^ sis luxxe white around 2500- 3k price. Ako loyal na sa luxxe white kasi nakakawala siya  ng pimples as in magki-clear ang skin mo. Tapos combo ko na lang ng ibang gluta kapag my nakikita ko bagong raving dito sa FN like nuwhite and snowcaps. Pero luxxe white pa rin primary gluta ko.

@yijiheon, naalala ko halos sabay lang tayo nag-start sa Tat sana effective sayo yun sis. Sayang lang hindi effective sa akin. Mas OK sana yun kasi 500mg of vitamin C lang ang kailangan isabay unlike sa Snowcaps na 1000mg dapat.

Received my Ishigaki 60caps, ambilis ng shipping ni Avery, less than 24 hours given na nasa province pa ako. Gusto ko din sana itry ang Snow Caps, kaso hindi keri ng budget. Will try to faithfully take ishi for one month and see kung may changes. Will update here.

sis chuy! 1000mg ba dapat vitc sa snowcaps? hahaha di ako nagbabasa ng leaflet kung nakalagay dun. natapon ko na box ko e. 500mg lang iniinom ko. at ang nakakainis pa, madalas na nakakalimutan ko uminom after 10-30mins. as in maaalala ko na lang after 1hr or 2hrs! e di wala na epek nun diba? naabsorb na gluta na walang vitc. praning tuloy ako feeling ko wala na epek. siguro kung 5days ako umiinom in a week, 3days dun yung nakakalimot ako. kahit na nilagay ko na sya sa tabi ko or sa nakikita ko. grabe ulyanin ko

Pang 3rd box ko na rin sa snow caps. And nareach ko na ata ang kayang iputi ng 1x a day intake of snow caps. I'm not getting any lighter kasi. Maybe pag 2x a day baka mas may iputi pako, but di kaya ng budget e.

Almost done with one box of snow caps. Hmmm ang hirap idetermine kung pumuti ako. Una, wala naman nagsasabi na pumuti ako. 2nd may time na feeling ko pumuti ako, may time na hinde. At finally, hindi ako nag take ng before and after pics to see a difference.

May updated list ba ng bfad approved glutathione capsules? Bakit parang iilan lang ang approved sa pinas (pero yung list na nakita ko is nearly a decade old pa 2008 ata..)

Anyone here tried ActiveWhite L Glutathione 60 capsules? May mga nagbebenta kasi sa olx na 380-250 lang, mukhang orig naman yung box..

Hi ladies! it's been a while since the last time I've been here sa femalenetwork. And napansin ko na people are raving about snowcaps. I heard good reviews as well as the bad ones. I can say na hiyangan talaga ang paggugluta. Before hoarding or anything, you might want to buy trial packs if there is. Just because it is overly raved online doesn't mean it could work for you. Patience lang to look for the perfect gluta for you, and once you found it, just stick to it, instead of trying other brands na malaki ang chances na magkabutlig pa kayo or anything, not unless you can afford to seek pa a better brand. Just wanna share this! I miss female network! hehe

@staraerish, nung nag-take ako Thiocell, morning yung Vitamin C ko then Thiocell before sleeping. Yun ang recommended ni derma. Maasim daw kasi pareho kaya hindi maganda pagsabayin. For me, the regimen is simple because I don't have to wait for a few minutes in order to take Vitamin C. Yun nga lang, like what mistarpogi said, hiyangan talaga.

^same here. 1000mg pala na vitamin c sa snowcaps... now i know.. thanks sis baka maging effective na sakin in terms of whitening since di naman ako binubutlig sa snowcaps neither nagbebreakouts.

^^ yup sis 1000mg. Kasi 2-3x ng amount ng gluta daw yung dose ng Vitamin C in order to ensure absorption. Saw your IG pala. Mukhang mestiza ka na sis di mo na yata need ng oral gluta

^ My derma recommended at least 500mg of Vitamin C. Wala naman daw required dose basta may Vitamin C sa system.

does anyone have any experience of oral glutathione disrupting their period? or is it the puera mirifica Im taking? Ive been on iv and oral gluta for the longest time and Im trying to deduce the cause of my missing period. btw im taking tathion 307. experiencing moderate bloating esp. sa tummy, upper arms and cheeks. gained more weight. Im only tolerating because sabi ng mga tao na mas bagay daw sa akin mag.gain ng weight..But I dont know whether to believe them or not.

hello sisses. Gusto ko rin magtry mag gluta. Gusto ko rin pumuti. Lahat na ata halos ng lotion sinubukan ko na pero no epek pa din sa skin. Nakakaengganyo kasi mga feedback. Wala ako idea sa mga price ng gluta. Help me naman mga sis? Magkano yung snow caps, nuwhite, luxxewhite?

^^ Everyday ka nagte-take ng pueraria mirifica sis? I also take pueraria pero after my period lang and I only take 15 caps then stop until next cycle na ulit. It didn't affect my cycle naman even though I'm taking it together with gluta.

^ Snowcaps more or less P1,450. NuWhite is P1,880. Luxxe White retails at P2,980.
I already tried Luxxe white - effective but kinda pricey. Snowcaps - didn't work for me, gave me small pimples. NuWhite - Kakaorder ko pa lang. Excited on the result
