ang naririnig ko ngayon na hit is 'If it's love' by Train. Medyo common. Catchy and happy kasi

sis sa SDE namin, it was chosen by our videographer. Ito ang isang hiniling sa amin nila, na we let them chose the song for us. If you want sabihan mo ang team mo, ng kung ano ang gusto mong maging vibe ng video mo. Let them suggest sa songs from there maybe pwede ka mamili.

Sa music mag depend kung fast paced or slow pace ang video mo. We loved the song on our SDE naman.

ang daming magagandang songs na swak for SDEs, and If It's Love is really a good choice. it will still depend really on the couple.

OPM songs are nice din, nagustuhan ko yung Gusto Ko Lamang Sa Buhay ng Itchyworms.

^sis i agree.videographers kasi binabagay nila yung mood sa wedding mo kung ano'ng babagay na song.mahihirapan nga naman sila kung mega request ka ng gusto mong song pero di match ang mood ng wedding.

^i like OPM too sis. nagustuhan ko nga yung Singapore Sling nila Karylle and Yael.

Yes I also gave freedom to our videographer pagdating sa songs..although magpapalagay pa rin ako ng Lotte Mullan songs, probably Breathless or Valentine's Day..super super love her songs kasi

Sa SDE ba, usually you can choose any song you like? Or is there an issue with licensing and things like that? Parang I heard kasi before na the reason why paulit-ulit yung ibang songs sa mga videographers is that they only have a limited collection of licensed songs. Not sure about this info though.

^may disclaimer naman about copyright sa mga SDE. from what I gathered pwede any song.ang alam ko kasi basta hindi meant to be commercially sold yung song mismo and hindi nirereproduce to be sold pwede naman.not sure din about this pero so far may couples ako nakausap na song of preferences nila ang ginamit and hindi naman nagkaproblema.

^ oo tama. especially here abroad, kasama sa contract yun. yung bawal reproduce yung copy mo ng highlight video without them knowing. kaya sa package, kasama na yung bayad sa kung anong licensing ang sakop. even sa reception, bukod sa DJ fees, meron kame separate na babayaran para sa copyright ng songs. Benta yung Thousand Years na SDE song pero karamihan ng naririnig ko na ganun, mga cover songs.


anyways, not sure pa pero we might use Sade's By Your Side.

Ang dami namin actually gusto ilagay sa wedding playlist, pero to just limit the choices, we'll be using about 98% songs from the 90s to early 2000. Pag may gusto kaming recent tracks, idadagdag na lang pero minimal lang

And yes, bukod sa nostalgic ang 90's songs, for sure karamihan din ng guests naten is asa age bracket naten kaya hinde lang mismo sa bride & groom made yung playlist but sa karamihan ng bisita. May mga songs din kame from the 80's para ma cater din yung mga much older guests na ayun ang alam na kanta.

^ ang problem, baka hinde din ma enjoy ng mga much older groups yun. kahit paano e nostalgic din naman sa kanila yung mga original beat/tempo ng songs. para sure din na ma cater ang musical needs ng bisita, when they rsvp, they can request one song na gusto nila sayawin.

Buti naman na mukang pwede pumili ng any song. This is one of the things I assigned to the fiance since siya ang mas mahilig sa music. Pero I think because of my ka-OC-han I'll look for songs on my own parin. Haha.
