^lower back din ang madalas masakit sa akin dati. Di ko na alam pano pwesto ko sa pag upo or paghiga. As in almost everyday, di ko gusto pero i was always taking pain reliever then. Before ako itakbo sa ER (after enduring the pain for 3 months) tumagos na hanggang sa harap/ puson yung sakit. Yung cyst ko almost 9cm na pala, sis. Like i said before here, nag gnrh ako for 4 months, for surgery na sana ako pero i looked for 3rd option, may nagbigay ng tulong sa kin from this thread. I'm on visanne lang for 5 months now at last august lumiit na ng almost 5cm na lang yung cyst ko.

Isip muna mabuti if magpapasurgery, better yet wag hihinto sa pagsearch for better option.

Hi sisters..... on medication na naman ako ng premarin for 10 days 6 tab a day...... para makaroon lang ako kasi 4 months na akung hindi nagkakamens Without taking any meds..... sabi ng ob ko baka lumaki daw [textspeak!] cyst ko. Meron akung endo and adeno ..... by december ulit ang ultrasound ko.....

Matanung ko lang mga sis magkanu ba ang magagastos pag nagpa-surgery?

For laparoscopy - 150k starting sa Makati Med, 200k starting sa Medical City. That's the quote given to me by my OB- Dra. Vicencio. If you have phil health/health card mas bababa pa yan. Pero im still having doubts about having the procedure done kasi sayang lang if 100% chance babalik yung cysts. Might as well seek an alternative medicine, I just hope and pray na kayanin ng herbs and other alternative medications Praying for everyone!

Hi! Ask ko lang mga sis na may endo and ttc. May explanation ba OB nyo na parang mahirapan mag conceive or something dahil sa endo? Ganun kasi sabi ng iba pero tinanong ko OB ko, hindi naman daw nakasagabal yung endo para mag conceive kasi nagpoproduce pa rin daw ng eggs. Thanks po sa sasagot.

Thank you sa info.  Mahal pala mag pasurgery, sister ko kasi gusto na akong mag pasurgery sobrang nagwowory sakin kung pwede naman daw tong tanggalin bakit hindi pa tanggalin.. sabi ko nga baka bumalik lang din sayang lang ang pera...  if ever man na ipatanggal ko [textspeak!] cyst papatanggal na din ako ng ovary pero kapag may tatlong baby na ako at asawa...

Try muna ak0 ng herbal meds... sana magkaroon na [textspeak!] ng cure....

^ ganyan na ganyan yung sakit ng tyan ko nung na-ER ako before ako madiagnosed. I am also taking visanne now pero hindi na naulit yung ganun sakit, my period stopped and  in fact lumiit din cyst ko. Ewan ko lang sa next check up ko next week... In your case, nakakaworry yan, more than 2 weeks meron ka pa din? What if continue mo pa yung visanne for another month and see what happens? Natanong mo na sa doctor bakit more than 2 weeks na my menses ka pa din?

About magna carta for women, don't worry tayo po ay entitled for a 2-month (paid) leave, parang nagmaternity din. But from what i've heard di naman nagagamit ng lahat yung 60 days. Depende din siguro sa ability natin to recover after a surgery. Please check na lang the policy on magna carta for women online.

Sorry medyo graphic yung tanong ko... anyway for the longest time kasi sumasakit yung butt ko kapag meron ako, yung tipong shooting pains na gusto ko na lang umiyak. Nung nilunok ko na finally yung hiya ko at pumunta sa doctor, ayun sabi niya may endo ako. Tapos binigyan niya ko ng pills. Sa pills hindi ganun kalala yung cramps ko, pero yung sakit sa butt mas matindi!! Sabay tumataba pa ko so tinigil ko na lang yung pills. May nakaranas ba nun na parang mas malala yung sakit from the cysts habang gumagamit ng pill? Kasi kala ko yung point nga nun is para ma-surpress yung cysts...

zhajhei_08 sis ... good for you... atleast ngayon less na ang worry.... healthy lifestyle nalang ang gagawin mo.... ask ko lang sis kung magkanu ang nagastos mo and saang hospital ka naconfine??? Pinagiisipan ko din kasi ang surgery e next year... kasi madalas ng masakit ang lower left abdomen ko malapit sa left ovary ko...bigla nalang sasakit o kikirot...

I dont know if it is the endo or aging or what pero ang hirap mag lose weight lately 

I eliminated rice na in my diet since monday..hindi naman ako malakas sa rice, usually 1/2-1 cup a day lang ako...and as much as I wanted to eliminate narin bread (kahit pa wholewheat) eh I was able to eat 3 slices this week kasi I had no other substitute that time. gusto ko na unti untihin na tanggalin yung mga bawal. ang challenge would be eliminating tofu  vegetarian kasi ako. and we eat a lot of it.

I feel a little better..for some reason parang hindi na ganun kahirap magising kahit late matulog at maaga bumangon, and nawala yung gas and bloatedness. yun nga lang konti lang nabawas sa weight hehe..hindi naman ako overweight though. habol ko rin talaga yung mawala na yung aches and pains and bloatedness.

Im still taking althea, natatakot kasi ako bumalik yung pain ng dysmenorrhea once I stop it.

Bakit po ganun ... ayaw pumayag ng ob ko na mag take ako ng kahit anong pills para sa endo ko dahil auko na magtake ng depo....sabi nya hindi pwede kasi nakakalaki ng cyst....

Sis zhajhei, how are you na? Sabagay kung talagang nagccause na ng too much pain, at kung naapektuhan na pala intestines mo mas mabuti ngang ipaopera na. Hope you're doing better now sis.

Sis mustard, try mo tanong sa ibang OB. Dami na feedback dito sa GT na nag pills at lumiit ang cysts, ang weird naman nung OB mo para sabihin nyang nakakalaki yun. I myself nag althea at lumiit cyst ko, nawala pa nga yung sa left. Baka naman kasi bawas kita sa OB mo kung mag stop ka ng depo. Medyo mahal din yun diba. Yung dati kong OB ganyan, pag alam nya wala na sya mapapala sa pasyente, dedma na. Minsan sabi nya paultrasound ako dun sa sinasabi nyang clinic, syempre pag ganun may cut sya, pero nahirapan ako kontakin that time yung clinic kaya sa iba ako nagpagawa. Aba, pagtext ko ba naman sa kanya, hindi ako nireplyan. Ilang beses nya na ginagawa yun kaya nitong huli nainis ako, hindi ko na sya binalikan. Sorry medyo OT haha.

Sis tehsee, nafifeel ko rin yang sumasakit yung butt pag meron. Minsan nga pag nagpoopoop masakit din. I didn't know symptom pala ng endo yun, tolerable naman yung pain kaya hindi ko nasabi sa OB ko.

Sis momentum, naku fave ko rin ang tofu..

Mga sis share ko lang, I'm 4-5 weeks preggy na. Thank God talaga. Mga sis na ttc at may endo, wag kayo mawalan ng pag-asa, I almost gave up. At hindi lang endo pala yung case ko, recently may adenomyosis, adenomyoma at multiple myomas pa ako tapos retroverted uterus pa. God is sooo good!

Musta na mga ka-endo? I'll upate din, as promised.
I had my bi-monthly check-up 2 saturdays ago. So far, lumiit na naman sya by almost 1 cm. I'm taking visanne, so parang every check-up ko w/ my OB, lumiliit naman sya... Kaya lang, because of the pain that i still have, i might undergo laparoscopy pa din maybe early next year. Medyo malapit na magplateau yung effect nung gamot sa akin daw kasi eh. Hindi daw normal yung chronic pain, no matter how mild or episodic it is. Pero for observation pa din until my next check-up.

Mukang di naman as urgent as before if I will undergo surgery na. Nasa almost 4 cm na lang kasi yung cyst ko.. Di na ko masyado stressed or deprssed. Accepted ko naman na sooner or later, dun din bagsak ko, unless mawala na lang ng kusa yung buong cyst (wish!)
But then again, nothing is impossible w/ God, right?

So yun lang. Goodluck sa atin lahat

heto nakatwo weeks na ko after surgery. I feel better. Both magna carta and SSS benefits naifile ko salamat kay Lord. Hoping tuloy tuloy na to. Nakahinga na ko kahit papaano. Mabilis ang recovery ko ngayon.

Sa Marikina Valley Medical Center po ako. Inabot ng 138k bill ko. Nsa 98k ata sinagot ng medicard ko then the rest philhealth. tapoa binayaran ko na lang P588.00. 4days, 3nights ako sa ospital.

As advised ng OB ko take pa din ako Visanne, kaso nakalimutan ko magtake mula nung operation ko kaya hintayin ko na lang magkaperiod ako.
Sisses,  share ko lang bago ako magpaopera may pinuntahan po ako.
Regina Rica sa Tanay, St. Joseph church sa Cubao and St. Pio sa Libis. I asked for guidance. Kase di biro makatatlong operasyon sa tummy ah.

Thank you sis MisCalculus! Nice to know lumiit cyst mo sis. So kailangan pa rin operahin sis kahit 4cm? Sabi kasi ng OB ko dati, yung for operation daw yung mga 5cm and up. I'll pray for you sis, sana mawala na totally ang endo mo. Tama, walang imposible kay Lord.

^ yes, yun din naisip ko sis crzysxycl.  Since less than 4cm na lang, i think di naman urgent yung surgery so i don't really think about it na.

hi everyone, i am new here and have been back reading for the past weeks, i am not sure if may nag fofollow pa sa topic na toh, anyway i just wanna share and hopefully some of you can give me your insights and recommendations, i found out last july 2015 thru TVS that i have an endometrial cyst on my left ovary (3.90cm), and automatic daw may endometriosis according to my OB. i am TTC so she said we can try for 6 months to conceive without any medications, we have been using OPK to track my ovulation, nag popositive naman pero hindi ako nabubuntis. I had another TVS last january 2016 and my cyst is now 4.1cm. My OB gave me options, to have GNRH shots for 6 months or surgery. I am confused because GNRH has no guarantee na liliit ang cyst and I am afraid of the side effects of being on a forced menopausal stage. I am thinking to go with the open surgery para she can thoroughly check inside me though I am aware na babalik ang cyst I am hoping na maka conceive kami after surgery before pa bumalik ang cyst. All I really want right now is to get pregnant, I am turning 33 this april.

^Hello sis. When I was diagnosed with endo csyt in 2014, nasa 4cm na rin yung cyst ko sa right, then parang almost 3cm ata sa left. Tried clomid for like 2 cycles pero wala pa rin. That time almost 3 yrs na kaming ttc ni hubby. Nag try ako ng sinuggest ng OB ko which is depo provera, cheaper than GNRH pero monthly ang inject sa akin. Bale July - November naka depo ako, kaso lagi may spotting kaya natakot ako. Then pinag althea ako ni OB December to January. Pag check sa TVS ng February, wala na yung sa left ko, then sa right naging 2cm nalang. Nakakanipis daw ng buto sabi nila, ito yung side effect ng gamot, kaya need mag calcium supplement. After nito lumipat ako sa infertility specialist, started workup in September 2015 then November nag positive na ako sa PT, I am now 4 months pregnant. Same age pala tayo sis, mag 33 na rin ako this year. God bless!
