May question ako dun sa everyday card ng security bank. Paano ma-aachieve yung 3% ng meralco and other utilities? may pang swipe ba ng credit card ang meralco branches?

Seeing the downright trend of the market right now, is it still good to invest? I read an article that they are collaborating with a Japanese bank thinking that this will improve their performance in the long run.

I don't have professional input on this and just a newbie as well on investing so other opinions are welcome.

^sobrang bagal nila magprocess ng bank loan. matagal na kami approved sa kanila pero until now di pa kami nakakasign ng loan documents. nag apply na kami sa ibang bank, baka maunahan pa silang magprocess.

Not sure about Meralco, but I use my CC to pay my Smart bill. Medyo hassle lang to have to go to the Smart center.

Hi sis, yeah, hassle nga. I thought meron silang auto pay na facility for the utilities and icrecredit nila yung rebates for them.

Yung investment ko nun January may gains naman. Pero yung in-invest ko nga last year sobrang downfall like almost half. Sana mahabol pa yun in the next few years.

Medyo lumalabas yung mga downsides ng security bank credit card:

1. Utilities - in order for you to get the 3% rebate, you need to line up sa mga Globe/Smart/PLDT instead of having it sa autocharge. Mas Hassle.

2. SnR - SnR is tagged as supermarket, which is supposed to get 5% rebate. Pero dahil sa daw terminal na gamit ng SnR, tagged as shopping na lang siya which is 1%. Will call their customer support again to have them fix the rebates.

Really? Since when pa? That's not fair. For a time, SB was advertising inside SnR about the 5% rebate tapos yun pala 1% lang.

Also, how do you know the breakdown of your rebates? Sa SOA, it appears to be lumped into just one amount.

Not sure since when, kasi I just got my card and checked my first statement. Yes, not fair talaga. I called up their customer support to ask them to recalculate my rebates. And yes, I told them that one too - advertising at SnR tapos 1% lang ibibigay.

Regarding calculation, i calculated the rebate for each item to verify kung tama ba ang calculation - OC

Plus, take note, hindi lahat ng restos nagbibigay sila ng 2% - I also found out when I asked them to inform me which of my transactions didn't have a rebate.

As of now, I have 2 complaints regarding SnR with them, pending resolution. Malaki rin kasi yung nawala from 5% down to 1%.

Grabe! I am really having a hard time getting my 5% na rebate sa SnR!!! Ang sinesend daw ng terminal ng SnR is shopping which is 1%!!!!!

Update lang.. according to them, my purchase on SnR is categorized as HARDWARE, that's why 1%! Paano naging hardware yung groceries na pinamili ko? tsk tsk tsk.

mga sis, anyone here na naka-enroll sa online banking ng security bank? i'm trying to enroll my newly opened account kaya lang i keep on getting the message "You have entered invalid detail/s. Please make sure that you use the personal information you had provided to the bank" nakakaloka!

I just received the latest bill on my Cashback credit card, and the annual fee is a whopping P3,000.00!

Has anyone here had her annual fee waived? Madali ba silang kausap?

Maccharge na rin ako ng annual fee next month. Sana pwede ipa-waive. Di ko bawi yun rebates. Wala pa 3k rebates ko, lalo na ke hubby. Hindi sulit.

how is your investment doing? nakabili ako nung all-time low nila last year, so may gains na rin naman this year. pretty happy so far.
