Its not that hard. You can schedule return pickups online. They respond when you message them too.

I've returned pair of pants that ripped when I tried them on. My fault? Maybe. But it was also the shitty quality, which I called them out for, so they took it back.

You paid for the item with hard earned money, you should be able to ask them for what you paid for.

There was one time that i wanted to return something but decided not to nalang but its nice to know that we can return items at lbc.  It's just so convenient to be able to buy online and have it delivered and paid at your doorstep.  I have been reading bad reviews abroad but they did a complete turn around that's for sure

I just saw their catalog and it seems like they have a lot of good and trendy clothes. Im just worried that if I order something from them then what if I see the item and it is not bagay pala so parang hassle if I return to them pa.  I know you can pay when they deliver but hassle pa rin to return if ever diba?

Not really. Returns are free and they can pick it up.

I just ordered a Skechers Go Flex. Original naman dito right. So happy I got it for 20% off. I've been eyeing this one sa Market Market store nila pero wala kasi silang sale kaya di pa ko bumibili. Sa department store naman 10% off lang.  I was about to use my BPI with a 12% discount sa Zalora. Buti na lang pala nalaman ko I can avail hanggang 20% so almost P2800 na lang binayad ko.

Alin sis ang nagaadjust ng price, sis erikacruz. Yung zalora ba? I've checked the price kasi sa mismong Skechers store and also those being sold sa department store and 3590 din ang price for the same item. Tapos wala pang sale dun sa mismong store when I dropped by, then sa department store naman less 10% lang. Pero it is may be true for other items especially sa Lazada saka sa mga group buying sites, marketing strategy din yun eh. They indicate the original price na  mataas then less 50% kunwari to appear na malaki nadiscount mo. Just to be sure, check din muna sa mga stores to compare before buying. Was a victim din of one before, not sure if Metrodeal or Ensogo. akala ko laki na ng nadiscount ko pagdating ko sa mismong store when i am redeeming my voucher, mas maganda pa yung mismong promo ng store.

I also make sure to canvas din, since it can be misleading, Of course, kaya ka nga nagsha-shop online kasi convenient. It kind of defeats the purpose kung ba-byahe ka rin sa mall to check.

Mahirap din talaga magbalance, but I feel that being aware in itself is a big help.

^^ ganyan yung lazada, para magmukhang malakk yung discount. Muntik na kami mapabili ng aircon don pero when we checked sa Ansons SRP Lang pala yung kunyari 35 off. Not sure kung ganito rin ginagawa ng zalora pero as far as I know (my sister sells items thru them) Hindi naman nila practice yon. Di ko Lang sure sa big brands.  Pero with them nga mas madali Macheck yung prices so hindi rin siguro.

Most of the time kasi, it defeats the purpose of shopping online if you have to canvas sa shops anyway. What I do sometimes is check Amazon for the product, tapos convert nalang yung dollar price to peso. Dun ako nakakahuli ng mga "discounts" na hindi naman pala.

Ito din gusto kong malaman sis. Ang daming bags sa wishlist ko pero nagdadalawang-isip pa akong bilhin kasi baka pangit ang quality. Anong masasabi nyo mga sis?

So far, I've received original naman, but I don't think I've bought from there enough. Mga 1-2 times lang. Considering the stories na fake yung iba, I'm hesitant to try again.

The representative gave me a code, forgot it already, sabi niya try ko lang, basta the value is P750. Its for items worth P3k and up daw. I was supposed to use my credit card lang na may 15% discount, mas napalaki ang discount ko
