Yan din ang iniisip ko ngayon. lols! Where to stay in Samal, yung affordable pero maganda naman ang amenities at beach front. Tsaka yung di na mag hahabal habal. Kasama ko kasi mom ko na medyo mahirap na sa kanya mag travel travel na palipat lipat.

After a long long while nakabalik din ako sa davao and samal thread. 

Im glad that Kuya Joey which i recommended before is happily servicing fellow GT's. I've lost his contact number; thanks to this forum at naka post ang number nya sa prev threads. I texted him and tinawagan nya ako agad. Glad that he still remembers me. Will be going to davao next week for an event and side trip na rin sa samal.

mga sis what do you recommend na resort na okay to spend overnight with friends in samal? I have few in mind baka may ma dagdag kayo, will appreciate your feedback:

1. Bluejaz
2. Villa Amparo
3. Secdea

Update: Cant help but just wanna share this. Im a bit turned off sa Secdea. I called their mobile phone and inquired for an overnight stay relative to dvo trip next week.

1st call: Lady answered my call and i asked few questions.. (im not done yet with my inquiry) then nawala sa line, i thought signal problems lang.
2nd call: Naka ilang ring.. then she picked up.. nung nag hello na ako, call was off again.
3rd call:  Naka ilang ring.. nobody's answering na.
4th call:  Naka ilang ring.. nobody's answering pa din. Ugz!

tried sms the number, i asked if what time can i call them nalang coz they might be busy or just reply me nalang whether available or not yung iniinquire kong date. haaay. waley reply. Well, kumusta naman, maganda yung resort pero inquiry palang ganun na sila. isang malaking WALEY.  disappointing

oh shocks di ko alam na August ang Kadayawan. Sayang we are two days late. We will be there August 19-22. Kasi yun ang holiday dates para isang araw lang leave ko. sana may after festival events pa kaming abutan.

Following this thread for accommodation and itinerary. May 3 year old kaming kasama. What activities are family friendly?

help naman po mga sis.. magkano kaya ang taxi fare from davao airport going to eden nature park.? or meron pang iba na pwedeng sakyan papunta doon na mas affordable .. balak kasi namin dumiretso na sa eden sa first day namin e then crocodile park tapos butterfly tapos daan na din sa jack ridge . mahirap ba sumakay papuntangk sa downtown? or mas ok magg rent ng taxi? magkano po kaya? thanks

Anyone been to Dahican beach in Mati? We'll be in Davao for Holy Week and the week after that. My mom is from Davao so we try to regularly visit every summer. Kaya lang we've never been to Dahican. We'll be bringing our 9 yr old kid along. Iniisip ko kung saan pwede magstay--Dahican Surf Resort, Kubo sa Dahican, Botona Resort. Any feedback?

Para rin pala sa mga nakapunta na, paano pala ang food ninyo? We won't be able to bring much provisions kasi we plan on taking the bus/van going to Mati.

Thank you for seat sale, I was able to book a flight to Davao! Staying for 3 days lang and solo travel so my itinerary is medyo laid back lang. Booking Alu Hotel for Davao City and still researching for a hotel in Samal. Any suggestions? Yung safe for a female solo traveller

hi sisses! any reco for rent a car for city tour + eden nature park? april pa naman yung trip namin ng daughter ko but i want to plan early sana para ma idea din ako sa magiging cost. we'll be staying for 4 days and 3 nights. my plan is to stay in samal for 2 days and last 2 days sa city na. any recos we're we can stay? yung kid friendly and budget friendly din sana. thaks!
