Peninsula, Makati Shang and Raffles brides, how much na dun ngayon? We'll be doing occular soon, but we'd like sana to get an idea of how low the prices can go.

^hi sis fionaapple..chineck ko yung binook ko na suite sa richmonde hotel, $381.38 sya.. let's say that's around P15,255 for 2 nights with breakfast. Yun din ba yung sinasabi mo o iba pa? Maximum occupancy nya is 2. Super liit ba nung suite na nkita mo?

sis naalala ko na. di ko siya sa agoda binook. sa booking.com pala...38 sq.m. yung 1BDR suite na binook ko para sa fiance ko at 7,065 for one night. 2 suites yun dapat pero kinancel ko na yung isa kasi may iba pa palang mas malaki. yung binook ko direct sa eastwood richmonde for myself is yung 1 BDR suite deluxe queen.

nung nag ocular kami ang nakita ko lang na room yung 48 sq.m., actually di ko nakita yung 1 BDR suite deluxe queen pwede na rin naman siguro for the bride. medyo masikip lang. sabi nila deluxe room lang daw dapat sa groom, pero gusto ko kasi may mauupuan yung mga groomsmen habang naghihintay. kaya 1 BDR suite din ang kinuha ko for him.

eto yung mga sukat ng ibat ibang 1 BDR suite:

One-Bedroom Suite (Regular)                    48 sqm
One-Bedroom Superior Suite                     55 sqm
One-Bedroom Deluxe Suite                        64 sqm
One-Bedroom Premier Suite*                     71 sqm

bale yung pinakauna yung binook ko for fiance. tapos yng 64 sqm yung para sa akin. ngayon ko nga lang nakita, yung huli pala yung may dining room. baka palitan ko pa ulit yung sa akin, kasi gusto ko yung may dining room para di magulo pag kakain na yung mga suppliers. pero papagisipan ko pa din kasi madadagdagan na naman ang expenses kapag inadjust ko hotel room.

Hi sis. I don't know which suite room I got..But I hope it's big enough to accommodate family, some entourage members and suppliers. Otherwise dun sila sa deluxe room ni hubby mag stay. Haha.. or if there's an option to upgrade the room upon check in..I hope they would allow that.

hi sis. para malaman mo how big yung room na nabook mo, check mo yung list ng available rooms sa agoda na same ng room na binook mo, sa ilalim ng pic ng room na binook mo , may nakasulat na room info. dun sa agoda nakalist as 38 sqm lang yung 1BDR suite na regular, pero it's actually 48 sqm according to the hotel reservations officer.

Hi sis fionaapple. I just checked agoda's website, nakalagay don, 47 sqm. not 48.. you're right, wala dun yung ibang rooms na malalaki like yung 55, 64 and 71 sqm.  I just hope that is big enough para sa akin. Nainlove ako sa 2 bedroom suite LOL! Sana they allow upgrades upon check in. Haha!

Hi sis carlee. I booked Acacia hotel for our wedding preps. Nagpamember ako sa acacia para maka avail ng discounts. Kainis lang di kami umabot sa free ugrade ng room. 7500 lang pamember may free accomodation tapos may mga discounts sa room and food. Kaya yun nalang kinuha namin

hello, sis, as far as i know, bellevue lang sa mga yan ang allowed magpasok ng food from outside, you might want to consider this since malaki factor sya unless willing ka maglaan ng malaki budget sa food inside the hotel for your suppliers during the preps. also, maganda ang stairs ng bellevue for pictorial. i stayed sa bellevue na, crimson, and acacia whenever we have work conferences and i must say mas maluwag pa din room sa bellevue kahit na sila ang cheapest.

after much deliberation, we decided to stick sa original plan namin to have our preps sa Fraser Place in Makati kahit na mas sosyal sa Fairmont at may corporate discount si fiance don haha.

mga sis, sino na nagtry magbook sa Sofitel through Agoda? Mas mura yung rates nila sa Agoda eh. How much na ba ngayon ang fee for photo & video?

i won an overnight stay & breakfast buffet for 2 at shangrila manila sa tasteful tastings ng bridalbook nung sunday.
kaso pagbigay nung gift cert ang expiration sa october 31, 2014 na. 
akala ko pa naman solb na ang hotel prep worries ko. buti na lang birthday ni mother sa 26 kaya gift ko na lang sa kanya.
our wedding & reception will both be at oasis manila and i'm currently eyeing the hotel under construction sa tabi lang mismo nila. di naman sya sobrang bongga pero di naman ako choosy. hopefully open na yung hotel facilities nila by Q1 next year.

Saan ba mas maganda mag book? Mas mura ba pag online or mas maganda pumunta na lang mismo sa hotel? Puwede din ba check ang rooms ng hotel pag magbubook na kayo?

^sis, sa hotel na binook ko (eastwood richmonde) mas mura rates online..pero nasa abroad kami kaya di namin na ocular..sa pics lang namin nakita yung rooms. Downside is hindi lahat ng available rooms ay inooffer online. Like yung biggest room ng richmonde wala yun online.thru telephone booking yon or in person.kun mapupuntahan mo yung hotel much better.

I think it varies. Sometimes, it's cheaper online, other times it's cheaper to book directly. Try to check, then compare the rates As for checking out rooms, I'm not sure if all hotels allow room visits. Based on our experience, some told us that they were fully booked that day. Whether that's true or not, we'll never know because we never returned. Hehe.

I went to Eastwood Richmonde last Sunday to ask for room rates. Weird, sabi sa akin ng AE mag babago pa raw yung rates for next year and hindi ko raw pwede ma lock yung price nila this year. Kung totoo yun, bakit sa Agoda pwede na mag book?

Weird nila sis juwie noh. Ako nga nakapag book sa agoda e. Pero yung room na hindi offered sa agoda, ayaw din nilang ibigay yung rate sakin.dahil nga daw magiiba next year. Kinuha pa email add  ko at I update daw nila ko. Bahla sila di ko na yun kkunin. Kuha nalang ako ibang room pero di na yun 2 bedroom nila.
