I kept checking my balance through BPI online to see if nabawas na yung amount na in-order ko, kasi it's been half a day and no confirmation e-mail from them yet. This morning, ang laki nung nabawas. I called BPI immediately and I was told that after my zalora transaction, may three transactions made to a website based in france using my card. I rarely use this card, last month ko pa yata ito nagamit, so I'm medyo sure those hacks had something to do with my recent transaction with that zalora app. Dapat talaga hindi ko ginamit yung cc ko, alam ko naman yun noon pa, kasi ano ba namang security meron ang mga mobile phones di ba, I know I should've been more careful.  Ewan ko bakit ginawa ko ngayon. Paypal, I think, is safer.  But I feel somewhat traumatized, I probably wouldn't be shopping online anytime soon uli. Sana ma-reverse ang charges.

Oh that's sad nga  Pero sa tingin ko naman malaki ang chance na me reverse sis kasi na complain mo agad. Tapos makikita naman nila sa history nang purchases mo na unusual nga yong nangyari na transaction.

May zalora gift certifate ako, mag eexpire na pala ng dec. kelangan ng magamit!  ^Sis hisana, ang sad naman nyan!  May question ako though, wala bang verified by visa na password pag zalora? Hesitant din ako magorder online pag   wala yung step na verified by visa na step sa website, kasi added layer of protection yung password na yun when using CC.

So sad. Used my credit card on the zalora mobile app on my iphone, tapos na-hack ako. Sana ma-reverse. Ewan ko ba bakit ko ginamit yung card ko for a mobile transaction, I should've known better. Never again. COD much, much better.

That's really sad to hear Hisana. I hope that Zalora and your bank will be able to help you reverse the charges. Personally I really prefer COD or bank deposit, for shopping sites that do not have a local presence I opt for the paypal payment option. Feeling ko lang na may extra layer of protection, I dunno how accurate that is.

I again ordered online from Zalora - I took advantage of their weekend payday sale. Got myself a pair of Rubi sneaks for only 750++ and striped dress for that much as well. Pretty good deals i think

I placed another order with Zalora last Friday evening, until now waley pa update. Normally kase within two business days, I get my parcel na. I have the tracking number pero Pending pa rin ang status. Excited much lang ako sa mga inorder ko!

They had a sale last 11.11 we bought 9 tops (for men so mga polos and shirts) all for P1700. Most of my husbands tops are now zalora. Really nice designs!

A male officemate of mine got so curious with the packages that I get from Zalora (I have them deliver at the office kasi). So he asked what it was and how does it work, then I found out nag-za-zalora na sya and like your husband he also took advantage of the 11/11 sale and was able to buy 5 shirts/polos, 2 pairs of pants for more or less P1500. Sobra syang tuwang tuwa that I introduced Zalora to him coz its convenient and hassle free daw for him to shop as comapred to going pa to the mall. Hahahahah!

haha good for him! I exchanged one of my recent purchase, mali kasi size ko. Dropped it sa LBC last Wednesday, waiting ngayon.

got a cardigan, a dress, a blouse, and a rubber shoes for my hubby. worth 3,600++ .

pero medyo madaya yung zalora ha. biglang nag iba yung price nung isang item na binili ko.. nacapture ko sa screen. will post it here pag naayos na charger ng phone ko.. pero yung item is mango cardigan.. nung hindi pa 12.12 ang mura niya tapos nung 12.12 biglang nag-increase. andaya. tsk tsk

Maganda ba ang quality ng bags ng Zalora? By the way, origunal kaya ang Mango products nila? I bought kasi a Mangi bag in Lazada a couple of months ago pero it turned out to be fake.

theres a lot of fake items in LAZADA( some of them). Bought an Elizabeth Arden Green Tea perfume and Jovan white musk both smells nice on the first 2 minutes used after that parang mga 10 minutes lang wala na ulit yung amoy. Disappointed since then.

^ its a hit and miss. I buy a lot of basics from them, but ive almost always returned an item or two because if a bad fit.

The good thing about them is that they have returns pickup.

Delivery is fast but i think it would be hard to exchange something so kahit may punit, sinuot ko nalang. Sana they can look for a better courier who can be more careful with packaging the items.

I like zalora kasi it's super easy to return an item plus it's free of charge hehe.
I just drop it off a nearby LBC sa office tapos marefund na agad or exchange after 3-5 days ... not bad diba? they even text you to update.

Sa clothes medyo i stopped kasi medyo hit & miss nga... minsan panget fit or minsan yung tela itself super nipis. hehe

All items in zalora though are legit compared naman to lazada.
