I like shopping at Zalora especially when they do their sales. I think I buy stuff from them at least once a month. I like the in-house brand. The quality of most items are goos, and for me not an issue in case I have problems with what I bought since I can just return it for store refund and they pick it up pa. Itrs super convenient, the Mango stuff they sell are authentic - I've seen the stuff in actual stores.

I tried ordering from Zalora once and okay naman. I choose to pay my bill pagka deliver nung order ko. May options naman kasi. Pwedeng through bank, credit card. Its up to you to choose kung ano pinaka convenient sayo

Ako sobrang gusto ko yung mga Zalora Basics. Minsan nagaantay ako ng sale, malaki kasi matitipid. Nung try ko muna COD para sure, then naka-try na rin ako mag credit card. Ok naman, wala pa naan akong issues sa kanila.

I tried once mag order sa Zalora 4 months ago ng mandals and eye shadow. Okay naman napaka bilis and smooth ng transaction. At may updates sa text if on the way na yung order and when they say expect it that time sakto naman. 😀 i pay thru COD.

I've always had good shopping experience with Zalora until now. I ordered something last August 11, Tuesday and paid and confirmed the payment the very same day because I need the item by Friday (they've always delivered my products fast). It's Thursday today and there's still no confirmation that my payment has been accepted and they just emailed me another message prompting me to pay for the item. What pisses me off is that their live chat is nowhere to be found and they're not respond to my email. Now I don't have anything to use this Friday and no more money to buy at the last minute. Thinking what I could do because money is still money, and kahit 1k+ lang yung tinransfer ko sa kanila, it's still 1k+ that went to nothing and I might never get back.

^may nagbago nga talaga sa service nila. I don't know if it's a management thing. Pati mga customer service rep's nila naging hindi na ok ang serbisyo, tagal magreply minsan hindi talaga nagrereply. Pari delivery tumagal na.

I love ZALORA clothes! They're so pretty and I saw they are having sale now. Just bought a lot of things  My sis told me about this online store called shopback that gives money back when we shop at ZALORA through them. And they are having promotion for ZALORA today. Has anyone tried that website? I wonder if it is safe

I bought from Zamora again this week, this time I bought boots for our upcoming trip. I opted for the COD option and the delivery was fast - I ordered Wed night I think and I got the package today.

Unfortunately the size was a bit off & I had to request for an item exchange for a bigger size. I called their CS line and the lady I spoke with was pretty efficient naman, she granted my request for pick up at my office. Hassle part lang is that it will take 1-3 biz days for pick up for the return then another 7-10 days for the new item to be shipped out again after their warehouse gets the returned item so parang 2 weeks halos na timeline, but works ok with me since our trip won't happen soon anyway.

So sad. Used my credit card on the zalora mobile app on my iphone, tapos na-hack ako. Sana ma-reverse. Ewan ko ba bakit ko ginamit yung card ko for a mobile transaction, I should've known better. Never again. COD much, much better.

Paano mo nalaman na na hack sis? Gumagamit rin kasi ako nang credit card pag nagbibigay nang promo code yung sa credit card like bpi pero most of the time paypal gamit ko.
