What is/are the document/s you get after the wedding?

hello, i have a question to those who got their marriage license from quezon city. in their website kasi(http://www.quezoncity.gov.ph/index.php?option=com_content&id=261%3Acivilregguide&Itemid=305), it says we only need the application form, birth certificates(can be photocopies), cedula and photo IDs(1x1?), and the certificate from the seminar.

but from this website(http://www.filipiknow.net/how-to-get-married-in-the-philippines/), it says that we need cenomar(original and photocopy), barangay clearances, valid IDs, and original birth certificates.

ano kaya talaga? we already have the filled up forms, photocopies of birth certificates, photo IDs and cedula. i didn't realize we needed pa brgy. clearance and original copies of cenomar. i only ordered 1 copy of cenomar each kasi, and that's for the church. so does that mean i need to apply for another one? and do the birth certificates need to be original?

i just called qc hall, pwede daw photocopy lang. cenomar is also needed. sana naman kasi update nila website nila. that's supposed to be the official source.

hi sissies, me question pala ako..
ano ba ang validity ng cenomar and birth cert from NSO? pwede ba siya kunin 6mos before wedding?  i'm thinking kase na kumuha na ng cenomar and birth cert this december eh.. para pag-uwi ko ulit sa feb eh meron na, and  ia-aaply na lang ang mariage license.. pag sa feb ko pa kase in-apply yung cenomar, maghintay pako ng ilang araw para ma-release yun bago pa maka-apply ng marriage license.. medyo sayang ang leave..

Although I am not getting married in San Agustin Church, I found their website very helpful in knowing what requirements i will need for the church wedding. It is quite detailed and informative. It includes info even for couples who have been previously married and annulled, and marriages between a Filipino and a foreigner, and even marriage for a catholic with a non-catholic. I am sure these requirements are standard for all parishes. Here is a link:

anyways, may question po ako, Christ the king bride here, ask ko lang kung need ba sa CTK yung confirmation before the canonical interview? kasi binigyan na kami ng sked and nasabi need ng baptismal. hindi pa kasi ako nakumpilan. hindi ko to na clear nung nagpunta kami dun last weekend.

sis pwede kana kumuha kasi 6 months validity ng CENOMAR & BIRTH CERTIFICATE. pero you can task anyone or order it online tapos pa deliver mo nalang sa address nyo sa Philippines sis.

about sa birth certificate, photocopy lang ang sinubmit namin sa city hall. pero sa cenomar, dapat 3 months before ang issuance kasi requirement ng church.

For Cenomar na nirequest sa SM, ano usually ang nilalagay na date of issuance?

2 weeks ago we went to QC Hall for the marriage license, no need na ng brgy clearance, need ng sedula and you can get it there also. Tip ko lang, have your seminar scheduled ahead of time, when we went there as walk-ins nasa waiting list kami, naka-schedule pala dapat yun buti na lang late yung isang couple so na-accommodate kami.

mga sis help naman i'm kinda confuse kase our wedding will be july  18  next year then hndi pa kami nakukumpilan ni h2b. plan namen this coming january 11 pag uwi namen ng pinas. okay lang ba yun kasi diba nakalagay sa requirement sa church is must be issued 6months before the wedding. kung january kami mag papakumpil hndi ba mashadong maaga? same with baptismal certificate. thanks mga sis!

Im a bit frustrated because i called The 1st church na gusto namin, since h2b is working abroad, and uuwi sya a monthe befor the wedding.

Yung church ayaw nila magpareserve, gusto nila na sa kanila lahat ng seminars and 4 consecutive weeks precana nila (i know normal yung 4weeks pro db meron sa san.agustin)'

Sis pwede na kayo mag pakumpil... ang sinasabi lang nila na 6 months before the wedding is you pagkuha niyo ng copy. kasi nilalagyan siya for marriage purpose... =) when ang wedding mo sis? kung halimbawa nasa abroad kayong pareho.. pwede kayo gumawa na lang ng  authorization letter.. then pakuha niyo na lang sa iba... pag nakapagkumpil namn na kayo... at mag request lang kayo ng copy with in the day makukuha niyo na.. basta.. remember inoform niyo agad yung church na for marriage yung birth certificate and yung kumpil niyo.. para di kayo pagbalik balik..

hi sis sa july 18 next year ang wedding namen. what u mean sis is papakumpil kami this coming january then need namin ulit kumuha ng copy na may nakalagay for marriage purposes 6mos before the wedding? pwede ba yung same day kami papa kumpil tapos hihingi narin kme ng copy na may notation? thanks sis!

Hi mga sis, question.. How many days ang allowed ng church to give or submit the marriage license?

A friend of mine told me that the church will collect the marriage license a month before the wedding date, and without the marriage license church wont allow them to have the interview with the priest,
