^^Sis, miramar is very near river valley restaurants.  I just live nearby.
1.  Tawid ka lang from miramar to Riverview hotel
2.  Sa likod ng riverview hotel, cross the robertson footbridge.  (http://static.panoramio.com/photos/large/41752927.jpg) 
3.  Continue walking through the restaurants until you reach clark quay in 15 minutes.

Its not a boring walk as parang baywalk sha (walk along the river), just navigate it further asian civilization ka na then esplanade.  A lot of foreigners (expats) on that area as well as joggers.

1 week nalang punta na kami ng SG d pa ok iti namin. mga sis ok na kaya 20k for 2 for sg ang 10k to malaysia ng 1 night. just for food and pamasahe sa mga lrt at bus pa kl?

20k for hawker food and public transpo is more than enough.

Hello! First time to post here. First time namin ni hubby mag-abroad. We will go to SG on Nov 9 (arriving there ng 9:30am) tapos ang flight to Manila is Nov 13 ng 1am. Super confused ako sa ayos na accommodation na mura lang at kung ano ba ang magandang gawin sa SG.

Saan ba maganda magstay? Bugis, Chinatown, Geylang? Sa nababasa ko kasi nandun yung mga budget friendly na hotels pero di rin dapat malayo at madali lang mag MRT.

Magkano ba ang budget namin sa food and transportation? Tama na ba 300 SGD for food at 150 SGD for transpo for 4 days sa aming 2? No fancy dinners kasi mahal. hehe

Ano bang maganda puntahan? River Safari pa lang and USS ang interested kami. May marerecommend ba kayong iterinary?

Im done backreading pero still cant decide which hotel to book. Pero im eyeing on YMCA or V hotel bencoolen or value hotel thomson. We are 4 adults, 3 kids and 1 infant. If ever we get the family room sa ymca, kasya kaya kaming lahat? hehe.

^ I wouldn't recommend Value Hotel Thomson unless palagi kayo mag-cab. Malayo sa MRT and yung lalakaran ay side ng road so mainit and hindi covered. And even if mag-bus kayo papunta sa MRT kailangan pa din maglakad so hindi siya as convenient as YMCA (for example).
Pero yung hotel itself is okay naman, I booked my mom and sister here pero that was because it was very near my house at the time.

^parang wala sis. Pag nagpupunta kami dun, sakay kami ng causeway bus from either Jurong East o Boon Lay going to CIQ 2nd Link (Tuas exit) tapos after immigration, dun na ang pick up point ng shuttle bus  to Hello Kity-Legoland-JPO. May schedule ang shuttle bus na yun, check mo na lang sa website ng JPO. HTH

We stayed at V Hotel Bencoolen near Bugis and Bras Basah station. Very accessible. Clean but small rooms.

      10 am: USS
        5 pm: short stroll at sentosa (or vivo city)
       7pm : songs of the sea (not sure to watch) if not saan po pwede?
                 Saan pwede magdinner? Pwede kaya sa hawker sa Chinatown? Until what time open mga shops?
20 - no plans in the morning (Baka sa orchard mag ikot2) or gusto namin kasi isingit ang shopping we'll check changi city point mall (tama ba?)
      Planning to eat somewhere in orchard (Saan po masarap?)
      2pm - check in MBS
       4pm - gardens by the Bay
       7pm - merlion
                 Dinner at makansutra
21 - no plans in AM ikot ng Mbs shops
       Afternoon travel to KL

Any suggestions po? And additional must see place? Tia

Anyone who bought tickets online? S$ ba yun or USD? $ lang kasi nakalagay.

Any recommendations sa hotel malapit sa mrt? Nakita ko lang v hotel sa lavender. Kasi tabi lang nila yung mrt saka yung bus stop ng zoo bus.

Ok lang ba ang 3D2N? Zoo and universal pa lang yung nasa iti namin. Parang dapat yata 1 day each yun noh?

Ang usually how much yung nilalagay niyo sa mrt card thanks!

^Sis, if its just 3 days, i don't think the EZlink card is beneficial.  Better use the SG tourist pass card good for three days.  Pag ezlink, when your balance goes below 3SGD, you cannot ride the mrt.  The same goes when your balance is less then 2SGD, you won't be able to ride the bus. 

The only disadvantage of SG tourist pass is it cannot be used sa Sentosa MRT as well as pambayad ng taxi.  EZlink will only be advantageous if you'll be staying in SG longer than a week.
