marchbridetobe: Ah ok sis, Hehe hindi naman pala days. Kasi I have encountered a very well known coordinator and it took her 3-4 weeks to reply to my email requesting to have a meeting. That was a big no-no for me hehe. Sis if within 24 hours naman sumasagot the coordinator, like the following day from when you sent an email then I OK naman yun hehe Basta yung hindi naman kailangan na kulitin pa para lang magreply. My coordinator is Ruby Ines of Celebrations Event Specialists.

Hi sis marchbridetobe!  I'm an SMA bride but I can only provide you feedback regarding wedding preps kasi next year pa wedding ko.  I'm happy naman with her.  There are certain case where na-convince niya yung supplier na bigyan kame ng freebies and discount then siya pa nang-abono ng downpayment since we're both based overseas and hindi makakarating agad yung deposit.   hehe!  I know sis mikaidg & sis avane are both SMA brides and their wedding was last year.  They've provided good feedback about Sheena.  Here's the link to sis mikaidg's post:

Minsan kasi di ba pag sobrang napalapit ka ng husto sa supplier na to the point na naging friends na kayo then naging di maayos delivery nya sa actual wedding eh parang mag aalangan ka namang bigyan sya ng di magandang review di ba? hehe. wala lang naisip ko lang.

Anyways, nag sked na ko ng meeting with her at sana it'll turn out well para naman maka move on na kami sa next supplier. hehe.

Torn between Events:Simplified and SMA Weddings and Beyond.

 I've met one of the managers of Events:Simplified, hmm okay naman sya sakin. natuwa kasi ako kasi may freebie sila and marami ding positive feedbacks here and sa w@w. What I don't like is parang di sila mabilis magreply, buti na lang I haven't deposited my downpayment pa.

SMA Weddings and Beyond naman, I haven't met Sheena pa pero dami ding positive feedbacks sa kanila dito sa wedding preps though parang wala akong ganong makitang review sa delivery nila sa actual wedding day. Tinitignan ko fb page nila and gusto ko yung aura na nakikita ko sa pics ni sheena, feeling ko ang gaan nya katrabaho kasi mukhang genuine yung smile nya.

so pahelp naman mga sissies especially dun sa kumuha talaga sa kanila kung kumusta delivery and outputs nila...

me ganun talagang OTD's hindi man mabilis magreply pero it doesnt mean that they are ignoring you. i happen to know events simplified manager and i even saw their works nung kinasal ang pinsan ko. kaya nga swerte ng cuz ko stress free talaga sya nung wedding. this is not in defense of them but am refering to OTD's in general.

SMA bride here and sheena really is nice and very friendly. she was recommended to me by my friend na former SMA bride and she said super stress free siya on her wedding day because of sheena. alagang-alaga daw siya. on the day of her wedding nga raw sheena arrived at their hotel at 7am and since dumating na si sheena, wala na siyang inalala. i booked sheena on the spot because of good feedback. may mga alam kasi akong horror stories regarding coordinators eh kaya gusto ko recommendation from someone i trust.

a friend got married last May 15, sa INC in Muntinlupa then reception was held at the The Palms Country Club. They got Friends@Work as their coordinators. Super maalaga sila from the couple, to the families all the way down to the guests. Accdg to my friend, from day 1 of their wedding preps super effort and support na si Ms Lois sa kanila, pati sa scouting ng suppliers and attending sa mga bridal fairs. And to think they only got them for 8K ata.

Can't give too much reviews since kaka book ko palang sakanila, but marami ng naitulong si Ms. Kim sakin. OTD lang kinuha namin sakanya, and our wedding will be on Dec-03-2016 pa, sobrang dami nya ng early reminders for me and timeline as well to help me since overseas couple din.

One of her newly-wedded bride gave a review thru their FB page, and i personally messaged her for a more detailed review, and viola! According to her "para akong nakatisod ng gem kay Ms. Kim"

She's just starting her own Events Company, but not new in the bussiness. Being on an event management is her forte. Affordable rates pa sila and super mag aadjust sila accdng to your allotted budget as well.

i agree with you sis, she's very nice and friendly kahit we haven't met pa. wow grabe naman yung 7 am! kasi yung mga nakausap ko parang 5 hours before the ceremony ang arrival nila sa hotel. i agree with you about sa horror stories, ayoko ding makaexperience ng ganung coord kaya naman todo research talaga ako. pang 4 na si ms. sheena na imeemeet kong coord, medyo nakakapagod na din actually kaya i need to decide na talaga. hehe.

anyways, when it comes to styling or program suggestions sa reception okay din ba si ms. sheena? sa mga suggestions sa games ganun?

oo sis nakakapagod to do mini interviews. sheena was the quickest to reply sakin and the most accommodating. i inquired with a lot and seenzoned lang ako with some. sheena was the only one i interviewed and i booked her on the spot. since personal recommendation din kasi siya ng friend ko, i didn't hesitate na.

otd package lang kinuha ko kay sheena sis kasi hands ako sa wedding. kumuha ako ng stylist for my styling needs and a program emcee for reception help. emcee daw talaga gumagawa ng reception program. but even if sheena only offers the reception program construction in her full package and even if i could've asked my emcee about it, i asked sheena nun about the reception timeline and she helped me construct a reception timeline parin even if it wasn't in my package. ang wala lang sa packages si sheena is the rsvp service. you can get it from her for a fee. if you need reception program help, try mo si darlene salazar tan for emcee sis. it's like having a second coordinator. back and forth lang ako kay dst and kay sheena magtanong regarding wedding preps

Hi sis marchbridetobe.  SMA bride din kami.  although di pa tapos wedding namin ok si sheena so far.  mabilis magreply and always give ideas kahit otd lang yung kinuha ko sa kanya.  For the styling you can include sheena s final food tasting nyo ng caterer mo and include her also pag ngdiscuss na kayo ni host.
