10 days nako gumagamit ng nano gluta 800k 3x a day. Wala namang bad side effects.

I love the pale yellow sickly effect of Tathione. #nosarcasm
but I hate how it makes me bloat all over! I just stopped and my clothes fit great again and my tummy doesn't look apalling.

I like how PH doesn't make me bloat.. but I'm not fond of my rosy cheeks. Gusto ko putla like walang dugo effect tee hee!

hi sis yijiheon, yup! OOS nga kay cheska's! I bought mine kay avery pag wala si cheska's. I have read from the previous ishigaki threads na legit kay cheska's and avery. not sure kung may IG si avery ah, pero sa site nila ako nagchecheck eh.

sissies, I have been using ishi premium (1 cap) + snowcaps (2caps) + vitamin C for the past 15 days and sobrang okay ang whitening niya outdoors and glow indoors! laveeet! <3 try niyo mga sis tong combo na to and I think magugustuhan niyo ang combo. haha.

sis jaiho, isip ko after ng 1 box gagawin ko na rin siyang once a day.  2 box lang kasi binili ko nong umuwi ako.  stick muna ko sa mga whitening lotion ko at soaps, hehe.  tska vit C.

If weight conscious kayo, avoid Tathion.. try it siguro as a last resort. I never gain weight but grabe lumaki tiyan ko and increased appetite sa Tathione. I think many sisses reported it here naman, well.. I ended up being overconfident sa metabolism ko..noticed I've been eating frequently on Tat. Was on the 3rd month and a guy friend really noticed my bloaty tummy na nagstick out! ugghh. Decided to control eating, still kinda bloaty..and I feel deprived. haha. so that's what diet feels like. I even cut down rice and carb intake and did cardio! That's how much I bloated pero ngayon.. 2 months na ata no Tathione..clothes are comfy fit ulit. <3

start with low dose lang sis minatay. then pag wala ka nakita na bad reaction, pwede mo i-bump to 2 caps and 1 cap of ishi premium. hehe.

I just received 5 bottles of ishi premium. and dahil feeling ko deprived ako sa ishi, I took 1 agad agad! with vitamin C. haha. adik na talaga sa gluta eh no?

question po, may nakatry na po ba sa inyo sa pag-take ng oral gluta puede po kaya i-substitute sa vit.C tabs yung malunggay capsules 500mg? tia!
