^ yup sis.  You can always ask your coordinator (kahit yung mga pinagpipilian mo pa lang) to send you their different service descriptions.  Para you will be able to decide more kung kaninong service ang more adjusted sa needs nyo.

I don't want to be super demanding and aggressive, but it has been 5 days since I gave my DP for full coordination sa coordinator ko. Until now wala pa akong narereceive na kahit ano sakanya, I mean ano na bang gagawin? ano na mangyayari? Though sumasagot sya sa mga questions ko sa fb. Eh ano ba to, para lang akong naka OTD nito eh.

Sabi nya busy lang daw sya, se-send nalang nya saken lahat ng need ko.

barcode: hmmmm I would expect more kasi full coordination yung service eh. Medyo nakakainis nga if 5 days na, wala ka pa na receive na kahit ano. Although, as your said they answer your right away naman on FB-- so that counts.

Here's a side comment lang to all the brides: If you will get full coordination, please please get TRUSTED and honest coordinators. Some suppliers have warned me that some coordinator DO get commissions!! As in may cut sila sa suppliers who they recommend, and so the suppliers incorporate this in their quotations. In the end napapa-mahal yung bride.

This florist (not the one I hired for my wedding) mentioned to me before there is this high profile female coordinator, who usually handles Chinese weddings, who charges a lot, yet still asks for commissions. Whereas there are some coordinators who aren't so expensive but don't get commissons. The florist told me Kiss The Girl and La Belle Fete don't ask for commissions. Same with my coordinator  Ruby Ines.  Minsan daw lung sino pa yung mas low-end na coordinator sila pa yung madalas mag commission.

^ Have they given you a receipt already? If not, kailangan mo nga i update yun. Mahirap na. Matagal pa ba yung wedding mo? Yung iba kasi, they only start to work on your wedding a year before. But you can always ask them naman. Give them a week. Pag hindi pa din sinasagot or binibigay yung hinihingi mo, then ayun. I guess you can "unleash the Kraken"! Joking aside, just give them a week. That is the most a supplier should make you wait. I only have OTD, pero everytime I need some information or something, they would message me kaagad. The most I have to wait for a reply is 24-48 hours yata. And we only communicate via FB since based kami ni hubby overseas.

My wedding is in few months, wala pa kong kahit ano. Hindi ba dapat medyo inuuna nya ko kahit pa may mga nauna syang client. Kaya nga ako nag full coord kasi di ko kaya dahil malapit na.

They are very famous dito sa GT. Di ko ineexpect na ganto service nila. Walang nega feedback. How possible na ganto ang service nila? hayy

I got semi planning for my wedding. So far ok naman pero marami glithches like mas ok yung nahahanap ko na supplier but that's given kasi i do my researching well or pwede din like what you have mentioned baka may commission for those who can refer but i still want to give her benefit of the doubt dahil nasayo naman yun as a bride if you will rely on them and dont do your researching. Maybe you are asking why did we still get a semi coordinator, overseas kasi ako actually she helped me a lot especially sa documentation and scheduling. She has been working with us 1 yr narin kasi napostponed yung wedding namin and she managed to get all suppliers on same day na wala kami igigive up given an mid range and mga in demand suppliers like maraih camayo, darlene salazar and jason magbanua. So far accepted ko na yun na mas ok mga research ko sa kanya anyway mga small things nalang naman yun and oot din kasi wedding namin. Her roles are more into scheduling and paying suppliers. Medyo tragic eto pero our arrangement is ako magverify to suppliers with the payment. So i still counter check even if siya yung nagbayad. For us plus factor na mapagkakatiwalaan mo siya. She is not well known na coordinator coz all of the known ones are already booked december kasi yung initial namin date but we meet here in singapore during her visit here.

She is also there during foodtasting, entourage fitting, ocular ng venue, prep ocular, church ocular and fitting for bride and groom. Right now she is handling our invites. Siya magpapadala sa amin ng mock up for our approval. I think sulit narin for her price yun nga lang talaga you really need to do some research too. Kahit known or trusted pa yan you always need to double check.

Need ko nalang kung pano namen gagawin yung flow ng Full Coordination. Then I'm ready to book suppliers. Pero ano? Nga nga eh, kahit workings wala syang masend saken.

Sis barcode may i ask when is your wedding? Some coordinators kasi they have timeline on it before they start. Pero if hindi na kaya you can ask hubby to call them. Usually naalarm sila paglalake na yung tumatawag bacause alam nila nagsumbong ka na especially for full or semi lagi ko ginagawa yun hehe. i just dont know if it will work with your supplier.

^sis barcode, if you are so worried na. Then why not give them a call or an email. Explain it to them your grievances on being ignored and asked to wait which a supplier shouldn't do, especially since its full coordination.

If it's ok with you sis try mo iconvert to OTD, bale yung nabigay mong dp is for OTD service nila at hindi yung full coord. Try mo kausapin sila sis:) tawagan mo para mas mabilis mong makausap:)

Seven months is so gahol na. I reffered my friend to our partial coordinator and she asked din kung pwede pa partial coz she gave birth di na nga sya inaccept kasi sobrang lapit na daw and advice her to get otd nalng. Nakakacram nga yan sis.

hi barcode Im not sure if you can downgrade your package but they usually dont allow it. You can terminate the contract though since cancellations might require you to still pay in full. I had mine terminated and stated a reason. I had to let go of our downpayment too since I cannot handle the stress in booking suppliers. Find someone who will make you sleep better since you will technically lose sleep when the wedding gets nearer
