Malapit na trip ko! HELP!! Any recommendation on where i can rent a pocket wi-fi in Changi or in Orchard or a reliable one that delivers the device to your hotel?

I Googled it kaso nung nakita ko kung gaano kamahal ang deposit (Rentafi has 250SGD deposit), i feel safer getting recommendations first rather than just randomly picking one from the web.

I read about the free public wi-fi in SG pero kailangan daw ng SG sim. Eh naka-lock sa Globe ang phone ko so i don't think that's an option. I'm fine w/ renting a pocket wi-fi. I just need to know where to get a reliable one...

You can rent sa sg airport. Makikita mo meron sila counter where you can rent pocket wifi for 10sgd per day unli na yun.

Mga sis help naman sa itenirary namin , april 20 - 5:10 arrival namin to sg siguro mga past 6 nasa hotel 81 bencoolen na kami, after that rest onti then pasyal kami to esplanade , merlion,mbs at helix bridge, tama ba  sis ?

April 21- uss , then saan ba maganda pumunta ng afternoon around uss , gusto rin namin magluge skyride ,  dinner saan malapit?

April 22-  still thinking kung ok magsingapore zoo or river safari , worth it ba or maybe sentosa na lang ulit then garden by the bay sa gabi at dinner din kaya pa kaya ng mga kids ? Hehe if mag singapore zoo then pm garden by the bay or kung anywhere na pwde magstroll na magkalapit lang para one way hanggang pauwi to hotel? Hay hirap mag isip hehe ...

Aprill 23 - breakfast last day namin siguro pasyal na lang around hotel 81 saan ba kami pwde punta mall na marami sale pati sa mga toys for the kids then lunch kung may malapit hawker by 2pm kelangan nasa airport na kmi kasi 6:40pm flight nmin

Hello girls! ask ko lang, meron ba available na tour guide sa singapore yung with transpo service na. para sana sa mga tito and tita ko. they're group of 6, at lahat senior citizen na. they will stay for 4 days only, and they also want to drop by at malaysia. they don't need to go around sa mga attractions like universal studios. as i've said they are all senior, madali mapagod, so hindi pwede ang mahahabang lakaran. their main purpose lang talaga for travel is para matatakan yung passport nila.
what other tourist spots in singapore ang pwede for the oldies? tia!

^Meron yan sis, though I don't have contact. Dati kasi mahilig mom ko na kukuha ng tour sa travel agency, tapos usually yung driver bibigay niya card niya and pwede siya i-hire.

Ganda ng promo ng BPI credit card. SQ RT tickets for as low as 145 USD. Lumalabas na for a minimum of 2 pax and 4 days, 6.8k PHP lang per person ang RT tix to Singapore. That's a steal, kasi may meals, in-flight entertainment, and 30kg allowance na yun, if I'm not mistaken. Pag dinner, may dessert pa yan! Planning to book for my parents, pero ang pangit ng policy ng SQ pag hindi traveling ang cardholder.

My last trip to SG was in 2010, a biglaan trip cause it was my birthday. Hubby and I were bf/gf pa Lang. Now we have 2 little boys and 2 yayas in tow. Been looking hotels, service apartments na reasonable and a little spacious. Parang airbnb ang bagsak ko lol

Hi sis. Your hotel is near the Bras Basah MRT station. It's just a short walk. Walkable pa rin ang Dhoby Ghaut pero mas malayo ng konti kesa sa Bras Basah. And with your itinerary, reachable naman yung mga spots na nilista mo using the Circle Line (yellow line) ng MRT so sa Bras Basah ka na lang. Although yung USS, pwede ka sa Dhoby Ghaut station sumakay (Purple Line) to Harbourfront Station para wala ng transfer.

grace08 - how many rooms do you plan to book? some hotel lobbies are small and the rooms too! V Hotel Lavender is 6k for deluxe room but liit lang ng room, good for 2 adults lang and 1 small kid no space for extra bed talaga maybe try mo na lang airbnb mga condo or flats


it's ok na hindi kayo sa central or orchard mag book ng place to stay basta may malapit na mrt or lrt if your plan to go to USS and Sentosa area mostly, try to stick to purple mrt line para isang sakay lang and going to orchard one transfer lang

thanks sis mga 3 to 4 rooms siguro. apartment nga sana kaya lang hirap din maghanap. isang nakita ko is peninsula around 26 sq m ang room nila

^ sis, have you considered serviced apartments? Check out Somerset Serviced Apartments, they have properties in Clarke Quay and in Orchard. You can book the 2-br units, maluwag naman units nila, especially yung sa Cairnhill and Clarke Quay.

Girls, you might want to try Airbnb better priced than hotels and some rentals can house the whole family.

^Correct Sis although it is my very first time booking accommodation via Airbnb

I've booked a private room in a Condo at CBD Core; it is near Tiong Bahru which is apparently near the USS & the MBS.

Do you think fair enough ang amount of 385 Euro for 5 days/4 nights? We are 6 in total, 3 adults & 3 kids. Sa hotel kasi obliged that I should book two rooms or family room.

So far, eto pa lang ang ITI namin:

16/03 - Arrived in SG, 5:40pm. Will have dinner at Makansutra tapos stroll along Esplanade, Merlion, etc.
17/03 - USS
18/03 - Madame Tussauds, Trick Eye Museum
19/03 - Legoland Malaysia
20/03 - depart SG @ 10:30AM

Paano ko mamamaximise ang Day1 at Day 3, any reco?
Okay ba na iallocate ko ang 1 full day each sa USS at Legoland? May energy pa bang matitira if in case meron pwedeng puntahan. My companion kasi is my parents (Dad 63, Mom 60 & my 3 kids age 7, 4 & 2).

For day 1, since you guys are arriving at 6PM, just enjoy the view na lang, konting lakad na lang kasi yung from makansutra towards merlion so parang pahinga nyo na rin yun.

For day 3, pwde kayo mag singit ng shopping around lunch time.

We'll be going to Singapore with my mom this March 6-9. Nakapagpabook na rin kami ng promo tickets sa Cebu Pac. For the hostel, confirmed na rin ang booking namin sa 5footwayinn Project Chinatown. May nakatry na ba magstay dito sa 5footwayinn? Medyo okay na rin kasi yung rates nila for 6 female bunk bedroom

Around 6pm ang arrival namin sa hostel. Ano kaya magandang pasyalan na places at night? Since medyo pagod rin kami sa flight, pasyal pasyal na lang muna gagawin namin.
