Just want to share something i read. This is from a nanny from the UK who have been taking care of kids for 2 decades now. She wrote an article about things she notice that parents of today sort of do wrong. One of these is related to this topic. We have a saying "it takes a village to raise a child".
Napatingin talaga ako sa thread na to kasi how I wish mapagsabihan ko anak ng neighbor ko na hindi siya ma-ooffend. Kasi kung [textspeak!]-anong gamit ko ginagalaw nung bata. Hindi man lang sinasaway nung nanay. Or kung sawayin man, hindi nakikinig yung bata kasi pag nagtampo, lalambot na siya agad. Hindi tuloy siya sineseryoso nung bata.Sana hindi ito OT, pero sa mga sisses na may anak na... what is the best way to approach naman that kind of situation na hindi mao-offend ang nanay pag pinagsabihan ang anak?
