ako hindi na.  The PW is the enhancer na.  pero nong 1st time ko mag-try, i still took Vit C.  Mas mabilis effect for me if with Vit C

^Thanks sis. Nakita ko kasi 1000mg na yung vitamin C. So dapat ba talaga i-pair sya sa gluta? Never heard of it before kasi.

actually, ang sabi sa akin, the PW itself is a gluta enhancer na, so no need to take vit C.

re PW, meron kasing naturally produced gluta ang isang tao. then PW enhances/boosts the gluta pa more.

Thanks for the infos sises! Mukang madami kasing satisfied sa result ng pure white eh. Wala rin silang nabanggit na sinasabayan nila ng anything so I was really curious about it.

Parang ang gastos kasi kung bibili pa ng separate na vitamin C pag iinom ng gluta.

How much ba budget nyo sa gluta nyo mga sis?
