wahaha hindi sis parang umitim ako. wala lang,feel na feel ko kase na puting puti ako if nag.IV gluta kase ako..parang umitim ako compared dati.. ewan ha if psychological ba, ask ko sa mga officemate ko like sabi ko umitim ba ako sabi nila OA ko raw. nyek haha

^dollyme25, dati kay mshersheys ng GT ako kumukuha pero ngayon kay averystore na kasi hassle free magbayad (may paypal sila). I've tried Met, effective din pero sa bulsa ko hindi siya effective eh.. nakakabutas kasi siya. Hahaha!

Sis minatay.. may ganyan din akong peg akala mo ba.. yan din sagot nila sa kin.. OA ko daw hahaha! Di naman ako kasing puti mo noh pero morena kasi ako dati.. so ang puti ko na ng lagay na to. Yun mga dating mapuputi na friends ko eh kakulay ko na sila ngayon pero naiitiman pa din ako sa sarili ko hahaha! Impossible yata maachieve yung paperwhite sa skin ko kasi nga morena ako dati.

Hi. pa help naman po. first time ko pa lang kasi magtatry ng oral glutathione, and may nabasa ako na okay daw ang Ishigaki Premium Plus Glutathione o kaya Kyusoku Bihaku Glutathione, at cheaper din kasi. any comments?

dollyme25, advanced yun gamit ko.. yung may 1000mg.. 850mg lang yata yung premium. Pansin ko kasi pag may ALA (alpha lipoic acid) ako iniinom na hiwalay mas mabilis ang effect.. eh yung advanced may kasama ng ALA kaya di na ko nabili ng hiwalay.

^^ i tried tathione dati pero nag-gain ako ng weight. mas maganda effect ng PH338 sa akin pero depende daw sa kulay mo.  pag morena, mas ok daw ang Tathione sa yo, pag maputi na, maganda ang PH338.  there are separate thread for PH338 sis.

hi sisses, took SnowCaps with Potencee last January.. mga Feb, i stopped kasi OOS lagi.. For me, pumuti talaga ako sa Snowcaps, Once a Day lang ako nun.. Okay sya for me.. pero nagkaroon ako ng pasulpot sulpot na pimples.. 4-8 na maliliit.. super bothered ako kasi hindi talaga ako pimple-lin na tao.. i guess sa SnowCaps yun.. and ayun after maubos, nastopped. anyway sisses, March 9, i started to take Ishi Premium Plus(red letters, new packaging).. nagandahan kasi ako sa review ni KikaySiKat.. hehe.. and mas mura, amoy rotten egg talaga.. 2x a day ko sya.. Morning and Evening.. and with Potencee each..(500mg each).. Ask ko lang sisses, is it okay na itake sya ng 2x a day? and with 500mg Potencee? di ba makaka overdose yun? Gusto ko kasi pumuti [textspeak!].. di naman ako super morena pero gusto ko yung maputi and glowing..


1 more thing po, i will start my Master Cleanse tomorrow.. Okay kaya itake with Gluta? Organic Lemon yun eh.. do you think gawin ko nalang once a day si Potencee?

^ okay lang yung 1000mg na vitamin C kasi it's water soluble. pero if you're not on gluta, okay na ang 500mg per day. you're gonna pee it lang naman kung excessive na. but still drink tons of water na rin.

if you're not acidic sis, I think this is okay. pero to be sure, try to check your tolerance kung hanggang san kaya mo without negative side effects.

^ dito ko din nalaman yung snowcaps. and ayun everytime may nagtatanong sakin, snowcaps nirerecommend ko kasi okay siya. napapagkamalan na nga akong connected sa snowcaps kasi bakit daw yun lang sinasabi ko, eh kasi naman sa dami ng tinry kong capsules, dito ko lang nakuha ang glowing skin na gusto ko! haha!

ako naman sisses galing kay snowcaps.. pumuti talaga ako.. pero dahil nastopped, hirap kasi laging oos.. ayun trinay ko muna  si ishigaki premium.. 5th day ko na ata.. di ko pa napapansin.. hehe.. wait ko nalang..
