medyo puno ang day 2 nyo pero ok lang yan, for sure naman game kayo maglakad lakad nyan. I suggest do the day 2 ng gabi kasi dun ang highlight ng area na yan bec of the light shows. refer na lang kayo sa gothere.sg para ma-plot nyo yung layo ng bawat destination nyo habang maaga pa.

I heard the Puss In Boots roller coaster has opened in Universal Studios Singapore. You can get a free shrek plastic bottle with every purchase of Universal Studios Singapore + Legoland package, or clear plastic bottle with every purchase of Universal Studios Singapore ticket.

TRAVEL ETIQUETTE SA MGA NAGBABALAK MAG TURISTA SA SINGAPORE:

** (first timers, read and understand well) **

Wag basta mag picture taking kung saan-saan - especially inside malls and mrt stations. This is for security reasons.

No littering ANYWHERE - self-explanatory

Meron namang mga display sets na pwede mo paglaruan to help you decide just in case.

Keep your voice down - masyadong maiirita mga locals sa ganitong pag uugali.

Smoking prohibited areas - only light one up on designated smoking areas. Sa mga bus stops, you have to be about 7 or 10 meters away yata from the actual bus stop bago ka magsindi, sa mga malls meron ding designated smoking areas pero bihira lang - usually dapat 15 meters away from any entrance of any establishments, walkways at residential areas bawal din, hawker centers have their own separate smoking areas.

Escalators - kung hindi ka nagmamadali, always align to the left kasi yung right portion is to give way dun sa mga nagmamadali.

May sign naman na naka-install and its posted right by the chair para makita mo.

Alighting - pag nag taxi ka at gusto mo mag-para, the word for that is "please alight here."

Always have atleast some 10's in your wallet for the fare. Up to you kung gusto mo magbigay ng tip.

Stay vigilant - safe maglabas ng gadget sa lansangan sa buong isla pero hindi reason yun to be careless. Marami pa din pwede mapagsamantala. And in line with this, please do not leave your belongings unattended at all cost - baka mapagkamalan pang contraband yan that could also get you into trouble.

Never try to bring yosi in sg - I'm sure merong papalag sa kin about this especially dun sa mga returning travelers (like pwede magpasok ng isang kaha basta bawas ng isa, etc) pero kasi very strict ang sg against contraband cigarettes. Yosi's that are legally sold islandwide have a "SDPC "mark on the stick itself, it stands for "Singapore duty paid cigarettes" so pag nakitaan ka ng mga naka-civilian na NEA agents smoking without that mark, it means illegal ang yosi mo, multa ngayon ang aabutin mo, or worst, kulong.

Wag basta iihi kung saan-saan - another common atrocities that any male pinoy loves to disregard.

So when in SG, please behave yourself and really be considerate to others.

Be friendly to the locals - again, self-explanatory.

Learn your routes well - as mentioned from previous posts, meron pong website na tinatawag na "gothere.sg" and that will help you plan your routes ahead of time. There are maps all over MRT stations that you can check din para alam mo din san ka bababa or mag transfer ng train to get where you're going.

Bring your passport with you ALWAYS - since turista kayo, eto lang ang means of identification nyo. At dapat naka-kabit din ang embarkation card nyo on it (putting card na sinulatan nyo ng details before leaving your country of origin or on the plance before landing in SG).

Finalize your itinerary - nothing could ruin a well-planned vacation due to last minute changes. Always ensure everything is set lalo na yung place where you're planning to stay, destinations, etc. basta anything and everything about your trip dapat finalized na atleast a day before your departure.

** Eto muna mga naiisip ko for now since pang turista lang naman tong guide na to. For others na nasa SG ngayon, feel free to pitch in your inputs.

For this you can call up the airport customer service to be sure, pagkakaalam ko kasi yung mga nabanggit mo lang ang dapat talaga i-present pero kasi unsure ako kung may additional documents needed for them. May narinig din ako dati sa mga kamag anak na pag may kasamang minor dapat din yata parang may permit din sa dswd or something para dun sa bata, don't quote me on this one kasi nga narinig ko lang noon and procedures may have changed since then. We can also wait for others to respond to this too.

^^ sis, if you have a signed contract with your yaya, you may bring it. And perhaps prepare a written affidavit of support, stating that you'll shoulder the yaya's expenses. For additional reference lang. Otherwise, i think ok na yung mga nabanggit mo.

^ yung sa DSWD, only when the minor is travelling alone or with other people who are not the parents. If travelling with either parent, sa pagkakaalam ko no need for DSWD clearance. Just the birth certificate for reference.

How much ba dapat ilagay sa mrt card? Ito lang iti namin
Day 1 9am arrival airport to lavender mrt
Lavender to sentosa. Same mrt card din sa train to sentosa? Yung sa sentosa yung train dun same mrt card din? (Will research ulit nakalimutan ko haha)
Sentosa fun pass so hanggang gabi na
Day 2 universal and sea aquarium (lavender to sentosa mrt)
Day 3 zoo, river safari and flyer thru saex bus so yung mrt from flyer to lavender
Day 4 free day baka marina bay shoppes na lang.
Or changi city point since malapit sa mrt at ok daw sabi ni sis aransex
Yung IMM juring east malayo sa mrt station?

Any suggestions pa.

Hanggang what time ang mrt?
Yung souvenir sa universal kasama sa tax rebate?

Thanks!

hanggang midnight yata ang mga mrt's, may mga last trip kasi that leaves at around 11:50PM or something, iba-iba ang last trip per line yata.

Yung mrt card is called EZ link, since turista kayo don't put too much on it kasi pagkakaalam ko hindi mo na marerefund yan, tama na siguro muna 50SGD and keep an eye on the stored value of it na lang, makikita nyo naman yun once you tap your card, mag didisplay yung balance nyan. You can get these cards from any MRT stations, may mga office dun right by the entrances (sa may turnstile), makikita nyo naman na pinipilahan ng tao yun. Meron ding mga machines by the wall sa entrances ng MRT stations kung san pwede ka rin mag reload (local term for that is "top up").

Your May 3 iti is okay na, 10 pm pa naman flight nyo. May kasama ka bang kids or senior? Kung walang kids or senior, I guess okay lang.

We had our lunch at their branch at The Shoppes, MBS. I love the food & affordable pa! Parang sampu ata kami, I paid only approximate 120 SGD.

With two seniors & 3 kids with me as much as I wanted to try eating at SG’s Hawker Stalls ayaw naman ng kids ko. We ate in the restaurants they knew, mostly BreadTalk, McDo, BK.

hanggang midnight yata ang mga mrt's, may mga last trip kasi that leaves at around 11:50PM or something, iba-iba ang last trip per line yata.

Meron ding mga machines by the wall sa entrances ng MRT stations kung san pwede ka rin mag reload (local term for that is "top up").

When we arrived in SG I bought the EZ Link Card worth SG17 then ni loadan ko sha ng SG10. During our five day tour, nag top up lang ako ng SG10. We mostly used their public transportation such as their MRT & bus. Once lang kami nag taxi from MBS to where we stay (Tiong Bahru). I think SG50 is masyadong mataas, mura lang rate sa MRT.

If 2am arrival nyo then go agad kayo sa KL by 6am kamusta naman ang 4 hours or less na rest hehe. Are you travelling by air or land to KL & back to SG?
You have to allocate a full day sa USS if you want to try all their rides & different zones (7 total).
Iyong sa May 3 mo, may promo lagi iyang city tour + SG Flyer. Eto dapat pagsunudin mo then Gardens by the Bay ka ng hapon.

Dapat marami kang energy sa ITI mo & consider mo din shempre iyong kasama mo…

Hi mga sis, will be in SG this July with hubby.

We have plans po kasi of buying lots of items inside the Changi airport pag pauwi na. This is after mag check-in na kami ng baggage. Ask lang po if hand carry na lang po ito inside the plane and no need to weigh? Or irerequire kami na i-checkin pa sila ulit?

^ Hi sis, thanks for the reply. :)
