^oh no, can you share what happened? after waiting for weeks for the contract, she finally sent it to me yesterday.

moonstar_004, she canceled on one bride 1 month before the wedding due to sudden business trip. Although she offered to look for replacement and return the dp, the bride was stressed and ranted in W@W.
May ibang nag comment na may pag ka war freak siya and comforting the bride then somehow umabot kay Mallory.
Sa FB naman si Mallory nag rant. It turns out that bride2 who made a comment was also her client. Ang haba ng exchange nila then Mallory offered to return the dp. Few days later, she doesn't want to na. In the end, she gave it back to buy peace daw.

That's the summary but better if you can check for yourself in W@W for the full details before judging.
For me, she was very unprofessional kasi she even called bride1 as bitter tapos inaway niya si bride2 sa FB over a comment.

Hope the rest of her clients won't get to experience this.

^Yup sis I agree the way she handled that was so unbecoming of a supplier. Kitang kita pa sa Facebook. Gulat na lang ako near the end sabi ni bride 2 client din pala siya.. But you don't have to worry sis moonstar_004 , maybe Mallory wouldn't let that happen between you two. She'd been getting enough bashing already, maybe she'd want to redeem herself to her other clients. But this I can say, mali talaga ginawa niya to bride 1 and bride 2.

Yung sa personal account niya sis... Ang alam ko hindi tinanggap ni bride 1 yung inooffer niya na other emcee, naghanap na lang ng iba. Si bride 2 ata on search na uli ngayon, with our without the return of the dp. Idk what really went on kay Mallory but I think she forgot that bride 2 was her client as well. Kasi sabi lang sa post niya eh "someone from my friends list" tapos meron pang "you know who you are" medyo threatening.

Don't worry sis. Talk to mallory, maybe you'd understand naman her side if she'd share it to you.

gerozelcangco, oo grabe nga yung mga statements niya. Nung una kasi hindi alam na si bride2 eh client din pala niya! I think kasi feeling niya talaga she was never wrong so she was proving that in all of her messages and posts but it backfired..

that fact that she forgot that bride2 was her client, speaks a lot. i don't want to judge, pero in my supplier hunting, 1 negative comment is a deal-breaker for me.

I suggest you check out her FB account. I'm not her friend and I won't bother to be one but I'm sharing out of concern kasi it's being blown out of proportion.

The issue is not done and she keeps posting in FB. I think she's asking for the bashing talaga. Someone feeds her incorrect information from W@W kasi.

^ "someone from w@w is feeding her incorrect info" - i think that's true. and dahil ganun nga din si mallory mag react, it has already blown out of proportion. still bride 2 was kind enough na ipost LAHAT ng messages between them. with that kind of supplier, no go na din sa kin yan no matter how great she is.sana she was humble enough para hindi na pumatol or hindi magrant since alam naman nya as a host na part of her job is to deal with clients - irate or not.

there's actually a powerpoint file where you can read the whole conversation between bride2 and mallory. walang cuts and whatnot. and i think si latter talaga may fault. just saying.
