Thanks din, sis. Will follow up with entrego, baka mapabilis. Sa totoo lang parang nawalan na ako ng gana umorder next time kung may issue sa courier. Kahit man lang ilagay sana nila na the item will be delayed dun sa progress sa tracking para naman may update kahit papaano. Akala ko nga baka nawala na nila yung items. Kung wala pa by friday, ayoko na umasa!

^ contact Entrego na sis sa Messenger, sumasagot naman sila dun , give them the tracking number then ask what's keeping it sa hub nila for days.
Dun sa experience ko, I waited for several hours na may magreply to acknowledge my issue, then another more waiting sa actual response sa issue ko, ayun gumalaw na ulit yung tracking and nadeliver yung item sakin in the next 2 days.

Regular customer rin ako nang zalora pero ayaw ko na muna mag order hanggang hindi pa sila nagpapalit nang courier. Nag order kasi ako nang 9.9 sale until now wala pa yung order ko and hindi rin masagot nang maayos nang entrego kung ano ang nangyari.  Nung pina cancel ko kasi 12 days na hindi pa dumarating ang gusto sana nang zalora mabalik muna sa kanila yung item bago ma process refund ko which is unfair kasi paano naman kung nawala na nang courier yung item syempre wala nang makakabalik sa kanila. Buti na lang paypal ginamit ko kaya nag file ako ngayon nang claim. Pang 17 days na ngayon na hindi malaman kung ano na nangyari sa parcel ko. May isa pa akong order na pang 13 days na rin na wala pa and hindi na rin gumagalaw status sa courier, in transit pa rin since september 21 wallet credit pa naman ginamit ko dito sa isa kaya magkakaproblema yata  ako sa refund nito. Ayoko na kasi nang wallet credit kasi wala na akong plan bumili.

Ano pa ba ang ibang clothing online shop that allow returns like zalora? Gustong gusto ko pa naman sana yung process nila dati nakakapanghinayang na ganito na ngayon.

I think they have COD..

My last purchase was i think five months ago- rubber shoes for my husband. Everything went smoothly naman. Ive been ordering from Zalora since 2015 and i never encountered any problem, even with refunds or replacements. They used to have their own courier too. Is it still the same up to now? I like their delivery guys, lahat mababait and polite.

 Sad naman kung ngayon hindi nila na maintain yung quality Service nila. Pero wala pa ko bad experience from them.

Ako rin sis, medyo hesitant na uli ako mag-order.

Anyway, update lang dun sa nangyari sa akin. When I followed up with entrego about it, ok naman at biglang the next day dumating na yung packages sa 7-11 nung dumaan ako uli. Now, the problem was kailangan pala ng claim codes bago makuha. Hay grabe, kinulit ko talaga yung 7-11 manager kasi alam nyang ilang days na ako pumupunta dun tapos hindi ko pa pala makukuha. So I wrote to zalora na ano ba yung claim codes na hinahanap ng 7-11 because I gave them all the numbers I had, hindi raw yun. After around 4 days, they finally emailed me the codes.

Now, akala ko tapos na ang issue ko, but no. Kasi I bought 3 bras from nike na pareho lang ng size and style, magkaiba lang yung colors. Yung isa sobrang sikip! I don't know why, same size naman as the others. So ayan, had to return to 7-11 (kilala na nila ako by now, haha).  I left the item there and meron sinasabi yung manager about returns and refunds na medyo hindi consistent na nakalagay sa zalora website, but I went ahead and left it anyway kasi I already filed for an exchange online. Ngayon, ang status ng exchange ko is still waiting pa raw sila to get the item back. So ewan ko kung kailan mangyayari ito. Parang ngayon ang feeling ko, bahala na lang. Sana makuha ko yung new item, and hindi na muna ako mago-order from zalora uli.

Got my exchanged item today after so many days of waiting! It's a perfect fit, I'm so glad, I was worried kailangan pa mag return/exchange ulit, haha. Regular followup lang talaga.

Tanong lang, pag yung item is coming overseas, entrego pa din ba mag de deliver locally? Kase yung item was shipped from Malaysia via DHL.

I signed up to Zalora Now, pag order mo today, kinabukasan delivered na, 300 pesos good for 1 year na, minsan kasi atat ako e. I ordered two items, yung isa happy ako, yung isa medyo happy lang, pwede na din. discounted naman both.
Wishing that forgiving is as easy as saying Hello :(

Sana nga walang maging issue. I tracked the item today, sabi sa Entrego, item is already in transit from the sortation center. Though sana hindi na tumambay sa sortation center yung item

Yung kipling items na inorder ko galing din malaysia and was delivered by entrego to our clinic (ayoko na ng 7-11, LOL). Took around six days bago dineliver, but I think they did state sa ad na it will take about that long.

Dahil 2 lang kami sa bahay, and madalas either wala or tulog during the day, I appreciate yung option to pick-up items at selected 7-eleven branches.
Once ko pa lang nagawa, but may another item to be shipped. Hopefully within the next couple of days dumating na. Also, yaaaay to 22% off ngayon!
