GrabTaxi, GrabCar, Easy Taxi, Uber, Tripda, etc. reviews?

i have both uber and grab apps. If i need a ride inwould try both apps and mas mahal sa grab kadalasan by p100-150 price difference compared to uber.

Pansin ko nga pag naka uber or grab mabagal talaga takbo. Chill na chill ang mga drivers. Ayun tuloy minsan mahal ang fare. For me i only use them pag hindi ko pwede gamitin car like mag overnight or out of town and may meeting place lang ng group tapos i can't leave my car there. Magastos din siya kung araw araw malayo pa naman house ko. Kung siguro malapit lang mga pupuntahan uber or grab na lang ako di nako magdadala ng car.

Parang iba na uber support ngayon.. Seems to be outsourced to India and I'm very unhappy with the responses misunderstood yung issues unlike before agad agad solved na!

I like GrabCar. Fixed yung rate na naka-indicate sa app once you booked them. As for GrabTaxi, may napara aku before around Makati Area. Tapus ayun, mega nagrereklamo nga kasi daw bumaba yung booking fee nila and all. Ang tanung ku naman sa kanya, eh bakit po kayu nagregister with Grab kung ayaw nyu na po yung patakaran pwede naman po kayu siguro umalis sa kanila hindi po ba. Ayun di na kumibo ulit. LOL!  Never tried GrabTaxi though. I'd rather hail a regular cab. Pag wala, GrabCar na ito.

Try wunder. I haven't tried though kasi nalilito ako dun sa app. fare ranges at 80-150 daw.

First time namin ni mom magpabook ng sasakyan via UberX. Ok naman. 6 mins lang kami naghintay sa driver tapos private car pa. From pasig to pasay kami. 384 binayaran namin. Namahalan si mommy. Hehe. Kanina nagpabook siya thru grabtaxi. Mas gusto daw niya ang latter.

Medyo weird rates ng Grab ngayon, pansin ko lang. Magbbook ako from SM North to bahay namin. Nung ininput ko 'SM North Edsa' yung location, P200 yung rate. Nung binago ko, ginawa kong 'SM The Block', P162 lang haha weird.

Nakakainis lang sa Grab, hilig mag cancel ng drivers. Four times na akong kina-cancellan ng drivers nila. I booked a GrabCar last night from the bus terminal pauwi within the area lang din, 10 mins ko na hinihintay tapos biglang tumawag si driver, cancel na lang daw kasi hindi siya makaikot, sabi ko okay lang willing to wait ako kasi ang tagal ko na rin siya hinintay, but he insisted on cancelling samantalang nakita ko sa app malapit na siya. Nainis ako so I didn't cancel, hinayaan ko lang. 'Di siya maka book ng ibang rider so he ended the trip. Gave him a 2-star rating instead. Mabilis naman response ng Grab support, 30 mins after may email na agad sa akin apologizing for the incident etc. Ewan lang kung template 'yung response na 'yun.

Ngayon nakakapagcancel na rin ang mga drivers sa grab, dati paramg di pwede?
Sadky nagiging magulang na rin ang mga grab drivers. They'll give all sorts of reason to encourage the customer to cancel them pag biglang makita nila na may surge tsk tsk.

^ IMO mas may attitude ang Grab drivers kesa Uber's.

A month ago we booked naman Grab from T3 kasi walang Uber, fare is 550+ from T3 to QC. Driver accepted so we waited. When he got there, he was debating with the person manning the Grab booth in the airport bakit daw sobrang baba ng computed fare, eh rush hour daw etc (we booked mga 7 PM), galing daw siya ng UP Town to Pasay and his previous passenger paid 700. We couldn't understand why he was complaining kasi nakita niya naman QC destination and the fare, bakit niya inaccept kung feeling niya lugi siya?

Anyway, sabi namin bigyan na lang namin siya 800 kasi pagod na pagod na kami and we all just wanted to come home. Kaloka 'yang Grab.

^ yun nga sis. not a week has passed na a grab driver (sedan/taxi) would not reason out na naflatan etc. wth.

sa uber kase hindi sila nakakapili, yung system na mismo ang nag tag sa kanila. tsaka, alam ko mas strict si uber kesa kay grab. dapat i-reklamo rin yung mga drivers na nag ka-cancel kase kung hindi eh di wala rin sila pinagbago sa taxi na tumatanggi sa pasahero.

kanina mga sis sa grabtaxi additional 50 pesos daw on top of fare. nagtaas na ba sila or baka mataas lang surge?

Naiinis na ako sa Grabcar ngayon. Ang mahal na, and hindi nila sinusunod yung fare computation nila (as displayed sa app) given the distance ng destination ko, kahit walang demand and walang traffic. Yung nagbook ako pa-T3 at 3am, 460 sa app - pero if I'll base it sa computation nila, dapat less than Php350 lang. So nag-Uber na lang ako hehe cos they are wayyy cheaper, even compared to cabs, lalo na pag walang surge and walang traffic

Also, lately ang rude na ng mga Grabcar drivers na naeencounter ko. Reklamo dito, reklamo doon - kesyo malaki daw kaltas sa kanila, wala ng incentive, break-even lang sila lagi, etc. - as if kontrolado yun ng pasahero. (Granted there are passengers talaga who make daya by inputting a more distant pick-up point/nearer drop-off para makatipid.) Mang-aaway pag credit card ang ginamit cos matagal daw nireremit sa kanila. Minsan pa they don't follow Waze directions pag mas malayo yung route kase sayang daw sa gas - but we end up getting stuck in traffic naman Buti pa sa Uber, di ka nila kinakausap

I tried UberPOOL this morning, mas mura sya ng di hamak (Php50-75 difference siguro yun) but my co-passenger was going somewhere sort of out of the way (including pick-up and drop-off) so umikot pa kami kung saan, which added 30mins to my usual travel time of 1 hour. I believe nalugi pa nga yung driver dito

Di pa masyado naexplain ng Uber ang algorithm nila for this. And di ko na ito iaavail ng weekdays or if time-sensitive yung pupuntahan ko.

Naka-reflect sa app or sabi lang ng driver na may plus 50?

nakalagay sa app sis. high demand kasi yung time. nakalagay yung quotation tapos below it sabi additional 50 daw ang charge.

May cash basis pa rin ba uber?

^ Yup, minsan "landmark" daw yung iniinput nilang pick-up/drop-off so malayo yung kelangan iikutin, or nasa loob pa ng village, etc. para makamura (dahil nga by distance yung calculation sa Grab).

i was suppose to try this last friday kasi coding ako. paano ba ang system dito pag may sinabing price si uber yun na ang babayaran mo fix na? kasi diba usually sa uber estimate lang. it could get higher pa depende sa traffic? i'm planning to try it this saturday sana. ok kaya? qc to bgc sana.
