There have been precedence that would prove me right.If Atty Fortun and his paneros decide no to put Cedric on the witness stand then that's the only time it cannot be used.It is almost impossible that he will not sit on the witness stand and if what he says is completely different (in some points) from what he has said in an interview let's say with Channels 2 or 7, then the defense can impeach that and confront him with the statement he freely gave to media. Im wondering would CL and DC's camp would react the same if another network release a similar interview? Vhong is an ABS talent so naturally may perceived bias na yung interview with the psychologist kesehodang may scientific basis. Personally hindi na sana naglabas ng Buzz ng ganong interview. Even if they want to be impartial , they're too much involved in the case. Maybe a psychologist's analysis will have more credibility if it was shown in GMA or TV5.
