Chili1113 led walls (I heard) starts at 20k and up. You can ask your venue for reputable L & S that usually caters manila polo club. Some l &s can really be expensive,  example would be sparklingjewel's l & s since she's having an outdoor event therefore she requires more equipment.. more lights and speakers..Yours is an indoor right and you have drapes that acts as acoustic which helps a lot sa quality ng sounds.

^ hi sis, natawa ako when I read the 100k haha. we reached that amount because we had 3 stages, a huge lighted dance floor, aluminum trusses for our lights, and we had gen set pa. If you do not need those, you would not reach that amount i suggest sis you go ask around so you can shortlist then once you get your final contracts, pa-revise mo nalang.

LED wall is around 20K. if you want the split type, usually they are around 30k and up. but mine was cheaper haha!

I agree with your coordinator when she used the word TRUSTED and REPUTABLE. Mahirap kasi i-qualify ang magaling na lights and sound supplier because this can be really subjective. For those who are not particular with the audio, basta tumunog yan and may decent lighting, okay na yun. My husband was telling me last week that Jason Magbanua posted something in his fb na parang he was complaining about this sound system supplier kasi na-ruin yata yung video or something. If you had JMag, I'm sure you wouldn't hire a low budget L&S supplier and choose those who are sikat. He said it is almost always the coordinator's call daw kasi. For sis juwie and I, we had higher standards audio-wise kaya we did not go with the popular ones. Madali kasing maachieve yung decent lighting but yung sound ang complicated. Like ikaw sis, madami ka rin musicians on your wedding like us ni sis Juwie. If you want to maximize their musicality and for you to fully enjoy their performances, I suggest you find a good L&S supplier. There's a big lights and sound industry outside. They may not be known sa wedding industry but that does not mean they cannot deliver. They do more complicated and more technical stuff, mas mahirap di hamak sa weddings. They handle concerts, live shows, corporate, etc na more often than not, may director who gives orders and expect results in a snap. So those who are reputable and experienced, mani nalang sa kanila yung timing na hanap mo when it comes to weddings

I'll be having an outdoor wedding and I booked a 9x12 LED wall na din. Ang problem ko now is the tent kasi mejo limited ang tent na matataas that can accomodate a 9x12 LED wall as backdrop. Thinking of Tent King's highest tent kaso parang kulang pa din. Forscink truss arch tent naman is sobrang mahal, 120k na ang quote sakin.

sis nung wedding ko, I had aluminum trusses way higher than my LED wall. If you want sis I can give you my supplier's number so you can ask if they provide the arch tent that you are looking for. I think they have e kasi I saw it once sa FB nila.

Hmmmmm 20k for an entry-level LED screen, parang hindi sulit with our wedding. We only have an SDE, but dont no prenup photos, and dont want to show our couple photos either. We also dont want live feed since we want to maintain an intimate ambiance. SOooooo h2b wants an LED screen... but what on Earth ang ipapakita namin sa LED screen na yan aside from SDE and our monogram?

^ hehe we just had it because we used it as a backdrop and that's where we went out during introduction. We didn't have a stylist kasi so we had to find ways to maximize stuff. Instead of hiring a stylist to do the backdrop and a separate projector, we just opted to get LED wall para 2-in-1 na We had SDE video and a surprise AVP from
the photog of our wedding pictures but that's basically it. Since you have a stylist naman sis, if you think it's not a priority, then call mo na yun. Kaso gusto ng fiancé mo haha!

^^This is the sign i have been looking. haha. We will end up sa no stylist wedding (because budget wise, we cannot afford those i firstly like as more more flowers and buong set up). So we thought of having LED wall. Split para mega entrance na din. Looking for one na.  Hi Si joy89, wala pang kaming L/S Supplier. Sabe ni coordinator ko, C stohnesky daw affordable and mabait for tagaytay wedding pa no OOT. Kaya lang, wala naman LEd walls. so now mega search pa din. i inquired na 5th element yesterday, they sent me a quotation pero for indoor naman. So will email nalang on few questions.

Actually sis, thats what i was thinking of using it for... like a backdrop in the middle of the room. Because even if we are getting a stylist, we are not opting for a couple's area or stage backdrop. SO I guess OK na  rin since I actually prefer an LED screen as a backdrop since it is actually functional naman VS having a staged couples area (which will cost about the same as the LED screen).

For our stages nung wedding, we were initially charged 800 per panel for the acrylic stage, yung parang glass, but since we rented out everything from them, they gave us a huge discount. Ang alam ko Meron din sila nung isang type na cheaper e. Vinyl yata yun then color black sya.

Hi mga sis! Nagbackread ako ng thread, I think I like the idea of having led wall installed as replacement for backdrop, but Ive never attended a wedding like that before. Ano ba mga advantages at disadvantages kapag ganito ang setup? Mas ok ba talaga ito instead of having a regular backdrop ng stylist?

Hi sis, I've considered this too before. Having an LED wall is perfect for the onsite photo and video presentation. However, my photographer friend mentioned to me that it could be a problem with the photo and video because the light coming from the LED wall is really strong and could give glare/flare (forgot the term hehe) to the shots.
