There are ways and means to keep track location-wise, of another person.
May simple, not so pricey way to do it -- aside from doing the cell location thing. Pag post-paid kasi, it comes out in the billing, your billing -- so make sure he does not see your billing.
Retrieving deleted texts is do-able, but well -- texts can fan your imagination, or be denied. He can turn the tables on you, say you 're: malicious, invading his privacy, etc ad nauseum. .
Best to tract his location & match it against his claims to you as to where he is. If you have the fortitude to let a chain of location lies "pass" - as in, kunwari wala kang alam & clueless -- a pattern will emerge & sooner or later, you will have concrete evidence to discuss with your fiancé. The key to this is waiting for the right time to confront, after a definite pattern of location lies is established. Magaling kasi some guys to deny to death. Susko.
This is emotionally tiring. Sa pag read ko ng cuento mo, IMO -- your communication has reached as far as it goes, without a crisis helping it along. . He will stick to his current script until mabuking -- IF meron man. But your intuition says there is more to this texting texting, and you just can't let go.
BETTER you find out his extent & capacity for cheating BEFORE you marry him. You MAY decide to marry him, inspite of what you may discover -- BUT then, you marry him with EYES OPEN WIDE.
Another thing, if you want to catch a guy doing monkey business -- give him enough rope to hang himself. Luwagan mo your monitoring of his movements, and be less strict with your demands on his time. If he is up to no good -- the time before magkabukingan gets shorter.
But really, I have been through all that sh1t & more -- it is too high a price to feel unsure and doubtful, just to be with a man. Had I known even half of what I would go through with my husband, before reaching this current ok state of our marriage -- I would have not just walked away, but taken the 1st flight out, even if headed to Afghanistan.
It pays to mind the Red Flags before committing. Just saying.
Good luck.
