^ thank you! We thats a nice advice! Last week kasi ako yung puro rant sa work. Siya naman this week. Though pareho kami work diff place lang kami. Tama, next time we see each other as much as possible di na namin pagusapan.

^^ sis haha!

How do i cheer up my bf na burn out sa work? :)

Ahh, my boyfriend is almost always burned out sa trabaho. Never naman sya nagrarant sa akin about it but i make it a point na pag magkasama kami we never talk about work, or kung may kwento sya, makikinig lang ako, konting follow up questions and that's it, happy thoughts a ulit. Normally i'd ask kung anong gusto nya for dinner and dessert, mga ganun, tas yun ipeprepare ko when he comes over.

Depende din how your bf is eh, pero usually pag gusto nila magrelax, gusto nila yung totally relaxed talaga yung tipong walang gagawin tatambay lang.

Pero pinaka fave niya pag nabuburnout siya is to have wine with me

Well to be fair, no one imposes to us girls na pagtyagaan ang mga lalaking malalaki ang tyan. That's actually our decision to stick with them. Ibig sabihin we can also decide na 'magsawa' once hindi na sila kasing attractive nung simula. For guys, mas pinipili lang nila the latter. So it's not really a double standard thing. Magkaiba lang talaga ang pinapahalagahan ng mga lalaki at babae, so you can't really say na one standard is also applicable to the other. Kase to begin with, men and women are different.

Cook him dinner. Give him a long passionate kiss unexpectedly to pump up his adrenaline and tell him how much you love him... Wait, I think I watch to much movies.. Haha

Let me share to you sis what works for me and my guy. My guy usually is very stressed sa work. Kanina lang while we were facetiming he asked if he can sleep already since inaantok na sya. We were only talking for less than 5 mins siguro tapos crappy signal pa. I told him okay, rest well, we said our goodnights and then hung up. Normally when that happens, i let him have his alone time. What I appreciate very much is that when i let him have his way like that, without me being all praning and tantrum-y, he would usually get back to me with more affection. He'd even say thank you for not getting mad kahit halos di na kami nakapagusap. Tapos ayun, once okay na sya back to normal na kami and i never bring any nega vibes up.

Naimagine ko lang if i was my old self, i'd probably throw tantrums pag sinabi nya na matutulog na sya after 5mins of talking. Hahaha.

I forgot where i read this one but it said that men don't respond to nagging. They respond to no contact. So siguro magpamiss ka lang din ng konti instead of confronting him about your issues. Haha. :) maybe it will work

Also, when you really want to confront him about him as in tell him your issues verbally, say positive things. Instead of saying "di mo na ko tinetext like before", say something like "you make me smile when you text me". You're meaning the same thing -- na gusto mo magtext kayo, pero the approach is different. Mas may meaning sa lalaki kapag you appreciate the things he does or can do instead of telling them what they don't or can't do

You brought up a good point sis. OK lang if he is tired/sleepy. LDR din kami now for a couple of weeks because of work.

And ang closing ko sa kanya is - "Ok, will let you sleep as it is already kinda late. Good night my love, rest well, etc etc I miss talking to you.  Miss you. "  hehe  Haba ng mga good nights haha

Naimagine ko lang if i was my old self, i'd probably throw tantrums pag sinabi nya na matutulog na sya after 5mins of talking. Hahaha.

I guess this goes with age or practice?  I really don't know, in my case, it probably goes with age. So minsan ang hirap. Most especially kung LDR kayo. But one has to learn how to control. But then again, kapag nagkita naman kayo, di naman maubos ang pag uusapan ninyo, nakauwi ka na at lahat, ang dami mo parin tinetext sa kanya  :D

Kahit kapag may arguments kayo.  Sometimes it is best to stay calm,  kahit marami kang gusto sabihin, best to remain silent until you cool down yourself para di naman sobrang mga masasakit na salita ang mabitawan mo.
