MID range wedding gown designers

Hi debbie0418! Got my gown sa Ivory and White Bridal. I'll be having my 2nd fitting this weekend. Our wedding will be on August. Mine I think is ivory ang color. They have champagne colored gowns na rin yata. They can customize your RTW as well Yung napili ko kasi supposedly is may sleeveless na part pero pinatanggal ko yun kasi ang gusto ko is tube lang then magpapalagay ako ng off shoulder. So kahit na RTW siya at most likely may ibang brides na na nag-avail nung same design, kakaiba pa rin yung sakin since may tinanggal ako and idadagdag.

Ako rin kasi ang peg ko ay mga Rosa Clara gowns. Yung dainty looking lang na full lace. Maraming ganito ang Ivory and White. Ganda din ng train kasi makikita mo na lace talaga siya, though kaunti lang yata yung super haba na train nila unlike pag sa mga designers. Mine I think is chapel length na train.

Special thanks to Chili1113 kasi siya rin nakausap ko about Ivory and White (through email if makikilala mo ako Chili1113 hehe) and nabanggit nga niya mala-Rosa Clara ang gowns sa Ivory and White and na maganda ang quality and itsura. Knowing Chili1113's taste and eye for quality, syempre tiwala ako sa kanya! Kaya nagpunta akong Ivory and White (nung una kasi ayoko na sana kasi malayo sa akin) tapos same day nung nag-try ako ng gowns, after lunch bumalik din kami to give a down payment! Nagulat nga yata yung nandun eh kasi nagdecide ako kaagad hehe

Maganda rin yung gowns sa White Label though medyo mas pricey pero ang maganda yata sa White Label is 1 gown per design lang sila. So kung napili mo na yung design na yun, tatanggalin na nila sa display.

Hi ncs!! I am so happy I was able to help you and nakahanap ka ng gown. I remember I went to Rosa Clara then I went also to Ivory. Actually that time may designer na ako na book, but I wanted to try kung ano ang bagay na silhouette sa akin. OMG nagulat ako with Ivory kasi for the price, very nice talaga yung gowns and very Rosa Clara-ish =) Honestly siguro I would've just gotten my gown there if I didn't book my designer yet. So when my brother got engaged, my SIL and I went there again to try gowns. But my SIL ended up liking also one of their gowns!! Lapit na wedding mo sis!! Hope all is well with your preps.

^ Ivory and White definitely not high quality lace as Rosa Clara or Pronovias. The tulle they use is quite stiff and makati. You can see and feel the difference in price, then again it's a 4x price difference.

I got my dress from White Label (Simone from the 2016 collection). Their price range is between 40-60k. I think the quality is better compared to Ivory and White but they don't have as many style.

Re Ivory and White--  Yes, their staff drove me crazy. Twice we went to them for scheduled fittings only to find out our entou gowns werent even there!  No, they don't make good entourage gowns too, but for 3500/gown it is as much as one can expect. No, they do not have the finest laces and materials but then again, you cannot have a Spanish or French lace gown and spend less than 70k. =) =)

I loved my wedding gown, but sometimes I wish I went the RTW route. Sayang because I didnt know we were going to Spain and Portugal 8 months before my wedding, and I wish I just bought Pronovias in Spain it was sooo much cheaper and tax-free!! Thing I liked about my custom designer gown though is that the the cut and everything was really designed to minimize my problem areas hehe.

if dalawa na lang pinagpipilian mo, why not set a meeting with both para ma-feel mo din kung kanino ka magiging panatag kase iba talaga pag kausap mo na personally ang supplier.
i'm a roxy bride and i super love her to bits. nung time na preps pa lang ako i was also interested with bridehouse kaso starting pa lang sila nun and yung initial communication namin was so-so lang. when i met with roxy kase talagang na-this is it freling ako.
maganda ang output nila pareho and they both have a lot of good reviews kaya better siguro na ma-meet mo sila para malaman mo kung kanino jive ang personality mo.
re: suit - sina roxy din ang gumawa ng suit ni hubby. pulido at malinis ang pagkakagawa and sabe nga ni ayie na ang family business nila roxy before was suits. alam ko gumagawa na din ng suits ang BH kase they've posted some samples.

Nagpunta kami sa Bridehouse kahapon, nagustuhan ko yung isang gown na finit ko.
Okay naman, pero gusto ko din talaga imeet si Roxy.
Sa suit, gusto ni h2b same supplier na lang daw yung gown ko and suit niya.
Kung maganda sila Ms Roxy gumawa ng suit, +1 point na siya sakin. Hihi

Hi, we got Merlene Marcelo Couture. Their staff is very accommodating and friendly. Ms Merlene is like a mom and she really wants na maging maganda yung bride on their special day. I love when she asked me "Love mo na ba ko?" because she loves to hear the words "Love na kita Merlene". For me that's so sweet, parang inaayusan lang ako ng mom ko yung ganung feeling She helped me decide kung ano talaga yung cut na bagay sakin. Their service is highly recommended and she can even works on your budget without compromising the design, hindi sya mahirap kausap. And their shop pa is so big na kahit madaming clients for sure their staff will accommodate you.

I've got the chance to talk to both designers. Roxy and Carmen Lazaro of Bridehouse. Torn din ako sa kanila before but I ended up with Bridehouse kasi plus points yun nagustuhan ni fiance ko yun work ni Paulo Lazaro (Ms. Carmen's son).

To help you decide, it's better if you inquire first. Doon mo mas ma-feel kung kanino yun may "this is it" feeling.

Ako definitely si Roxy. Super bait nya nad nakikinig sya sa mga input ko. Saka sinasabi nya talaga pag hindi bagay.

Yung lining pa lang ang finit ko nung isang araw kay Roxy Bagano and pak na pak na haha. Super excited na ko.

Kaya lang ang problem is can't afford ako sa quote niya sa gown na peg ko. 50k.
Malamang dun na lang kami magpagawa ng suit ni hubby, tapos yung gown ko sa Bridehouse na lang namin bibilhin.

Ayoko naman magsplurge kasi once ko lang sya susuotin. But being a bride, gusto ko pa din naman na maganda yung magiging gown ko. Help naman po. Thanks
