I don't plan on redeeming yet. The market's direction is also
going downwards so I can't blame them for their current performance.

@crzy, I can't recall but it's usually 3 months or so. I had planned
on investing on this fund for long term but they raised the minimum
on all ATM accounts and a simple settlement account can't be enrolled
online daw so as soon as mabawi ko ang paper loss ko, I'm exiting the
fund.

thanks sisses mxherr5, ikaela.

an SB branch personnel called me nga pala, requesting me to sign a waiver. i find it weird, para saan ba yun? kasi march pa ako nag open ng account, i assumed all required docs napirmahan ko na. nakakapag taka pa, medyo makulit si ate. hindi ako nakapunta dahil may emergency kami, nag remind pa talaga sya.

btw mga sis, if mag exit na sa fund, kailangan ba pumunta pa sa branch or pwede diretso transfer nalang sa atm account using OL banking? sorry sa noob question. thanks!

If placement is Equity there could really be a loss. The higher the return, the higher possible loss. That is why you should only invest in equity if its an excess of your money, something you will not need the soonest. Usually paper loss lang naman, hayaan lang hanggang makabawi. Almost all banks bumaba talaga. Actually, this is he best time to invest kasi mababa. My strategy, i put it in small amounts para if i need it na, i can withdraw some of it. I have equities that's really negative. Im not withdrawing it coz probably by end of dec makabawi or if not by next year.

Hi sis! Im getting naman Tranche A. I'm actually getting din sana Tranche B kaso i might need the money after 3 yrs so i decided tranche a na lang. I will be getting 10k per month. 4.5 to 5% is really a good deal. DMCI naman is stable so feeling ko, good to invest to them.

Thanks for the reply sis purplegravity. Medyo confused pa ako sa bonds na to since as i understand, we can only receive the interests by maturity date nya (3 or 5 yrs) and if in case we terminate, no charge naman. tama ba? And would you know about the option of buying with a discount for their properties? Actually, Im planning to get this since i'm planning to buy my condo from them in a few years time so im checking if ok nga ba...

Hi sisses, I just would like to ask about their maintaining balance.  There was a time na they deducted P300 on my account as I wasnt able to maintain it to 5k. After that, after few months of maintaining my balance and had an instance AGAIN on being below 5k they didnt deducted me. So ano 'yon? Meron ba silang na-miss na pag monitor ng account?  I tried to call their customer service and they said that if we were unable to maintain the 5k they will deduct P300 the following month and will close the account if we are unable to maintain another 5k.

Naguguluhan lang ako kasi may time na nag dedebit sila and may time na hindi kahit below 5k na. Have you experienced this as well? TIA.

Are you sure? The 5k is the average daily balance so if you had like 100k from say
Oct 1st to Oct 30th then on Oct 31st you had 1 peso, your average daily balance would
definitely be more than 5k.

Naaliw ako dun sa text kasi Debit mastercard din yung ATM card. So kaya magtransact ng walang PIN. The text message thing is definitely a good feature.

I guess, I get about 300-500 php rebates every month. No breakdown of rebates though. (But are there credit cards that provide such info?)

Yes, sis.  Sad nga lang and I cannot track the statement online.  But early this year it happened to me I think twice.  In fact, I was expecting to be deducted since I was unable to maintain it at that time.
