SMA bride here! Hassle free ang wedding ko and super alaga nila especially yun assigned sakin na coordinator (Mia). Even my P/V called them Super Coordinator, sila lahat nagasikaso and all even yun food ko hinimay pa nila. All I need to do is smile and the rest sila na bahala 😊

Weee!!! I'm a super happy SMA bride, too! And yes, si Mia din ang assigned sa akin on that day. She was awesome, I felt like a queen that day. My family and relatives were all praises kay Sheena after our wedding. Sobrang grace under pressure daw pinakita nya. Nagkawaldrobe malfunction pa ang isa sa bridesmaids ko and finix nila on the spot.  Nalaman ko na lang to actually the day after na, she didn't let me know na may ganon which was good dahil baka kahit naayos naman eh ikaworry ko pa din, extra sensitive pa mandin ako that day. Di talaga ako nagkamali ng pagpili.

Imbitado is already booked on our date. Now we are choosing between 7ten5 and EC weddings. Which do you prefer girls? May back-up coordinator kami kasi gift nung newbie-in-coordination na friend pero we want another one just to be safe. Thanks in advance!

Hi sis The Greatest Is LOVE, you may want to check my wedding coordinator Ayie of Imbitado events Super affordable and kasama na sa rates and RSVP Whenever I have questions, she responds promptly kahit na sa 2016 pa ang wedding ko. Excited lang ang peg.

Other coordinators na matunog din sa GT is Sheena of SMA Events and Events by Thoffy.
I suggest you meet as many as you can the soonest time possible kasi mabilis na sila ma-book these days.

To anyone considering Rene Ferrer, please reconsider booking him. He's supposedly a wedding planner/host and I attended a wedding just recently and it was pretty bad. I can't even comment on how bad his hosting skills are and how magulo the wedding is.

I'm thinking off the bat here ah..

1. No print out of the guest list/table assignment. When I gave him my name, he asked how am I related to the couple. He said "Kahit sa table 12, pwede na yan"
2. When I went inside the ballroom, they were announcing the names one by one and which table number they are
3. As a host, it was like he was reading the his spiels copied from the internet. Mali mali pa sequence niya saying that they will do the couple's dance pero changing his mind na dapat prayer muna
4. During the couple's dance and the dance with the parents, he said on mic that "kahit anong song na lang"

Sobrang disorganized.

Lumalabas na parang hindi pinaghandaan. I hope people are giving him direct feedback kasi kawawa yung succeeding events niya pag parating ganyan.

sis little_princess, this is horrible Masyadong disorganized nga siya, not fit to host/coordinate an event. Kung ako si bride, bwisit na bwisit malamang ako

Kinda disappointed at the change in attitude of Kutchie's Getting Married team. Super responsive on inquiries but after I booked them, it's been almost 2 weeks no reply to my queries at all despite follow-ups. Hmmppp! Wag nyo ko subukan. Hihi

Sana temporary lang ang nararanasan mo with your coordinator. Most probably because December is a busy time for them.

we're really having a bad experience with our coordinator.
barely 4 mos before the wedding we hired a full wedding coordinator.
couple already booked reception,caterer,invites,  church, photographer.
so we had a meeting to sign the contract with her. paid half of her fee w/c is 18k.
(she was actually referred by a friend's friend)
she gave us a worksheet to fill up.( suppliers... etc etc)
2nd meeting was when she accompanied us to the church, caterer, reception venue.
barely 2 mos, they don't give regular updates. we're the ones asking them what the status of this and that.... the program details... she doesn't take our calls, not replying our texts. so we email her, and it takes her so long to reply. we voiced out our discontent with her and of course she has to save herself with bs excuses.
filled up the list of guests for rsvp due on Dec 19, but until now Dec 17 no updates yet if they called already.
about the program details, asked her for games, she suggested Name that Tune !!!
