Why not?  Nabasa ko lang sa facebook madaming nagcocoment na good daw sya for long term, what do you think? Eh since I think mababa ang price nya nga yun,  would buy sana kung okay nga sya.

^I would buy NIKL if I didn't have MARC. It's at its fibonacci support, so it's a good entry point. Nickel prices are down now, but no bad news yet, worldwide demand for nickel is still high, and outlook is still bullish. So yeah, why not?

^Why would you need access to mining/oil companies? You don't need it in this irrational market. You are doing a great disservice to yourself by keeping yourself in the dark on mining/oil stocks, especially this year when they are surpassing the index.

isang linggo na akong nagbabalak na pumasok sa COL. nakapirma na mga forms and all. kaso naghihintay ako ng feedback from COL kung correctly filled up lahat ng forms ko. ang tagal nila, ayoko na silang hintayin!

pero sisses, timing-wise, do you think this is the right time to invest sa stock market? para kasing pababa yung trend ngayon (o nakatingin lang ako sa NAVPS ng mfs? hehe)

^Bakit ang tagal, sis? Naalala ko yung processing nung account ko, parang 3 days lang.

Kabado din ako earlier this week kasi parang nag-breakdown ang PSEi. Kahit COL naglabas na ng report nila about it: for them, shallow correction lang yung nangyayari. It looks like they're right because the PSEi is bouncing back again today, and very strongly, if I may add.

I agree that the market is toppish now and it's a very precarious time to enter. But some stocks don't really follow the index. One good example is DNL.  When the index topped at 7392 in May 2013, it was at 8+ pesos. When the index reached 7300+ again last week, how much was DNL? 13+ pesos.
