Same here, we got our NSO certificates online. More or less we spent a total of 3k din. Below is the list and expenses breakdown of our church requirements.

BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE. FOR MARRIAGE PURPOSE - 6 mos validity -  120 / 100
CONFIRMATION CERTIFICATE FOR MARRIAGE PURPOSE - 6 mos validity - 20 / free
MARRIAGE LICENSE - 120 days validity  - 220
   BIRTH CERTIFICATE FROM NSO (online) - 6 mos - 350 / 350
   CENOMAR FROM NSO (online) - 6 mos validity - 450 / 450
   FILLED UP APPLICATION FORM
   CEDULA - 25 / 25
   1X1 PHOTOS

Hello sis! Me! On the spot kami nag communion ni h2b.
And then afterwards, saka nagproceed with kumpil/confirmation.
Not sure though if same sa lahat ng churches ha. You may confirm, pwede mo tawagan yun parish office.

For those who do not want to get the NSO birth certificate and cenomar from the NSO office itself nor get it online kasi nga ang mahal din, you can try SM business centers.

Last year, hubby and I requested ours from SM San Lazaro and we got them after 6 days. And Php 165 lang siya per copy
