^ The bigger question in my head is... why did you even break up with the dude to begin with? You must have good reason, otherwise, you're clearly in a tight spot. Kasi if talagang you put your foot down na tapos na, di ka na sana nagbobother to find out what his recent gestures mean. Parang you want it to mean something. So what do you want ba talaga?

^Nakapagdecide na ko na papanindigan ko nalang yung break up. Baka nga tama si Miss.Pancake na nasanay lang siya sa ganon kaya biglang paramdam siya. Thanks for replying though

^its either napressure siya at nakulitan OR yung sinabi mo ngang siguro hindi wife materiak si gf sakanya, so escape agad nung nabring up yung topic.

may mga ganung guys kasi magisip, gf material lang si gf but not pangkasal or pangwife talaga.

Depends on the guy. His needs, his lifestyle, his situation. Depende talaga. Ive knows guys talaga na wala naman balak asawahin yung gf, just gf. This is a little more prevalent on younger couples.

I totally agree. Some women and men alike don't like commitments nowadays. They say they're trying to be practical lang? Whatever the reason behind it, they truly exist.

May kilala akong ganyan. They've been together since college. Siguro 4 years na sila

@purple princes - I doubt any girl can adjust to my lifestyle. I'm good at what I do when I'm alone so getting a girlfriend is a slim chance these days. I tried in the PH and TW but found no one. Might as well try finding one here. Haha

@little princess - I didn't say I like her! She was the one who assumed! Hahaha! She'll always be a jail bait. Btw, her parents are so strict! HAHA XD

Bat ganyan kayong mga lalake? Kayo na nga ang nagkamali, pero dahil kami ang nagreact ng hindi maganda, kami pa rin ang mali.

^ Cuz guys in general don't like being "wrong" or I think it's like that for everyone. Accepting guilt is just no so manly..

^^^because guys don't like it when girls are "palengkera" or "nagger" and if the approach is not good, it constitutes to that.

^ WTF? You told me you liked her! Bugged me throughout my honeymoon about her details hahaha and she's not a jailbait anymore!!

i have a question for guys:

why are boys sonattracted to girls they cant have? i mean, they sort of put these girls on a pedestal and daydream about her all day long and regard as their dream girl slash perfect girl. its like their adoration and reverence is of another level.

connected to this, why do guys tend to love girls "more" kapag hindi sila ganon kamahal ng babae? when the girl is obviously hands down so inlove and so smitten sa guy, the guy would exert so little effort na lang to show the love. but when the girl is a little more independent and not so showy sa affection, the guy would act alot sweet and thoughtful.

is that how it really should be? hayaan ang lalake mageffort at magsumamo? tas si girl chill lang?

although i know its supposed to be a give and take scenario, or yung balanced lang. But ive seen this happen and still see this happening alot around me. When the girl is not so sweet and malambing, mas mahal siya ng lalake at mas maeffort and all. Pag si girl ang maeffort, si guy ang chill at kampante. WHY?

^i guess that's just how men are naturally wired. They like the chase, so if a girl is all over him already, it lessens the fun, and usually that's what guys are after -- fun and excitement. Kung wala yun, expect him to be bored.

Ako i believe that a man is willing to do everything to make his girl happy -- bring her to dates, surprise her, those romantic stuff. Pero once ang babae na ang gumagawa ng lahat ng yan, the guy will feel less manly. Kase that's his job eh. That's her role as the man in the relationship. If you do manly stuff for him (pay during dates, bisitahin sya sa bahay, give him bonggang gifts), he will feel na less na ang responsibility nya sayo.

If you treat your man like a man, he will return the favor and treat you like a woman. He will shower you with attention, with love, with chivalrous stuff. Ganun lang yun. Let the men do their job. Our role is to appreciate them. And the more we do that, mas gaganahan sila to act more manly for us.

^also, a guy friend told me before na pag nararamdaman nya na masyado na clingy at effortful gf nya sa kanya, she comes off as "desperate". Mas lumalabas ang insecurities, so yeah, turn off.

Some girls kase feeling nila that being all over their guy, spending ALL their time with them, and giving them literally everything will make them stay. Most of the times it's the opposite that happens eh. Guys would eventually feel smothered and less manly.

It's the chase.. It's the challenge.. It's like trying to achieve a goal.

It's the same with money. Would you be happy earning P50k/month vs P500k/month? Would a guy like me be happy going for a "common" girl vs a "dream" girl? It's normal to put a higher standard/bar because it makes us work harder for it.
