24hrs po open ang money changer sa airport? or mas better na magpapalit ng kahit 100sgd at dun na mismo sa mustafa or lucky plaza magpapalit? kasi 1am dating namin.

^24 hours sis.  Pero kung di nyo maantay, kaht S$50 or S$100 lang para pantaxi and pambili ng tourist pass and bfast.

If you plan to go mustafa first before your actual day in SG, then you can exchange in Mustafa.  But if you want to hit orchard first, then LP (lucky plaza).

no they are not going to check you one by one. mbs is so big. but if you want to use the pool then one card per person talaga so the last time 5 pax kame umakyat bumaba ulit si hubby to pick up the rest. good thing they don't scan the card when you go out just coming in lang
ofcourse in any other hotel pa simple lang dapat kahit maraming tao sa loob normally maraming nagpapaparty sa loob ng mga suites so sanay na silang makakita ng maraming tao...and marami ring natutulog

ok din ang fragrance hotel on hong kong street coz walking distance from clark quay mrt and the famous song fa bak kuh teh shop

zoo another day pa yan tapos dinner sa labas na lang yan.

exotic foods is in chinatown area. from frog porridge etc lahat ng authentic food nandun w/o paying alot of money and nearby na rin yung maxwell food court where you can eat almost everything there.

chili crabs and black pepper crabs sa geylang parin ang recommended ko. if you see alot of people dun sa mga little streets then best yun 

pansin ko pala na kahapon ka pa dito sa sg enjoy!

$74 per adult alam ko in other places you can get it probably ng mga $50++ sa mga online sellers if you are comfortable with that.

USD500 is SGD626 for a solo traveller? mukang ok na. so lodging ninyo bayad na diba? so pocket money ito for entrance fees, food, transpo? mukang ok na but i highly recommend to bring more coz how about your shopping and pasalubong? hehe

yes ok sa festive hotel especially the deluxe family king coz may 1 king size bed sya, sofa bed that turns to a comfy bed and may loft bed pa sya....kind of high so not advisable for young kids pero super ok sya
the pool is amazing and you can go also to the hard rock hotel pool too coz lahat sila under rws. kunin nyo yan!

may specific na recommended resto ka ba for chili crab?

may kinainan kasi kami diyan noon Irwin's pangalan. sarap na sarap ako sa crabs niya. kaso sarado na.

daming may gusto sa No Signboard pero di ako masyado nasarapan.

bukod sa chili crabs, ano pang sikat kainin diyan? din tai fung, chili crab palang nasa list ko.

haven't tried the no signboard resto pero malapit kame sa geylang and there price is super expensive and wala pa yung aircon ha. as in open area lang sya.

for chili crabs i always go sa geylang sa lorong 20 yata yun. basta naglalakad lang kame pag gabe then if may nakita kameng maraming tao then dun kame. may kinakainan kame na para sa akin super sarap ang affordable pa but can't remember the name coz chinese resto sya and specialty nya is frog porridge but we order crabs there and para sa akin super sarap especially the buttered crabs. We always order 2 crabs and 4 rice and fresh lime juice and fresh ice lemon tea plus baby kailan and it will only cost you around $80...omg now i'm so hungry hehe.

para sa akin worth it to eat also yung song fa bak kuh teh and the best is sa clark quay opposite chili's resto. unlimited soup doon =)

sarap din ng satay...tagal na kong hindi nakakakain ng satay especially yung prawn. sarap ng marination nila. yung shell pa lang super sarap na 

and ofcourse try the noodles here. halos lahat ng foodcourt merong ban mian and prawn and pork noodle.

sugarcane juice with lemon, ice kachang, snow ice and chendol.

nagutom tuloy hehe. alam ko sis nasulat ko na to date. back read na lang.

Any feedback sa Strand Hotel? It is near Dhoby Gaut MRT Interchange so favourable sya pero max better ba na sa Bugis or Chinatown ang hotel kasi near naman sa tourist spots?

Strand hotel in bencoolen street, right? We stayed there nung sept 2012. 7 adults and 1 toddler kami. Kinuha namin yung room for 7 pax. Not cramped. Sobrang spacious at may sofa set pa kaya ayos. The hotel is not 5 star pero okay sa amin. Malinis at nakakabusog naman ang buffet breakfast. Until now yata undergoing pa din ang construction ng mrt line dun. Di naman hassle kasi may pathway naman at di naman maingay. For me recommended ko sya dahil accesible. Sa corner ng street andun na yung mrt entrance. Yung bras basah station yata yun. Yung bugis mrt malayo ang lakaran. I inquired din kasi sa sea hotel sa bugis. Buti sa strand kami tuloy dahil mas malapit sa mrt.

Im done backreading pero still cant decide which hotel to book. Pero im eyeing on YMCA or V hotel bencoolen or value hotel thomson. We are 4 adults, 3 kids and 1 infant. If ever we get the family room sa ymca, kasya kaya kaming lahat? hehe.

Try strand hotel. Kasya kayo dun sa room for 7 pax. Nag-iisa lang yun na room na good for 7. Next is yung good for 6 na. Spacious at maraming floor space di kayo magkakabanggaan ng maleta. Pwde pa magtakbuhan. May sofa set din sa loob. 3 double beds and 1 single bed sya. Busog naman sa buffet breakfast. Okay na din yung choices. Interiors and furnitures are outdated pero its still comfortable for us. Bras basah mrt station is at the corner lang.

Sa room kaya na pang 2 adults lang, tapos Children 3-6 year(s) Stay for free if using existing bedding, pwede yung 1 adult, 1 10 years old at 1 6 years old?
Wala pa naman ako specific hotel, pero kasi usually ganito yung nakalagay sa Agoda.

hi sisses.. first timer in SG for a 4-day workshop,  any suggestions po na pwede mapasyalan after yung training schedule which is 5pm for the 1st 4 days then mag USS nalang po kame on our 5th day (free time namen) then back to PI on the afternoon of our 6th day... TIA! by the way may senior discounts ba na pwede ma-avail since isasama ko ang senior mom ko ?

@EynaBanana: After 5PM is super maaraw pa, or in certain locations as of now, raining.
You can go to Esplanade, Merlion, Helix Bridge and MBS.
Kung bet mo pang mag-walk after the workshop, you can also go to Gardens By The Bay.

On your 5th day you can go to Sentosa and see the biggest merlion after or before kayo mag USS. Same location din lang naman, either you take the Sentosa Express na wala pang 5mins andun ka na sa next station. Hehe Or pwede din mag-walk.

Sa makakainan, you can eat at Makansutra for relatively cheaper chili crab and cereal prawns.
Another thing I would recommend is yung Bak Kut Teh (something like nilaga sa atin) pero medyo spicy sya. Their resto is just across Central Mall (Clark Quay MRT).

I believe seniors here need to use their concession passes (more like the senior card natin) so I am not sure if makaka-kuha kayo ng discounts.

mga sis we're planning to go to SG and side trip in Malaysia (lego land, genting (?)) pwede ba na mag stay kame ng whole stay namin sa SG, day tour lang sa Malaysia? USS can be done in one day? we'll be tagging 2 kids ano bang ideal na iti?

hi sis ilbsiri. side trip to Lego land is possible. Pero Genting is not. almost 6 hours ang byahe papuntang Genting so if you wanna go there, must at least spend a night. Kung may kids kayo na kasama, i suggest mag Lego Land na lang.

Hi hOwe_Cring. Mainit din dito pero umuulan sa bandang hapon or early morning. Tip lang, always bring a small umbrella with you, unpredictable ang weather dito. Enjoy! =)
