^ Hi sis. I pencil booked Make up by Xy. Dami good reviews saka justified naman rates nya. Yung package na kinuha ko is Airbrush MU for bride+grooming for groom saka +9 heads traditional MU. I think inclusive na yun ng makeup for 2 flower girls saka choice of prenup make up or trial make up. Kasama na unli retouch and second look in the reception Magmeet kame next month to get to know her more saka para magdown na din. Super excited na ko hihi <3

Grabe si Mariah ha. Dito ko lang siya nakita. I had to look (Ig) to know what the rave was about. Infairness naman sa kanya ha! I love her works. Napansin ko na ang galing niya sa nose lines at eye make-up. Not the usual smokey eyes lang ginagawa niya. She tries to "lift" her clients' eyes din. At syempre yung nose. Kaya ang laki ng layo ng itsura nila with and without make up. Napapadalawang isip tuloy ako.

I just checked Mariah's fb account too. She was my friend's hmua during her wedding kaya lang I didn't see much difference on my friend kasi natural syang makinis maputi as in flawless at pretty talaga. Now upon checking mariah's account, ang masasabi ko lang ay....
kung hindi sya isang aesthetician,  isa syang magician. ANG GALING! we are from the same province pala. Now parang gusto ko ng igive up ang hmua ko hahaha!

We all share the same sentiments pagdating kay Mariah! How I wish ginawa ko din top priority ang hmua.  Siguro kung last year baka na-book ko pa sya. Sayang. But Im still thankful dahil na-book ko si Diana hindi sya kasing magician ni Mariah but I can attest na mabait sya talaga and maasikaso even if hindi ko pa sya nami-meet in person. I will tell the story why next time. Kaya I highly recommend Diana Santos. She's super sweet and grabe ang concern nya saken nung nagka-prob ako. And bait!

I booked her May 7 of this year for my May 16 wedding next year.. Hihi..Para sa akinGood deal yung nakuha ko sa kanya kasi 7 adults plus 3 flower girls for 25k..MInsan nga natatakot ako baka naooverlook nya na booked na siya on my wedding day..haha..si Diana Zubiri kasi ikakasal din sa May tapos pupunta din sya sa Canada by May.. But she assured me naman na yung Canada is after my wedding..Yung wedding ni Diana di ko alam..hehe. Lurker ako sa IG nya..Gusto ko sa kanya is yung magaling sya mag contoure ng face. Pero ayoko naman ng super transform..hehe

true, mabait nga siya kahit sa email lang kami nakakapag-usap coz i'm overseas.. andami na naming email exchange even before ako nagbook kase i wanted to make sure na gets niya yung peg ko at gusto ko din malaman kung ano ang tingin niya na bagay sakin.. kaya ngayon pa lang, alam ko na kung ano'ng make-up ang magaganap.. need na lang ma-experience sa prenup shoot make-up

Nagulat din ako sa rates ni mariah sis. Double ng rates ng hmua ko. Mine is Thea Dionisio of Make Up Design Academy. She has been really good. Mabait at maalaga at of course magaling din ang works nya. She's been doing make ups of models and celebs too. Hindi lang siguro matunog ang name but she's very good.

Naintriga ako. I checked her IG page. Grabe, major transformation pala talaga! In fair, her brides will really look their best on their big day! Pero yeah, same tayo sis, I just want to be me and just enhance my natural features. Baka di na namin makilala sino kasama ni fiance sa magiging wedding pictures namin. hehe.

Oo nga sis. I even showed his portfolio sa officemates ko and ang galing nya daw talaga. We exchanged sms earlier and nagpromise sya na babalikan nya ako bukas if available pa sya on my wedding date. May naka pencil book daw sa kanya and he has yet to check if nakapag DP na.

Nakakarelieve nga ng stress kapag tinitingnan ko yung IG nya. Nahuli pa ako ni h2b na kinikilig while browsing his works. Haha. It will surely break my heart if hindi na sya available on my wedding day.

I actually booked my HMUA nung July pa kaso thinking of changing it kasi narealize ko na di ako satisfied sa works nung HMUA na nabook ko. Sadly, napressure lang akong ibook sya kasi her previous bride is my officemate.

Question lang mga sis, i know and understand that DP is non refundable, but would it be awkward to inform her na I am cancelling our arrangement? Is it okay also to ask them to use the dp for, let' say pre-nup shoot na lang?

Ganyan din naexperience ko.. may naka pencil book daw, may bride daw na papalit palit ng wedding date. Hanggang sa hindi na ako nireplyan ever. Nakakasad naman yung ganun. Busy nga siguro and all pero bakit walang time mag reply sa fb or sms kung nakakapag post naman siya ng photos. Hanggang sabi ni h2b wag na daw yun kahit gustong gusto ko saka ayaw naman daw niya talaga magbago mukha ko sa makeup. Fortunately I found Eds Go and I realized mas suited sakin ang style niya and how she takes care of her clients feel ko talaga na importante din ako at may new friend ako.

I have my hmua na and then since I've been seeing some raves about mariah kaya na curious ako. 
I searched for her ig account and showed my husband and di nya nagustuhan. No offense to other sissies na kinuha si mariah syempre kanya kanyang opinion yan. I have to admit that she is really good but for a Groom's point of view, di daw nya maaappreciate if during the wedding day ay hindi kamukha ng asawa nya ang papakasalan nya. Lol!

^hahaha I agree with your hubby. I have nothing against mariah and yes kita naman talaga magaling sya magician nga daw eh. Pero in my opinion lang naman, mas gusto ko pa din yung hmua na natural look lang and not so made up to the point na sobrang layo na sa natural na ganda ng bride. Yun kasi napapansin ko sa works nya, I mean ok yung ganun type ng make-up maybe if not for a bride siguro. Kasi may natural na kakaibang bloom naman talaga ang bride, kelangan lang i-enhance.

^important talaga ni hingin ang opinion ng partner otherwise baka tumakbo palabas ng simbahan yan sa pag aakalang iba ang babaeng papakasalan nya. Hahahah!

Do you have any feedback about Jackie Flores of Majica? Had a trial with her sa wedding fair and okay naman. She was able to deliver what I wanted which is natural look lang. I just want to know how it is working with her.

I also really like Eds Go based on her portfolio. Nakachat ko na siya sa fb pero kelangan pa iconvince si h2b kasi she's over the budget we set for hmua.

Haven't heard of her yet, Sis.

HMUA is my non-negotiable supplier hence I made sure na this time, binook ko yung may "this is it" feeling na supplier. Though I wasted money sa naunang na-book na HMUA, kapalit naman nun eh kampante ako na gustong gusto ko na talaga this time yung HMUA ko. Yung hindi ako mabubwisit kakaisip kung bakit ang tagal tagal nyang magreply at talagang forte ang pagpapaganda ng mga brides on their wedding day.

May mga affordable HMUAs na okay naman ang quality of work. Go search ka lang sa gt and attend ka ng bridal fairs.

If you really like Eds Go, ask her if she has promo for November.
