^wow, ang galing naman sis.. so nawala ng kusa endo mo. naka althea ako ngayon (2nd pack na), so far wala naman ako nararamdamang side effects. sa gabi ko sya iniinom, buti hindi rin naman ako nagsusuka.

I have the same symptoms and we have been ttc pero for a few months pa lang naman tapos no luck pa rin.

So sorry, just visited this thread again and just read your question.
After the operation nung tinanggal yung right ovary k when I was 21yo, madami akong alternative doctors na pinuntahan just to get alternative solutions but none of them worked with getting rid of the symptoms. Yung symptoms kasi talagayung nagpapahirap sakin. So I just gave up. Single pa ako nuon, no sexual experience. Years after when I got married, 2 months lang into the marriage ay nabuntis na ako. I did not do anything special..wasn't really keen on taking vitamins or exercising or any special diet. Basta wala akong ginawang kakaiba..actually, very stressful pa nga ang buhay ko that time..long story diko na ikukwento that part

I only started taking Althea nung early 2010. That is 7 months after giving birth kasi bumalik nanaman symptoms ng endo and that hindi ko na makayanan tiisin. So from there, wala na ako halos symptoms maramdaman. Once in a blue moon though, sumasakit left side ko where my one and only ovary is. I am not planning to conceive anytime soon, for one is wala naman na akong asawa haha.

Have to stop taking Althea on my 5th year na and will look for another alternative...although wala pa ako mahanap sa ngayon..sabi ng OB ko that operated me, copper IUD ang dapat na next na gagawin ko when I get off Althea, although I am having second thoughts about it because marami din ako nababasa na not-so-good side effects.

Hi Mga Sis,

Sa lahat ng tulad ko na may Endo and PCOS and myoma pa don't lose hope. I almost gave up pero after 8 years of being married and nung hindi na ako nagpapa-work up don ko nakuha ang BFP ko. I'm 21 weeks pregnant now.

I got the best wedding anniversary gift from God.

Hi mga sis per my last TVS para makita ang heartbeat ni baby may nakita na 3.84cm na cyst sa left ovary ko. Sabi ni ob check namin if liliit pa sinabi ko kasi na endo ang case ko before ako mapreggy. Sa february ang next visit ko kay OB.

Ladies, share ko lang, if you have not undergone surgery/laparoscopy at di nakikita ng doctor yung loob you can't be sure that you have endo. In my case through 2 ultrasounds my doctor was almost sure that I have endometriosis (but he is always saying we will know more after the surgery). Protocol dito they can't give endo diagnosis without opening you up to see the actual cyst. When I had my lap to remove the cysts he found out na di naman pala endo. I am not giving false hopes pero pwedeng magkamali ang ultrasound. It is only through laparoscopy na sure ang endo diagnosis.

Oo sis, may endo symptoms din ako. May sinabi siyang pangalan ng cysts na nakuha. Nakalimutan ko na. I want to think its a miracle basta pag gising ko after lap yun ang unang sinabi ng nurse, I don't have endo.
Before my surgery I was googling like crazy about endometriosis, sa mga nabasa ko tugma naman sa sinabi ng RE ko, ultrasound can be wrong and only through surgery malalaman kung endo nga ang case mo, kaya pray ako ng pray na sana wala akong endo.
After lap I don't have pains na siguro nga dahil lang talaga yun sa cysts.

Sis by the way wala ako sa Phils so di ko alam ano protocol dyan sa atin. Basta dito they wont give you meds for endo unless you have undergone surgery to remove the cysts at para ma test nila.
Good thing its all free here kasi as part of the fertility work up, if you have cysts that won't go away and is growing lap agad.
Hopefully I will get my BFP soon, I don't have endo, cysts are gone and I'm on meds kasi naapektuhan ng mga cysts na yun ang ovulation ko.

... bakit kaya dito sa pinas prescribe agad ng meds...

.... sana nga po katulad mo din kami ng case na Hindi pala to endo...

Oo sis dito ako sa Canada. Family doctor ang nagrefer samin, sa pagkakalam ko REs wont accept you if wala kang referral. I just told our family doctor na gusto na namin mag baby. Di pa nga kami ni refer agad, try daw muna kami naturally for 6 months nong di talaga kami nakabuo ni refer na nya kami.

That's exactly their point sis kasi ang dami na daw case na it looks endo in the ultrasound but when they have their lap di naman pala.
I am one of those cases, sa nakita ng doctor sa ultrasound and my symptoms he already said i have endo, could be stage 1 or 2 daw but didn't give final diagnosis and won't give meds until after lap to make sure.
Its still best to follow your doctor's advice, I am just sharing my case.

Hi sis mustard! Sorry now lang uli ako nakapag gt. Musta ka na sis?

Tapos na ako mag althea. 2 packs lang naconsume ko, nag start ako nung November, so December nagkaron na ako. Another pack nung December din kaya kakatapos lang din ng period ko. Wala naman ako naramdamang hilo or pagsusuka while taking althea, buti nalang. Pinag try kami ni OB na mag conceive naturally this cycle. Di muna nya ako pina ultrasound uli. Pag nagkaron ako, saka raw ako bumalik at need pa SA uli ni hubby.

Sis kim, congrats! You're so blessed sis, kahit may endo ka napreggy ka pa rin. Sana kami naman ang next.

Sis wantstobeamom, anong klaseng cyst daw nakuha sayo sis? Good thing hindi sya endo, kasi ang hirap talaga pag may endo.

We're planning to undergo IUI. Sabi ni OB need ko uli pa HSG kung papa IUI kami. Kasi ang endo raw minsan nagcacause ng blockage sa fallopian tubes.

Ano ba tong sakit na to. I'm praying na hindi naman naapektuhan ang tubes ko. Last HSG ko was August 2013 at OK naman ang lahat.

Sis sorry nakalimutan ko na what cysts ang tumatak lang sa isip ko, di siya endo

I had my surgery last May pa. Pero 2 months palang kami on fertility meds kasi we opt to try naturally muna kahit sabi ng doctor my ovulation was affected by the cysts. Di talaga nag regulate cycles ko naturally after lap kaya we're on meds na.

Hi sis wantstobeamom. Aww, naapektuhan din pala ovulation mo dahil sa cysts. Di bale, mas mataas naman chance mo mapreggy sis dahil wala na yung cysts.

Hi sis mustard. HSG ginagawa sya to check kung may bara ang tubes mo. Masakit lang pag pinasok na yung gamot sayo, mabigat sya sa puson pero tolerable naman. Mas masakit daw yun kapag may bara ang tubes. Ok naman yung sa akin nung 2013, ang bilis nga raw nag flow nung dye sa tubes ko sabi ni OB. Before the procedure, may papainom na gamot sayo sisi. Antibiotic yun saka pain reliever sa pagkakatanda ko. Oo nga sis nakakamiss din pala magka period hehe. Nung nag pills ako, ang lakas ng mens ko. Ganun daw kasi pag may endo.
