Already booked 7ten5 events last night. Nakipagmeet kami ke Lowell, onting discussion then nagdown na kami ng half. Nagpaadd lang ng RSVP service, additional 1k. So far ok naman sya kausap:)

Sis balitaan mo kami if how it went. Lapit na din yata wedding mo. Interested din kami sa 7ten5.

Ladies, I need your help  I booked my OTD and florist sa bridal fair. Parehas ang handler nila. OTD is 15k and florist is mga 11k. When they sent me the contract, di ko masyadong binusisi (my fault). The last few days, napansin ko na sa OTD they put 20k instead of the discounted rate they gave me nung bridal fair, tapos P500/each sila for food allowance for the 7 members of their team. So now OTD is 23,500. I called them up about it and negotiated crew/suppliers meals na lang instead of meal allowance tapos reminded them about the discount. Binago nila yung rate sa contract to 15k pero yung item about the meal allowance sabi nila formality lang daw. So fine, sige na nga.

Now, sa florist I just saw na mali yung breakdown nila ng bouquets kaninang umaga. Nilagay nila 3 bridesmaids and 3 p/sponsors. I emailed them na 1 bridesmaid lang ako and 5 p/sponsors. After 10 mins they emailed back. Binago nila yung floral job order pero nagmahal ng 3,500 kahit same number of bouquets naman! Di naman naka-specify kung magkano each bouquet so I don't know kung mas mahal talaga ang p/sponsors. I tried emailing, texting, and calling pero no reply. Samantalang nung pina-change ko yung number of bouquets, within 10 minutes nag-email back na. Eh 10mins after receiving their reply, I emailed back asking about the extra 3,500 tapos biglang out of contact na? Agad agad?

My sister says I cancel ko na yung contracts ko with them - for both OTD and florist - dahil ang gulo nilang kausap. Even the receipt for the 3k booking fee that I paid them nung bridal fair hindi naka-itemize. It was printed on the OTD receipt pero naka-staple ang florist's card. Pero sa job order, may 3k deposit sa flowers sa OTD wala. Pero sabi sa OTD contract kailangan ng 2k booking fee.

I remember on bridal fair day, we paid 1k to book them as florists and 2k for OTD. Ang gulo!

Should I cancel na ba and start looking for other suppliers or wait for their reply?

^ sis ang hirap ng ganyan, simula palang hindi na kayo magkaintindihan. buti sana kung 1 or 2 mistakes lang pero in your case parang ang gulo na. maybe you can itemize everything that you need changed or clarified sa contract and discuss it with them ng isang bagsakan. if after that hindi pa rin kayo magkasundo then let it go na. marami pang ibang trusted OTD and florist with the same price range. btw, can you share the name of this OTD and florist?

true si sis @bzbee. super dami ng supplier (OTD, florist). Kaya mas maganda rin talaga na chinecheck muna naten kung maganda reviews nila. Sa una palang stress ka na sa kanila sis @LingMVL what more sa mga dadating na months at sa araw ng wedding mo. Yun nga sis @LingMVL sino ba yung supplier na yan para aware din kami. thanks

So, I finally cancelled my booking with THAT wedding coordinator. And I've spent the entire day today just messaging everybody. Well, not everybody, but a whole lot. Basically, I messaged

nice sis LingMVL, based on your shared experience i can affirm you did the right move na cancel na yan otd/florist mo na magulo kausap. better to lose 3k kesa naman sa stress na dulot nila sayo sa simula palang.

^LingMVL relax haha there are so many options out there for both suppliers. And yes never ever book suppliers you have not background-checked for reviews even if they offer all sorts of discounts during fairs. Syempre that is what they do to get clients to book. Kelan ba wedding mo?

I think you did the right decision to change your coordinator sis. It would be more stressful if you'll deal with that kind of unprofessional coordinator. From the list the you have, I've seen kiss the girl, canaan celebrations and kredin. those 3 did a good job naman

Thanks, sissies! So far, sa lahat ng ni-research at na-email ko, those who are available and are within our budget are Imbitado (but they're already pencil-booked for another couple), Events Embassy, Passion Events, and 7ten5. Still considering Events and Elements, they're a bit over our budget but Ms. Bon is the nicest and most professional one I've chatted with so far - wala pang face-to-face 'yan a. I was really impressed by her.

Setting up meetings today. Wish us luck!

good luck sis! set up as much meeting as you can. we only got to meet SMA and Imbitado. when we met Ayie sold na kami agad. it also helped na siya yung cheapest with good reviews at that time hope you find your coordinator na para d ka na ma-stress, malaking tulong din ang OTD sa preps because they can help you with other suppliers.
