600pesos para sa stay out maid namin..half day lang yan every SUN-MON..para tipid hehe pwede na yan 300/day konti naman gagawin.

Our yaya started at 4,000 last 2011. Now I give her 9,000 na kasi 2 kids ang inaalagaan (3&5), super sipag naman and parang mayordoma na din dahil sya ang trusted namin with other errands.

Lucky her, that's 1k per year. Are you giving her SSS, Pagibig and Philhealth as well? I plan to increase mine narin after December to 7k. One year palang siya sakin but I can't afford to lose her right now.

^We give 500 php increase after 3 months (kasama yun sa initial na usapan), then 500 php increase every year

5k na ang salaries ng existing maids ko. They started 4k. Unfortunately, aalis yun 2 magpinsan, I need to get uli 2. Im surprised mga agency now hirap kausap. Nagmahal na ang mga agency fees. Tapos 5k na ang starting salaries, yun iba mas mataas pa. Sabi ko kahit 1st month 4k if ok, 2nd month bigyan ko 5k. Aba ayaw! Im too desparate by next week aalis na yun mga maids, papaag narin ako sa gusto nila! Hay...

billy, is that 5k for toddler? Hard to find yaya now a days. Others like to compare, I don't know how true but my sister's yaya told my all around she gets 8k daw. Bad trip!
