OTD Wedding Coordinator (Part 3)

medyo nagpanic naman ako on our search for OTD coordinator. napunta kasi focus namin ni h2b sa P/V. now lang ako bumalik for inquiries and most of the coordinator na nasa shortlist ko (imbitado, rhed events, events simplified, events and elements) booked na on our date..sent emails ulit to SMA and 7ten5, but waiting pa for their feedback. hopefully open pa sila.

So, after all my trouble with my ex-OTD am now on the search for a replacement. And because I really want to avoid my early mistake of not getting to know my supplier well, I've set up meetings with prospective OTDs. Clincher is, I'm scheduled to meet with a total of 6 different OTD's within the next few days. Overkill ba? Hehe.

I've seen negative reviews about 2 of them, but all the same, I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. 3 of them are new names in the industry, but so far no negative reviews. And 1 is well-established and all positive reviews, but beyond our budget.

Overkill? Not at all. You're doin great coz you'll  get to meet all of them & no time wasted at least mas madali mong macocompare silang lahat. all the best!

For those who are still in the look out for a coordinator even if for OTD, I suggest you meet with them first. Coordinators can make or break your big day. Either they can help smooth things out for you or cause you stress pa.

It is also highly important to have a good rapport with them kasi you will be with them the whole wedding day. There should be a balance between technically competent and personality jive.

We had Imbitado Events as our OTD and I'd like to believe we worked well together. Modesty aside and based on guests' feedback, we achieved how we wanted our wedding to be like. Big thanks to Ayie and her team kasi they gave importance to all the things we planned for.

I hope all of you can find your perfect match in all the suppliers din just like what we had.

Nasa how much po range ng OTD Coord nyo?
I've been looking for not so pricey Semi or OTD coord. Basta yung maayos kausap. At yung alam kong magiging alagang alaga kami in our wedding.
Any suggestions?

Hi pogi02.. my coordination team is events and elements. Got them for 28k partial coordination services.. otd nila is 16k. These rates are from last year. Nag increase lang ata sila ng 500 this year.

Mura na yan for 28k ha, usual na nakikita ko is 20k, OTD lang.
Ilang meetings pala kayo? Do you have their checklist and also their number? Can you PM it to me, if you just don't mind.

I have seen recently a coord of my friend, soooobrang uncoordinated and very unprofessional ng looks ng ibang staff. Ayoko mangyari sa wedding ko yung ganun.

We had our wedding almost 3 weeks ago lang, I can vouch for Imbitado Events. They're affordable without sacrificing the quality of their work.

naku matagal tagal na yun hehe...anyway, am not sure kung andito pa yung feedback ko... at first ok ang transaction then nung araw na ng event dun na nagkapalpak palpak. discounted ko nakuha ang rate, discounted rin ang serbisyo... basta ako highly recommended talaga ang events: simplified, kiss the girls and infinite events sa mga nagbabalak pa lang kumuha ng OTD's ha? bow ako sa 3 group na ito

Inquire ka sis ky ms sheena. When i booked her last january, 17k ang otd. But i think nagtaas na sya.
Korek sis, 1 year na lang tayo sis.  Hehe! Mejo oks na ang mga major suppliers ko except sa caterer. Kw sis? San church mu?
