Tsk tsk.  That was your gut instinct already telling you to pass on that offer.  Mas attuned ang females on this than most males which is why kapag serious yun job I have wifey tag along. 

Its not easy to give a general response to this as each is usually a unique problem.  Okay, what you and your husband can do is to first figure out anong history ng place na iyon - before there was a condo there, etc. - and yun mga events prior ninyo nakita iyon.  Something always triggers the bad luck kasi and yun ang major clue on how to better solve it.

You and your husband can do cleansing naman rin to help ease the situation.  Isa iyon sa proven na "generic" approach.  Once you have done so ay ask His help on this.  Try to ask for Gabriel's assistance on this matter if you are attuned sa angels.  He's what I seek for assistance rin when needing to message people.

Essential you break down what exactly led to these events.  First what did you observe before, during and after you had that gut feel.  Then how things went after you and your husband decided to get that unit.  Very important yun clues that you can discover when you had that heavy feeling then.

For unusual problems you will notice I will only give seemingly basic answers.  I will not prescribe any strange rituals or such as those may put you in even more danger than what you are already in.  One wrong syllable, gesture or even stance can make everything wrong.  I do not wish for anyone to suffer more than what they already are encountering.

This is why I have you folks review yun past actions ninyo and even those of your ancestors. 

Now, sa mga situations you are already stumped as to what caused things you can always resort to general cleansing procedures.  This means yun sa mind, body and spirit.  Hindi lang fasting and meditation but equally confession.  Alisin mo as much malas as you could sa katawan mo so you have a better fighting chance.  Ika nga paano papasok ang new energy to help you kung loaded ka na ng malas to the brim.  Please take note that such a cleansing is almost free of cost.  The sacrament of confession is free though if you have a major sin like abortion sa bishop ka dapat tumakbo for confession.  If someone committed suicide - as in na-dead na siya - ay we can only pray for their peace - as we equally forgive them.  Fasting can mean as simple as laying off sa vices and red meat plus alcohol.  Pero if you can do more as how it should be ay so much the better.

Please do note that the remedies I share though of the top level sort are not a one-time thing.  Meaning hindi makukuha in one session lang ang pag-solve sa mga kamalasan that plague you.  Only Jesus could do that and I will not EVER claim that I am possessed by Him nor a reincarnation of Him. 

You will also take note that always in combos at least ang remedies.  This way mas effective siya plus mas kita mo yun results more so if one approach is being worked on against by whatever it is doing such.  It applies even more so sa mga supernatural cases.

One reason rin I am sharing to you these remedies is for you to not be so dependent on me for the basic things.  It may seem odd considering I can profit much from the misery of others but I will continue to not do so. 

Do also remember na not unless the subject is willing or open to options you are NOT to interfere.  The only time you can interfere is if the subject is unable to make the decision for itself.  Dahil karma niya to suffer that to realize one's lessons.  May mga tao na matigas talaga ang ulo na kahit anong turo mo or even tulong ay hindi magbabago not unless magising sa isang matinding pangyayari.  That is how things are and will be. 

The best you can do is simply pray that the subject be enlightened.  Kapag nangyari na yun enlightenment then and only then can you help the subject.

For very special cases like those who were caught in photos without a head that is a different thing.  That though is of grave situation wherein yun energy of that person CAN and WILL affect whoever did the good deed to mitigate or avert the event.  Cleansing is the strong recommendation for both victim and savior.  Kahit pa master level ka na or what the rules are still the same.

Hello po!

I would just like to ask for advice/help. I underwent 4 operations and radiation therapy for a mass removed at my left kidney since 2010. I am currently in remission, clear na yung mga CT scans ko (birthday ko 11/04/76).  My dad suffered a mild stroke last year and he recovered. Tapos late this year (November) yung sister ko naman was diagnosed to have a mass sa right side ng breast nya (birthday 09/18/78). Naaawa ako sa sister ko kasi she is also having a divorce, medyo mama's boy yung husband nya, di sya kayang ipaglaban. She has two kids (3y/o girl and 1 y/o boy). Bakit parang sunod sunod naman ang events na ganito sa family namin kaya? My father changed religion (catholic kami pero sya naglipat sa dating daan).

My mom, sister and I pray a lot. Talagang total surrender ever since na diagnose ako ng cancer. What is the best remedy kaya para sa sister ko din? Thank you in advance and happy new year!

Hmm.  Horse year is a period wherein sickness that lingers or leaves a nasty scar occurs.  I so hate it too.  Ang problem na malaki pa ay ang Sheep year can make it worse if one does not adjust.

Unahin ko muna sa religion.  Each of us can have questions that may or may not be answered by the religious group we are with.  If it would help your father become a better person then its for the best.  Yun lang dapat i-respect rin niya yun beliefs of others.  To those who simply join such but did not abandon their original religion we should equally respect that. This is a topic na I avoid dealing with as much as possible as walang answer that would be acceptable to all. 

Prayers do help a lot.  Help comes in many forms rin.  Those trials may be what led you here or have someone lead you here.  This is why I tell folks to share their observations, questions, etc.  We learn a lot from each other and yun pa lang makakatulong na ng malaki.  Feng shui is not just about design or buying stuff.  Its harmonizing with your surroundings and that includes careful observation.

This makes me want tuloy to start finishing that draft I need to send for the Chinese New Year that way I can focus on the health studies ko na.

FYI.  I may change the handout to a Powerpoint presentation ha as may run out of time to create a handout version of it.  Will post a freebie version once its ready.

I'll deal muna with what is sakop mismo ng thread and section - living spaces.  In feng shui critical na yun environment mo balanced ang chi.  So I need you to find time to recall the changes made no matter how small before all these happened.  Were anything added or removed then?

The next question would be yun septic tank ninyo.  Observe as well mga changes outside your home but close to it like changes sa drainage, paglagay ng poste, plants sa neighbors, etc.  Applies as well sa traffic flow.  Those may seem odd things to take note of but critical iyon.  That's just a sample of how complex a proper audit can be.

Prayers.  Okay iyan but the key is in combining it with other actions.  Fasting is one of those lalo na on certain days like Friday.  Cleansing of our bodies can help a lot rin.

Hi po ulit Sir!

Regarding changes sa environment, wala naman masyado nabago, but then palaging kinakalbo yung macopa tree on the left side of our house kasi masukal sya, then napansin namin this year wala sya masyado naging bunga.  Tapos yun nga nagkastroke yung dad ko then divorce ng sister  ko and now may right breast mass na din sya. Nagfile din kami ng lawsuit sa kapitbahay namin who lives directly across us kasi binantaan nya kami na sasagasaan kami ng husband ko, ongoing pa din yung kaso na yun. May nakapagsabi sa amin na ilipat din namin yung gas stove namin kasi naka-T yung position nya sa water tank namin sa may dirty kitchen. Hindi ko pa nagagawa yung ilipat. May mga nagsasabi na kasalanan ng father ko kasi binasag nya yung Sto. Nino namin dahil nga nag iba sya ng religion, hindi na rin namin mahanap yung 2 naming Sto. Nino na kasama namin since maliliit pa kami.

Yung house ng sister ko ngayon binawasan ng mga gamit ng husband nya (he got the TV and bed ng guest room nila and most of his stuff), after that nagpa physical yung sister ko that was when she found out about the mass. Stressful din sa work nya kasi she works sa nursing home as a physical therapist kaya parang pag umuuwi sya drained na sya, add to that na-mild stroke yung dad ko so she has a lot on her plate, although nakarecover naman [textspeak!] dad ko.

We really wish na may magawa kami for my sister and for our general health na rin. Maraming salamat po ulit and God bless!

Energies right now are so weirdly erratic as shown by current world events.  Kaya I am not surprised that your candle exhibited such signs when you did the cleansing.  Its a good sign naman as strong energies are present BUT you did the cleansing so that helps tame or tone it down to manageable levels.  The thing you need to keep in mind is to encourage everyone to think positively as we celebrate the coming new year.  Banish muna any negative thoughts.

Tsk tsk.  Plants are the strong indicators of either improving or worsening chi.  That is why iyan ang strongly encouraged ko here that way may defenses rin kayo.

Hindi ko masyado ma-gets yun t-position for the stove.  Paki-detail na lang better to be sure.

FYI.  Very correct na a wrongly placed stove lalo na in conflict sa water element like a water tank or even sink CAN make things go awry.

I won't comment na lang doon sa incident connected sa religion.  What I can comment is IF the house is under your father's name - meaning siya ang amo ng bahay - then it has to be in sync with his chi.  Sa inyo you can only fine tune your bedroom to your energies.

Sa mga remedies I've shared here you will notice most of it can be applied.  Have you done any of them kahit yun salt water mop o scrub?  Ano rin reaction mo after doing the salt bath?

Yun nangyari sa sister mo is simply the effect but the cause is not there.  Walang major connection yun TV and bed.  Those items simply retain the residual energy.

Hmm.  Not good as sa nursing home pala yun sister mo nagtatrabaho.  Energies of the sick has infected her to the point it is now manifesting sa life niya.  Iyan yun sinasabi ko na be very careful in helping people.  Walang masama to help as even I do that kaya nga I post and reply here.  Yun lang dapat regular ang cleansing as else kapag naipon ang mga iyan sa katawan mo such ang mangyayari.

Update me saan yun septic tank as well as general details ng front and back door areas.  For now as things are really bad cactus and warm lights i-apply ha.  Cactus outside the bedroom windows and warm lights sa bedroom ninyo lalong lalo na sa CR.  May LED na nun so makakatipid rin sa kuryente.  Just get those with good brands as some sobrang ewan so keep the receipt too as most may warranty naman daw na pwedeng ipalit kapag napundi agad.

A Happy New Year to everyone and let's prepare too for the Chinese New Year   Major cleansing ang needed natin as the coming Sheep year is NOT a rosy picture.  By now you know I don't pull punches when it comes to such things.  Forewarned is forearmed in my book kasi.

Yin Wood Sheep means Flexible Wood over Earth.  That may seem nice to some but its not in truth.  Flexibility is the key to survival for there will be not just people but groups and even nations who will covet the resources and territories of others.  Kung gagamitin natin as indicators yun mga events sa closing part of 2014 ay you know that most of those are unhappy news.

Sabi ko nga flexibility is the key.  Hindi uubra ang I, me, you, them and they na.  Dapat us, we and ours.  Ineptness, complacency and inexperience are just some of the traits that made things bad for us last 2014.  Mayroon rin yun mga nagmamagaling na failed to the measure naman pala.  Those are what gave us disasters. 

Bakit natin kailangan mag-effort even more to survive this 2015?  Dahil FIRE MONKEY ang 2016.  Fire over Metal.  Either we are destroyed or reformed to become better.

We are to move to our house na pinarent ko before. And thank you din po sa advice, our wedding last Christmas was a huge success. kahit wala po nakatira sa house namin since wala pa po kami mga gamit, i left 2 rosaries na nakasabit sa may windows. Yung isang rosary dun is rosary ko pa ng elementary pa ko.

Ano po ba magandang ilagay sa house for more positive energy? Our septic tank is i think located sa likod ng bahay near the CR and hindi pa naman po namin plan to extend it.

Yes.  Pwedeng pwede naman na instead of money its something else you offer.  In some cases where their karma is highlighted ay more often its rice o food grains, oil (or butter) or even raw ingredients yun offering.  If its something symbolic like sa mass then something that can be of use for the priest at least like bread na may sesame seeds or rice grains (aka bigas.) 

Very pwede rin as some sort of feeding program after the mass.  Or kahit kape or tea lang.  May cases rin ako wherein simply giving water is the ideal remedy to mitigate the effects of karma.

Pwede rin blanket and clothing.  Some nga lang may certain color pa nga even black.  The best I can advise to you is pay heed sa gut instinct ninyong mag-asawa.  Whatever comes first into mind yun na yun

Very important that you apply as much as you learned here to your place like a potted plant sa may area where the septic tank is.  To regularly cleanse your place too and magpa-sked ka rin ng blessing date as soon as you could.

For what to put into your home to invite luck its simply kayong mag-asawa to be reminded na despite the trials ahead ay maging strong kayo together.  An altar is also a good idea.  None of those New Age stuff will work more so this is not going to be an easy year.  Inuunahan ko na kayo ha and despite how rosy others may say it would be ay its not.  For one its a Wood Sheep year and we are a Fire Dog country.  Cooperation and ability to adapt quickly to the situation ang name of the game.  Thus whatever that could inspire na maging together kayo even more despite what challenge comes up ay yun ang ilagay mo.  It can be as simple as a photo of where kayo unang nag-date, etc.

Why I picked my handle - bluewingedangel, nagulat din ako kasi sa totoo favorite color ko is pink and green, but then iniisip ko na ang wings ng guardian angel ko is pale, pale, pale blue kasi in my mind yung puting puti parang may hint of blue tsaka parang pleasing sa eyes yung blue wings malamig, calming.

Regarding po sa stove ng bahay ng mama ko, (kasi dito kami nakatira ngayon although my husband and I have our own house na iniwan muna namin habang wala sila) perpendicular yung water tank sa placement ng stove, so sinabi ng isang matanda sa mama ko dati pa na naglalaban ang fire at water bad sa stomach ng mga taong nakatira duon. True enough, yung mom ko had a hysterectomy tapos I was operated on sa stomach/kidney area. Hindi pa namin nababago yung location kasi di ko maisip kung saan ko ilalagay, kung meron sana pangontra na lang or what. Sa septic tank naman namin dati nasa left side ng house but binago ng father ko kasi pangit daw malapit sa water tank (deep well) so nilagay sya sa garahe, yung garahe katapat ng window ng dining area namin. Yung main door ng house is facing south, yung side door naman ay facing north.

Sa house namin ng husband ko, nasa garahe din yung septic tank tapat ng sala. Main door is facing south. Other door is facing north. Irregular shape yung bubong namin, sloping. Natapat po yung pinagdugtungan/slope sa bed ng bedroom namin. Nung lumipat kami ng husband ko sa house namin, duon ako simulang nagkasakit. Add to that, nagsiwala isa isa yung clients ko sa work. Ngayong lumipat kami temporarily dito sa house ng mom ko gumanda ulit yung flow ng work and gumaling ako.

Yung sa house po ng sister ko ngayon walang septic tank deretso ng sewer pipe lang. Tapatan ata yung doors ng main door (north) and backdoor (south) nila.

Before nag consult na din ako sa inyo, I did yung salt scrub tapos dati din I placed salt in a bowl under my bed. After nun naging in remission na ako, di na bumalik yung mass, clear na mga CT scans ko. I also prayed sa Nazareno.

I asked my sister to do salt scrub, soft lights naman sila sa restroom nila.  Yung cactus po, I don't know kung makastand yun ngayon kasi winter. I also told her to pray deeply yung galing sa puso talaga and develop a devotion to Mama Mary, Padre Pio and St. Therese.

Sorry po medyo lengthy. Nagwork naman sa akin yung salt scrub/salt under the bed at gumaling naman po ako. My mom also bought me yung "gourd". Sana maadvice nyo po ako ulit for my sister naman who will be undergoing surgery this week na, we are praying for a miracle, I am positive naman na God, Mama Mary and the angels and saints won't fail us. Palaging may miracle, me still alive in spite of what I have gone through, my dad survived his stroke and now almost back to normal.

I was afraid of this dahil your dream warns of health problems that would give worries sa family.  Is someone close to you suffering from such or papunta na sa ganun yun condition?  Do warn that person or persons ASAP.  Na find time to relax and recharge. 

Yun naubos yun juice means this will come to pass naman at hindi forever na pagdurusa.  Yun lang it will be a tough test.  As in iiyak ka talaga before this goes away.

Its Sunday so do your prayers and I strongly suggest to observe na yun abstaining from red meat on Fridays - for life kung kakayanin.  Ang mahirap pa naman as per how events are shaping up ay maraming tests na darating sa atin sa taong ito before anything good manifest itself.  Kaya dapat magaling tayo in adapting ourselves to survive this year.  Yun mga matitigas ang ulo ay sa good luck na lang sa inyo.

Curious kasi ako as that is the color ng energy emanating from the sword of the angel I subscribe to. Never did take much notice of their wings though pero madami for sure and not just 2.

That color kasi is associated often sa good. 

One possible solution is exhausting the water element so it won't cause that much of a problem.  Now you know bakit ako mahilig mag-advise sa inyo ng plants.  Simply moving it around can do wonders.  Simply isip isip what would be the effect if may mga potted plants bordering at least that water tank pero in a pot ha na clay.

Hindi ko pa na-study much anong effect kung walang septic tank. Makes me wonder how good ang engineering design for such.

Oh, winter pala sa inyo.  Opt for salt solution level 1 kung hindi kayanin ng cactus to survive.  Kawawa naman yun plant kasi more so I don't think it would fare well sa cold.
